The girl kept crying in the room. No matter what bi Sri called to take breakfast together. Moments later, Ayud approached her. The man nodded,
"What's more Ra, since I got married I've seen you so often. Didn't this marriage make you feel happy?".
Ayud sat beside his wife, and rolled up his sleeves.
"Ra, please cooperate. I'm here to fight for your happiness, for papa's sake, mama. Don't get involved in this kind of problem too often. You should also be able to better keep your attitude in front of mama".
The woman continued to cry, ignoring the presence of the man. Ayud sighed again, his breath felt tight.
"I'm confused to somehow have to face you. I want to fight to make you happy, but here I seem to be fighting alone. You're creating new problems, again and again".
The girl brushed away her tears, she got up and stood in front of the man.
"You said you fought alone Ay?. So, you think here you're the one who suffers the most?. From the beginning, you allowed your parents to stay here, have you ever talked to me about this?".
Rachel smiled wryly,
"I thought, once we get married you'd trust me more as your wife than anyone else. But, it turns out I was wrong. You swallowed everything your parents said".
Ayud wanted to hold the girl's hand, but the girl brusquely brushed him off.
"After we get married, have you ever listened to me?. Even if I said I didn't do it, did you ever trust me?".
The man wanted to hug the wife's body, but the girl dodged him.
"Do you care what I feel?. Ever since the beginning, have you ever tried to believe what I said?. Never, never at all".
Ayud was angry, he looked at the girl.
"Tell me, how can I trust you?. All the evidence, all the facts lead to you. Wouldn't I be silly to believe something that was clearly wrong?. Tell me, how should I?".
Rachel let out a sigh, the girl looked at her husband flat.
"Even if the evidence and facts you see are wrong, you will still believe it, right?. Because what, because the one who said that was your mother. You're gonna keep believing everything he says, everything".
Ayud was furious, he snapped at the girl.
"Rachel, stop. Aren't you going too far?".
The girl smiled wryly,
"Yes, I'm outrageous for refuting what your parents said. I'm outrageous, because I can't justify all the lies your parents tell you. I'm outrageous, because I'm just a poor girl".
Ayud clenched his teeth, the man was in a very unstable emotion.
"I said stop it".
Rachel stared intently at the man, her gaze intimidating.
"What's stopping?. You want me to confess to all the lies Anna told you?".
Plakk!!
A slap landed perfectly on the face of the beautiful girl. As the girl fell silent, tears began to fill her eyes. Ayud was shocked by what he had just done. The man gasped.
"Ah, honey forgive me. I did this accidentally. Honey, I'm sorry I'm so sorry".
The girl looked at her husband while holding the cheek that had just been slapped. That look of the eye implied such a deep wound.
"Thank you. Now, go to work. I think you're really late".
Ayud looked at the worried wife's face,
The girl held her cheek, she went inside the bathroom and locked herself in there. Before closing the door, the girl mumbled softly,
"That's it, just go".
Ayud knocked slowly on the bathroom door, standing there.
"Darling, I'm really sorry. Tell me first, you're okay, right?".
Silence, there is no answer from within. The man stepped lethargic while grabbing his briefcase. Anna who saw the man immediately approached her.
"What's Ay?, it's already this hour why haven't you left for work yet?. You even missed your breakfast, what's up, baby?".
Anna stroked the hand of her only child, the man sighed.
"It's okay ma, Ay leave first. Titip Rachel yes".
The man kissed his mother's hand and soon passed. After Ayud left, Anna approached the child's bedroom and her daughter-in-law. He opened the door slowly, there was no one there.
He looked around, looking for the girl's whereabouts but could not find her. The middle-aged woman wanted to close the door of the room, when at the same time Rachel came out of the bathroom.
The girl's cheeks looked red, her eyes were puffy. Anna laughed sinisterly at her, seeing her,
"Ah, here you are apparently. What did you tell my son that he missed his breakfast and left for work late?. Want to get sympathy from him?".
The girl took the towel, she ignored the woman who was asking her to talk. Seeing that, Anna became annoyed. When the girl was about to enter the bathroom, she pulled the girl's hair roughly.
The girl fell down and groaned slowly. Anna laughed to see it, though,
"You t*li?, if people ask you must answer. That's his name, manners. Your s*alan parents didn't teach you that, did they?. Worth it, you're just a foster kid".
The girl sighed, then closed the bathroom door. He really doesn't want to get into any fights right now. Anna is upset and shouts out in awe, Rachel continues her bath without any intention of caring.
...Rachel POV's...
Since we got married, this is the first time Ayud has put his hand on me. From then on I knew how meaningless I was in the life of someone I called my husband.
I never intended to keep him away from his mother, never intended to take my husband's love for his parents. Never once did those things cross my mind.
However, it seems that my in-laws intentionally did that. He wanted me to be the one who was always wrong in my husband's eyes. He accused me of doing everything I didn't do.
I thought, at least my husband will hear my explanation first before deciding anything. However, I was completely wrong. He always decides things unilaterally.
She always believed whatever her mother said. As if, whatever the woman said was the truth. In fact, he could slap me for something that was obviously a lie like this.
I don't really know who the man I married is anymore. I feel like I really lost her.
I packed all my clothes in the closet and rushed out of the house. There's no reason why we should stay together. A marriage without trust is really hard.
I don't know where to go, I really can't hold back any more. If this is the best thing for us, let him be happy with his parents.
...Rachel POV End's...
The girl left quietly and left their luxurious mansion. Anna and Kim are away, bi Sri is cooking in the kitchen. So, no one knew of his disappearance. Except the cctv, of course.
