Love hindered friendship

Love hindered friendship
Invitation letter

Not long after Shabira went into the restaurant I immediately followed to find out more clearly Jani's condition. Inside he's being treated by Mr. Husen. Even though Jani's feet were bleeding but fortunately the wound was not deep so the wound did not need to be sewn.

I spread my eyes to everyone, and I saw all of them worrying about Jani. Azka, Jho and Gio were very attentive to Jani. I know they all like Jani but it feels like this atmosphere is too sick to me, I can't stand to see this.

I want to be angry, I want to vent all the resentment in my heart about this jealousy but I can't do it because it's going to be a long one, my three best friends will be angry if I show my dislike for their sikaf to Jani.

Uh! It's so annoying, why would I be stuck in a love like this? Why do I have to fall in love with Jani, my best friend and why do I have to make stupid mistakes that make me feel attached to her even though I can't have her?

Oho! God, this is so torturing to me, I don't think I'm going to be able to survive in this state, no matter how I can get out of the shackles of love tied to my faults with Jani and our five friendships.

After Jani was treated, they continued the breakfast that had been delayed because of an incident. Atar, Azka, Jho, Gio, Shabira and Jani were seated in seats with the same long table. Shabira silently looked at Atar with her mind constantly wondering.

POV Shabira

I've always been clueless with adults, they're all hypocrites never willing to confess their own feelings. I know you must be jealous of the mother it is clearly visible in her eyes but the father belaga reject his own feelings.

Sometimes I wonder, How could I have such a lousy and cowardly father? Is that why they split up? Should if the father still loves the mother, the father invite the mother back again? But why do you prefer to be quiet and harbour all your own feelings?

...****************...

The breakfast session was completed even though Atar only ate a little but all returned to work, while Jani and Shabira returned home to rest because her legs were still sore, with delivered by Mr. Husen using a car.

Sunday morning Jidan and Shabira were running early in the morning. Suddenly Jidan stopped his footsteps.

"Why did you suddenly stop?" ask Shabira.

"I suddenly thought of tomorrow's event at school, tomorrow we're skipping it" replied Jidan with disdain.

"Why should you skip? Tomorrow we will read poetry on stage"

"I'm not excited because if we've been performing we usually hide in the library when all the children celebrate the moment of father's day with their father" replied Jidan sadly.

Shabira looked at Jidan while shaking her head, her heart was filled with the sadness of her brother but before long Shabira smiled as she took out an invitation letter from the school for the parents of the students.

"Taraaaa...!!!" shabira said as she raised the invitation letter as high as her head.

Jidan furrowed both of his eyebrows in surprise.

"What is that and what is it doing?"

"It's an invitation letter, I'm planning to ask dad to come to school to attend our school's paternity day"

But it turns out Shabira's plan still does not make Jidan smile, he still remains sad.

"But it's Atar that your father is not my father so still even though he came to the show at school I still have no father" said Jidan while looking down sad.

Shabira then patted Jidan gently on the shoulder, she then said

"You don't worry I'll ask you to admit that he's our father"

"What about Atar?" ask Jidan doubtfully.

"I'm sure dad would want to so you don't be sad anymore huh"

Although Shabira comforts Jidan, Jidan is hesitant unless she hears herself that Atar is willing to pretend to be her father. To dismiss all doubts of Jidan, Shabira then invites Jidan to go to the villa where Atar lives.

Jidan nodded in agreement, they then went to the villa. In front of the villa the atmosphere still looks lonely like an uninhabited villa.

"Shabira ko is really lonely here? Where's the om-om?"

"Where do I know, let's just pull the doorbell"

Shabira then rang the doorbell, waiting for the occupants to open the door for a while. In Atar's room, she was still asleep with a thick, soft blanket covering her tall body.

However, the sound of the bell was too screeching his ears that he who was still sleepy was forced to wake up because the bell continued to sound.

"Ih! Jho, Gio, the same Azka where the hell didn't open the door? Who the hell did you see early in the morning?" gerutu Atar was upset because he was still sleepy.

Atar then got up from his bed he immediately put on his sandals and went downstairs still wearing a white shirt, shorts on his knees and disheveled hair.

He dragged out his legs lazily then opened the door of the house while yawning and scratching his stomach. Jidan and Shabira looked at Atar with a smirk.

"What the hell is this, why is my father in such a mess" Shabira's inner self, who feels strange about her father's disheveled appearance because every time he sees Atar, Atar always looks neat in his shirt suit.

When Atar realized that it was Shabira and Jidan, he hurriedly tidied his hair and slightly lowered his pants on his knees.

"Eh! Shabira, Jidan, you guys want to come here and not say it first anyway" said Atar while widening a smile.

"Did you just wake up?" Shabira did not reply she instead asked in a haughty tone.

"Hehehe.iya father woke up this bad luck" replied Atar somewhat embarrassed.

"Pasang alaram anyway, only father is not so denggangnuknya because last night father worked overtime until the night so I woke up bad luck" replied Atar rather awkward.

"Om Azka, om Jho and om Gio where?" ask Shabira.

"It looks like they are still sleeping" Atar replied.

Shabira then ruffled her waist, then she clucked while shaking her head with a sharp look at her father who looked clumsy.

"By, ck, ck...So it was dawn dad didn't wake up for the dawn prayer?"

Atar simply replied with a clumsy smile. Shabira then let out a rough breath and then she said.

"Mother never woke up late, mother always woke up early. Just try if the father and mother live together maybe the mother will wake up the father so that the father does not miss the dawn prayer" Shabira said giving the code.

But Atar could not read the code from his daughter who wanted to live together like a happy little family, Atar was more likely to feel embarrassed because of waking up late until he missed the morning prayer.

"ah! Damn, why do I always look stupid in front of my own daughter anyway? I was a terrible father. My image is worse in Shabira's eyes if this continues how I can be a good father to him if I always make mistakes in front of him" Atar's mind while looking down sluggishly.

"Dad apologize, Shabira. I will not wake up again, I promise" said Atar still lowered his head because he felt guilty.

The atmosphere momentarily became quiet until Atar melted the atmosphere back.

"Oh yeah, you guys tumben came here, what's up?"

Shabira then took out an invitation letter from her pants pocket and gave the letter to Atar.

"What's this?" ask Atar after receiving the letter.

"That's an invitation letter from the school to the parents of the students. Are you willing to come to my school?" shabira asked expectantly that Atar would come to her school's father's day.

Atar did not immediately answer he opened the invitation letter and read it.

"This is an invitation letter for father's day to be held on Monday tomorrow?"

Shabira nodded then asked again "So how can you come?"

"If you ask..." Atar deliberately hung his calamity so that Shabira was curious.

"Of course you are willing to come, what the hell is not for this beautiful father's daughter" Atar continued with a smile.

"Dad seriously wanna come?" shabira asked doubtfully.

Atar smiled again while reassuring Shabira "Yes my father was serious about coming"

Shabira smiled with excitement and spontaneously hugged Atar.

"Thank you dad, I'm so happy you're coming"

Atar then returned his daughter's embrace with a smile and said "Sama dear"

Jidan only smiled wryly at the happiness of Shabira because in his heart he felt sad because he had no real father anymore so he could not feel how a father loves and there is envy in his heart however the boy just fell silent and tried to toughen up.

Shabira then took off her embrace then she looked at Atar with a look of hope and a bit of hesitation.

"Dad, I have one more request. Can you grant me this request?"

"What do you want to ask for, baby? Let's just say, I will grant you all your requests" Atar said with a friendly smile.

"Can you come to my school, you claim to be my father and Jidan's father?"

Atar then looked at Jidan with a flat gaze, he saw the boy looking at him expectantly. Not long after she smiled at Jidan then she said while gently stroking Jidan's hair.

"Is this your request Jidan?..if yes, om willing to admit to being your father later in school"

"What is serious? Want to pretend to be my dad tomorrow at school?" tanya Jidan again felt disbelief with eyes that sparkled between moved and happy.

"Yes, of course, why not? So. tomorrow at school you can call om by the name of father"

"Thank you, om very good I am happy to meet with om" said Jidan sincerely and wholeheartedly.

"It's the same Jidan" Atar said with a smile.

After that Atar invited Jidan and Shabira to have breakfast together because they happened to not have breakfast. But before breakfast Atar took a shower first after that he cooked and prepared breakfast for everything.

One thing that Shabira knew again from the figure of her father turned out besides Atar was a great architect but it turns out that he was also good at cooking was proven from the cuisine he made, he said, it all tastes good and is not inferior to the expensive five-star lestaurant and tastes good.
