In the village hall already seen many people who will follow the mass wedding event, there they come with family and close relatives. After handing Jani and Atar over to the mass marriage committee, the satpolpp officer returned to their duties.
There Jani and Atar continue to refuse to marry for many reasons. But according to the orders of the satpolpp officer to marry them, they did not press Jani and Atar. Atar was even told to memorize the speech of kabul ijab.
Jani and Atar are not like the others who come to the place with bridal dress, they also do not come with family or relatives because they can get to this place because of the herded satpolpp.
Jani and Atar also could not present a guardian at their marriage because they were afraid of being scolded by their parents because they were raided while alone was contracted and the security guard told them to get married if they did not they will be thrown in jail, despite the fact that this is just a misunderstanding and they make no mistakes.
Before the marriage the ruler asked for a guardian for Jani, but because they did not want their parents to come here finally Jani was forced to lie if his father was dead. Then her predecessor advised them to marry the judge.
After a very tough process due to many obstacles finally Atar and Jani legitimately declared as a husband and wife with the judge, the judge, although their marriage was held at a mass wedding ceremony but their name was registered in KUA.
When the mass marriage ceremony was over and they pocketed their marriage book and left uninspired. Jani and Atar still do not want to go back home because they feel confused about the marriage book and their status, they then go to the lake in the village.
The two were sitting on the green grass holding the marriage book. The frustration was obvious on their faces. Atar was really confused about how to explain this marriage to his family and then shuffled his hair very frustratingly.
"Aakkhhh! How'this? What should we do with this marriage certificate book? You too, Jani. If only we hadn't met the thug maybe we wouldn't be stuck in this marriage" Atar grumbled.
"Eh! Atar, I mean it's gonna defend you. But you're not even guilty of me anyway, I also don't know if it will end up like this, next time I won't believe and won't help you anymore if you have a problem" Jani is a sewot.
"Yes, yes, I'm sorry, I won't blame you again. I'm just confused by this marriage book, if my mom finds out we're married this way, my neck could be slit at the same mom, I could have been lectured two days and two nights not stopping with Mom"
"Same as Atar! I could have been hanged by my father if you knew your son was married this way. My father thought we really did anything else until we had to be married in this way"
"How should we do now? I still haven't graduated from school, Jani. Even pocket money I still ask my parents, if this is how do I make your living?" tanya Atar was very frustrated.
The equally confused Jani could only flinch for a moment before long he then said.
"We burn this marriage certificate book so that no one knows if we are married, we continue to argue normally like nothing happened. Until now we focus on the school exam alone, we missed the incident today"
"You want to eliminate evidence of our marriage? Stay put, Jani! Our name is registered in KUA. Then if later we are adults and want to get married then what about our own status?"
"You don't think too far first, we think that now only, we keep this marriage secret and we focus on learning so that we pass the school exam"
"But I don't think this book should be burned because we're afraid we'll need this later" Atar suggested.
"What is this book made of? You're not thinking of actually marrying me are you Atar?"
"No, Jani. I am still normal because I want to marry a normal girl not a so-so girl" said Atar while holding back his laughter because he was teasing Jani.
"So you think I'm not normal?" pekik Jani with a sigh.
"To you baper anyway, I'm not saying you're not normal anyway"
"Damn you, you think I'm stupid? Your words have led to my apology RAFATAR!" jani said with emphasis while pulling Atar's neck and climbing his head many times to vent Jani's frustration.
Atar even chuckles making Jani even more upset.
Jani then stopped the action and then he sat back still with a manyun mouth.
"Then what should we do?" jani asked began to subside her emotions.
"As you said, we keep this marriage secret and we continue to focus on learning to face the school exam, about this book we better bury it on the ground and forget the events of today"
Jani finally agrees to Atar's advice. They then buried the marriage book in the ground near a boulder with a bag of biscuit cans they had found on the street. Atar was finally able to take the school exam after Dion gave him money, when Dion was late to give money because his boss was going out of town, after coming home only Dion borrowed money from his boss.
After that day Jani and Atar keep their wedding a secret and they completely forget about the wedding until an incident at the villa that makes Jani disappear without a trace and all is only revealed when love finds its own radar.
Flash back off
Now Jani remembers everything after Atar recounted the incident 10 years ago. Now there is a mixed feeling in their hearts between anger, regret, disappointment and disbelief. After so many things passed by Atar to be able to marry Jani, Atar So upset because he felt his struggle was being played by fate.
Similarly with Jani he was very sorry for even running away after knowing that he had intercourse with Atar, even though they had officially become husband and wife so it was natural that they did that relationship. Atar and Jani then laughed but their eyes radiated sadness and anger.
"Why are you laughing?" ask Atar.
"It's funny because I feel so stupid. Why am I running away and torturing myself by bearing the disgrace alone when if we realize that we were married once I should not run away just because we did that relationship. It is natural that if we do it because we are a couple, I apologize for my stupidity" replied Jani with great regret for his actions first.
Atar then smiled as she patted Jani's shoulder gently. "It's okay I've forgiven you"
"Why did you laugh then?" jane asked back.
"Yes, I also find this funny but I get angry when everyone blames me, I get sad when Azka, Jho and Gio chase me away and antagonize me, I was sick when your father strangled me because your father was angry because I had impregnated his son. My heart was hurt when bang Dion chided me, insulted me with his rude remarks, considered me very despicable and low, bang Dion also beat me up for thinking I had defiled the good name of this family, wanted it to feel I was angry, bang Dion also beat me up for saying I had defamed this family, I want to blame someone, but who should I blame? They also will not be so if I'm honest I've married you" said Atar while pointing a smile on his lips even though his eyes glazed over because it was very sad.
Jani felt more guilty about what had happened to Atar all this time just because he wanted to get the love of Jani and their daughter, Atar had to go through many trials that made his heart very miserable.
Unexpectedly Jani suddenly hugged Atar while sobbing. Atar was shocked because this was his first warm embrace after they went through many trials, a hug from a woman who he said was the mother of his son Atar, who was a child, the woman he said was Atar's legal wife who he never realized. Atar hesitates at first but in the end he returns a warm hug from Jani.
...****************...
After all the secrets are revealed Atar and Jani return to the car as they are going home and tell all this to their families. Along the way they continued to chat to reassure and strengthen each other that their marriage was legal in the eyes of religion and law.
"Atar, I still have doubts. Was our marriage legal before, wasn't my father the guardian of our marriage?" Jani hesitates.
"With his guardian changed to be a guardian judge, after all in Indonesia it is customary for most of his fathers not to marry his son directly, usually his father told his predecessor who married his bride. Many people also elope without a father because they do not approve of their marriage, but their marriage is legitimate, legal"
"But I used to marry Azka because I was told by my upperclassman" said Jani with a flat face but her eyes glanced at Atar who was driving a car.
"His marriage was a lie invalid because the marriage conditions were not fulfilled, there were no witnesses, there were no guardians and not registered in KUA" said Atar so possessive.
Finally Jani just flinch until they get home.
