GPA CHAPTER XLIII - Happy Start -

The young man sighed, rubbed his face violently and slammed the items in the living room. His appearance was so messy, yet no one cared.

...Ayud...

God, is this the karma of all the mistakes I've done in the past?. It feels too heavy God, I really can't afford to live it alone.

Trouble at the office, my family and Rachel. Everything really makes me dizzy. I think this time I was broken by my own expectations. My hopes are too high.

Rachel, that girl is the biggest reason for the disappointment I feel right now. There were so many wonderful things I imagined I would go through with him. But it's all just a dream.

Supposedly, from the beginning I remained indifferent to the girl. Not making him the main character in my heart, because now that he's gone I'm falling apart all by myself.

I think this big change I'm trying to make will be sweet. But it didn't. I was abandoned by the people I love. Grandpa, Rachel, even my family.

The man continued to lament his fate which felt very poor. His days were full of nothingness, there was not the slightest bit of goodness in them. Slowly he took his phone, then opened social media.

The man's eyes were glued to Albert's post. The man, was showing his affection with Rachel. There are also photos of the room being decorated. They look very happy.

Ayud smiled wryly again. He laughs at fate as if he is playing tricks on him. There is no hope of feeling happy anymore. Everyone, right now, is happy. Except, himself.

It's been more than a week since the girl quit her company. During that time anyway, the man looked really messy. Until finally, he decided to end his grief.

No matter how sad she is, the girl will not change her decision. He has to be professional, for the welfare of all his employees. That was Liam's grandfather's last request.

Today, Ayud entered his room. Her appearance looks very different from a week ago. The man smiled at all his employees. Manager Huang also looks very happy with his boss change.

The man was signing all the files that were piling up on his desk. Manager Huang approached her,

"Sir, you've completely changed. It's back as cheerful as ever, I'm happy to see it. The young man stopped his work, he looked at the manager.

"Ah, Huang what good is it for me to linger like this?. In the end, she will still marry Albert right?. My job now is to ensure the well-being of all my employees".

The young man resumed his work, and,

"Tomorrow Rachel will get married. He invited me to come. Clear my schedule for tomorrow, I have to go there alone.

The Manager looked at his employer worriedly,

"But sir, is it okay if you just go there alone?. Are you gonna be okay, sir?".

Ayud smiled, he looked gently at the Manager.

"Right now, the most important thing for me is that the girl is happy. There were too many wounds I had given him. I had to be completely sincere to release him. I'm sure, only in this way will my heart calm down".

Manager Huang smiled, he was also happy to see that his master had returned to have the spirit to live.

The next day, Ayud drove his car alone to the party location. She had a bouquet of flowers in her hand. Along the way, the man continued to sigh. He hoped that his heart would be strong enough to let go of the idol.

The man stepped inside the magnificent building where the party was taking place. He looked at the impression here, but no one was in sight. This room is beautiful, but no one is there.

Ayud looked at the empty room with a confused look. He contacted his manager.

"Honey, try checking the invitation card back on my table. Is it really in the xx building?".

A while later, Manager Huang's voice sounded from across the street.

"Yes, sir, that's where it is. What's the matter, sir?. Did something happen?".

Ayud shook his head quickly,

"Nothing, I just want to make sure. Continue your work".

Manager Huang nodded,

"Good sir".

The young man hung up his cell phone. He moved his eyes in all directions. Still no one there.

Moments later, Rachel appears in her very pretty wedding dress. Her thin body looks so harmonious with the dress she wears. The woman smiled at Ayud.

"Thank you for coming, Ay".

Ayud walked closer to her,

"What is this wedding?. Where's Albert?. Where's everybody?".

The woman chuckled, she walked slowly towards Ayud.

"There's no Ay".

"What do you mean there's nothing?. What are you guys doing exactly?".

Rachel stopped right in front of him. The woman looked up and looked into the eyes of her interlocutor.

"You b*doh Ay. Turns out, until the end you remain insensitive. It's so hard to make you understand".

Ayud sighed, he really did not understand the intention of this woman in front of him.

"What do you mean?. Where's your groom?. Aren't you getting married today?".

Rachel put her hand on Ayud's shoulder. The woman smiled, though,

"From the beginning, Albert and I had nothing to do. All this I'm doing is just to find out how you feel about me. I've already decided. If you don't come today, I'll give up".

Rachel looked into the eyes of her interlocutor deeply, she smiled. So sweet.

"Thank you Ay, you came today. I know, even though you said you let me go. Your heart still can't let me go, right?. I'm the same, I love you too Ay".

The man began to cry, in his forget all the sense of prestige that had been so in his defense. She hugged Rachel's body tightly.

"But I saw on Albert's social media, you guys are so happy. So intimate, that I felt claustrophobic so many times".

The girl laughed, though,

"Albert's inst*gram status is just that he's special to Al. No one can see it but you".

The man let go of their embrace, he held the girl's cheek.

"You evil Ra, really evil. I got so crowded like this, so frustrated. I thought, I've really lost you".

Rachel wiped the tears of the man in front of her gently,

"I did think I wanted to go as far away from you Ay, but fate seemed to bring us together again and again. I've never known a man in my life, other than Papa Darwin".

The girl paused for a moment, she swallowed her saliva.

"I've never been in love with Ay, you're the only one who's made me feel it".

Ayud hugged the girl, he was very happy.

"So now, Madame Jonathan will you marry me?".

Rachel snorting,

"Mrs Jonathan?",

Ayud pinched the girl's nose softly,

"Yes, from now on you can only be Jonathan's mistress".

The girl laughed, thinking for a moment.

"How is it?. I haven't answered yes, and I still need to think about it".

Ayud hugged the girl's body back, and,

"I don't know the word no dear. Marry me voluntarily or I'll force you. So how?".

Rachel looked at the man lovingly,

"Yes", yeah",

Ayud chuckled, though,

"Yes?".

The girl returned her embrace,

"Yes, very yes".

The two embrace each other, releasing a burning longing and love. From a distance, Albert looked at the two couples with a small smile. He felt grateful, finally the girl found her happiness.
