Husband's Regret: I'm Not a Little Child

Husband's Regret: I'm Not a Little Child
Undivorced.

The sound of the Adhan echoed throughout the capital. Inviting people to open their eyes, inviting them to the Thuhanya for those who embrace Islam, also inviting others to wake up starting the day, telling everyone that a new story is ready to be carved

No exception, for a man lying alone in his large room.

“Astaghfirulloh... it turns out that it is dawn,” muttered Rendi opened her eyes.

Although he lives alone, because he is the Son of Abi Yusuf, used to wake up early.

Rendi was wriggling to expel the feeling of laziness in his body in order to wake up. As Rendi wriggled and rolled over her body, Rendi accidentally smelled the scents of Nila's body.

“Hsshhh,” Rendi sharpens her sense of smell and inhales the former scent.

In Rendi's mind came a shadow yesterday, when she carried Nila. A girl who has grown up to be a real girl.

Rendi's heart trembled, she still remembered feeling her hand grasping and gripping Nila's warm body. Also the eyes of Rendi who witnessed the sculptured face of Nila who was so ayu.

The pain of wanting to repeat that time came back.

Somehow it made Rendi realized, without counting it turned out that thousands of days Rendi spent sleeping alone. At his age he should have had a bedmate.

“Huuft..” Rendi let out her sigh of expelling the thoughts of the laborer, she did not want to become a pitiful man.

As in the days before, Rendi got up on her own, went to the bathroom and brushed her teeth.

After that fulfill his obligation to face the Khalik alone. Although his way of thinking can not be guessed by others, but Rendi is a man who still holds the teachings and fulfills his obligations.

And as usual he also took the headset that is not audio, just close the ears as his lonely friend. So that he doesn't look pathetic because he doesn't have an interlocutor.

Rendi headed to the park near her home for a workout and a morning run.

It turns out that there is already crowded, hawkers who prepare breakfast for those who do not have time to cook like Rendi also lined up, fencing the road to the park.

There are also many humans who deliberately take their time to exercise, and most of them are couples, both young and old. And not a few who bring a stroller with the baby.

Actually it has become a regular sight, considering it is indeed a weekend and there is a free day care. But for some reason, today Rendi was so sensitive to see it, her heart continued to be torn apart, feeling an unfeelable pain where it was.

As the laughter of friendly jokes filled his eyes, as well as the babbling of the little boy whining in the arms of many men who were partly younger than him, Rendi felt uneasy and annoyed. Rendi felt baseless hatred.

“Haish...,” Rendi hissed on her own, her breathing feeling breathless even though she had just one round of running. He usually makes 5 rounds.

He stopped at one chicken porridge merchant and ordered a portion for himself.

“Only Sir?” greet someone distract Rendi who was eating the chicken porridge.

Rendi also looked. The girl smiled at Rendi bowing her head.

“Ah yes...” replied Rendi smiling coldly, shifting her seat, giving room to the girl. Rendi gave a glimpse after that ignoring him, because the students are many, Rendi still does not remember who this woman is more precisely. Rendi just thought it was natural she was known by many people, but Rendi remained cold and sold expensive.

“How are you, Mr Rendi? Healthy?” ask the woman as a student to be respectful and friendly to Rendi.

“Good, who ya?” ask Randy at last.

“Hehe...," The woman grinned, Rendi's question slightly offended her and made her a little judged to be an unremembered scholar. "I Dance Sir, the theme is Orange!” chirps Dance remained confident.

Dari deliberately mentioned the name of Orange because he was sure this time Mr. Rendi would remember.

“Uhuk...” instantly, Rendi instantly chokes shyly reminded of Orange.

Dance immediately smirked uncomfortably, seeing Rendi instantly coughed. While Rendi immediately took her drink.

“Sorry Sir!” say Dance.

“Ah yes..it's okay! How are you doing? Where to work now, what further specialist?” replied Rendi started trying to be friendly after trying to remember.

“At Pelita Pak hospital, find experience first, just finished intership too!” answer Dance again.

“Oh yaya! Good though. Stay upbeat yes!” answer Rendi again.

“Ya has been continued for this reason, Sir!”

“Oh yes.. You are not? Come on, eat? I ordered ya!” said Rendi again showed her friendly side.

“I order by myself!” answer Dance. “Bu.. two yes, eat here!” order Dance to the porridge, apparently Tari is not alone but with her husband. Dancing follows Jingga getting married after college graduation.

Rendi was initially a bit confused as Dance came alone but message two. Just as Rendi muttered in her heart, a young man came carrying a pack of pancakes in, apparently the husband of Tari was queuing for a while to the cake dealer near the porridge.

The young man seemed to nod politely to Rendi then sat down near Tari.

“Yang knowsin, this is Mr Rendi my lecturer!” say Dance, please,

“Oh yes...Dimas Sir!” answered the husband, Dance, they shook hands.

"This is the husband of Dance sir!" tambak Tari's.

"Oh..yeah..the new bride?" chirps Rendi again trying to joke even though it still feels strange.

"No. It's been a year. Baby too!" answer Dance again.

Yes Orange also if not miscarried because of LDR, already want to have two children. Dance has children too. Randy chose silence.

Not much chatting anymore, Rendi continued.

And back again, not only reprimanded for children by students, in front of him with his eyes swallowed jangnya Rendi treated romantic halal couples whose age is far below.

“Oh yes... Pak Rendi, his wife was not invited?” spontaneous Dance Chirps.

“Gleg!” Rendi stuttered again, finding the same question as the other day when with her friends. Rendi was confused to answer.

If yesterday Rendi got together with an old friend who just came home from abroad. They are indeed a career and are not concerned with marriage even, some are accustomed to living freely. Rendi felt she had friends when she was single.

Now that his position was different, was he going to answer the same thing as yesterday or not? Moreover, when he realized it turned out that something that he thought was trivial so hurt the large family of people he respected.

Rendi's heart was torn, this time he was embarrassed to be asked by his students if he answered still alone. And it turns out to be a lot more depressing he sounds if he's still alone. Moreover, Tari knows, Rendi was once heartbroken because of Orange.

“My wife doesn't like the roads!” answer Rendi quickly.

“Oh..!” answer Dance nodded.

Do not want to be asked much more Rendi immediately say goodbye to go first and return home.

Although today his body moved very little than usual, but Rendi felt very tired. He then laid his body on the sofa of his quiet house.

“What should I do? Why does my night feel so dizzy?” rummam Rendi's.

"Am I old?" muttered Rendi realized her turmoil.

"True Ummi, should I get married soon?"

"Huuft..," Rendi then got up and rubbed his face rough.

No matter the kitchen leftover Nila cook last night is still messy and the house has not been swept, Rendi chose to meet with her laptop.

On holidays like a trunk plus the mood of unguided baldness Rendi, choose to vent it by playing games.

Rendi has no friends hanging out because her peers already have family and children. They spend the day off with their family. While Rendi was alone. Normally Rendi corrected her student duties, but today she was too tired.

He also played with full of emotion until the time passed did not feel Rendi was already at 11. And his phone rang reminding him that he should stop immediately.

“Mas Farid?” muttered Rendi got a call from her cousin's sister.

He was Baba Ardi's best friend. The man who first delivered Baba Ardi to the Bamboo Shadeh cottage belonging to the Rendi family. It was Om Farid who made Baba Ardi love him.

“’Halo. Assalamu’alaikum... Mas!” answer Rendi.

“Come to home now!” farid was firm and cold.

“Ya!” answered Rendi was no less short. There was no other conversation, their phone connection stopped.

Rendi knew for sure Farid was about to ask her.

"Maybe Mas Rendi can help me find a middle ground?" rummam Rendi's.

Rendi immediately rushed to Farid's house.

Arriving at his brother's house, Farid was waiting on the terrace. But it wasn't the warm smile she usually got. Mr Farid's face looked stiff. Rendi was ready to accept all the scolding from her brother.

On the table, there are two cups of tea, not yet cleaned. Looks like before Rendi, Mr. Farid has a guest.

"Jiang, Mas!" greet Rendi to Mr. Farid

"Sit down!" said Mr. Farid coldly.

Rendi was obedient to sit down.

“I guess, Ardi came to discuss your wedding reception? It should be 3 years enough for you to build a good relationship, with Nila. Whatisthis? I am disappointed to hear it.” Om Farid told.

It turned out that Baba Ardi had come and told her all her heartache. Rendi immediately swallowed her saliva realizing her mistake.

“I'm sorry Mas!” answer Rendie.

“I understand, soul mate is not an easy matter. This is your right, I don't need to interfere, just, it shouldn't be the way you behave if you don't like it! It's a shame, drop your prestige and your name is also our family!” replied Om Farid again revealing it still with a wise tone.

“I'm sorry Mas!” answer Rendi again,

“Nasi is already a pulp! Ren! Ardi is not someone who easily forgets people's mistakes!" answer Farid again tell.

"Help me. My mother!" said Rendi ventured.

Mr. Farid immediately glared.

"Help after all?"

“Rendi has not divorced Nila, Mas! I need to talk to him!” answer Rendi again.
