CHAPTER 30 ”Thanks”

Inevitably Ayunda was forced today to follow Nathan's visit at a hotel and also the mall that is sheltered by Adhipramana Group. Now he's on his way to the Mall and the Galaxy hotel with Nathan sitting next to him while Dariel's assistant is on the driver's side.

Ayunda was only silent during the trip, his gaze was fixed on the streets but his mind was far away. Her memory returns when she visits the mall for fun with Alisa after school, just like when she played there with Erick.

Ayunda remembers her bumping into someone as she evaded Erick's pursuit and that also happened while she was hiding from Alisa. "Nathan" he said in his heart, he hit a man named Nathan while running to avoid Erick but not Nathan who was next to him at the moment, and she didn't know the name of the person she hit while with Alisa but she couldn't forget the warm embrace of the man until this point.

Ayunda felt her head hurt, the more she thought about it the more it hurt. Without him noticing he was massaging his head to relieve the attacking pain.

"Beautiful" Nathan said in his heart as he looked at Ayunda, he deliberately invited Ayunda to accompany him to visit the Mall and Galaxy Hotel, he wanted to test Ayunda just like the previous secretaries.

The way Ayunda dressed more polite than the previous six secretaries made Nathan give more value to the appearance of Ayunda. But the attitude of Ayunda who keeps a distance while sitting in the car and just staring at the road makes Nathan feel challenged, there is no woman who does not want to be close to him like Ayunda. During this time the women will immediately stick and deliberately tease to get his attention even though it ends with rejection from Nathan.

But that's not Nathan's main goal, he wants to prove that Ayunda is the young girl he hugged five years ago that makes him no longer want a woman other than the girl he hugged.

When I first saw Ayunda Nathan did not really recognize him, but when Ayunda stood near him yesterday afternoon where Ayunda recited her activities today, she could look at the beautiful face that made her heart tremble. He was sure, very sure that Ayunda was the girl he was waiting for.

"You sick?" nathan's voice that asked surprised Ayunda, he saw Ayunda massaging his head.

"No sir, just remembering my experience in a coma" Ayunda replied honestly.

"We've arrived" Dariel's voice stopped Nathan's desire to ask Ayunda more questions.

They walked through a special door and entered the elevator to the director's room. Ayunda tries to act normal as Nathan standing by her side shifts closer to her, but she can't let Nathan reach for her fingers. Ayunda takes her hand away from Nathan and doesn't dare to look at Nathan whom she believes is staring at him.

"What he wants, isn't he the one who really doesn't like when a woman tries to tease him, then why is he so against me" ayunda's annoyance could not be said but he showed through his facial expression indicating that he did not like Nathan's behavior.

Not yet able to stop thinking about the behavior of his boss, Ayunda's heart was again made to beat fast when the elevator door opened, the figure of Kevin who turned out to be the director of the Mall and Galaxy Hotel standing not far from the elevator door staring at them. Kevin's smile that Ayunda always misses adorns his face, but the smile disappears when Kevin's eyes look at Nathan's hand that Ayunda unknowingly grasps his fingers.

One hour Nathan and Kevin discuss the development of Mall and Hotel Galaxy feels like a year for Ayunda. "I'm wrong if I prefer to stay in a coma for much longer now" Ayunda said in her heart. Nathan's slightly excessive treatment of her made her feel uncomfortable but she allowed it to show Kevin that she was not lonely, several times his gaze met with Kevin indicating that the man did not like to see Nathan talking to him while playing Ayunda's hair. Even so, he continued to work with professionals, taking notes and recording everything his boss and ex-girlfriend discussed.

The happiness emanated from Ayunda's face as the two men finished their discussion. "The show is done" he said in his heart, relieved to be free from Kevin's dislike gaze. Now Nathan wants to go around looking at the state of the mall directly after checking out the hotel. Ayunda followed wherever Nathan and Dariel took him around Galaxy Mall.

Nathan's hand grabs Ayunda's arm and pulls him when the children run almost to Ayunda, he can feel Nathan holding her from behind and her lips touching the top of Ayunda's head. This makes Ayunda's memory return when she hides from Alisa. "It happened again after five years" Ayunda recalled.

"Have you ever felt the same way?" nathan's voice whispered to Ayunda who made her body stiffen.

"What does that mean?" ask Ayunda who can only be spoken in the heart. "Is he the same man he was five years ago?" thought Ayunda was trying to stop again, the feeling of this hug was the same as it was five years ago.

Ayunda wants to let go of Nathan's embrace but Nathan doesn't want to let go even he hugs Ayunda getting tighter. "Don't try to get it off, my heart" Nathan said.

"I just hugged El, would that scare her and be unconscious?" Nathan felt guilty.

"Calm Nath, it's not because you hold her, it's not because she's afraid of you"

"Didn't you ask her how she was on the road because she was seen massaging her head by you?"

"Maybe that's what caused Ayunda to go unconscious" Dariel tried to calm the unsettled Nathan when he found out Ayunda was unconscious in his arms.

"What happened to Ayunda doc?" nathan asked when he saw the doctor who examined Ayunda.

"So, my father is a patient?" ask senior doctor Rangga Erick. Recently he saw Nathan, Rangga's doctor knew quite well anyone who often visited Ayunda when he was in a coma.

"I'm Ayunda's boss, he's my secretary doc" Nathan replied.

"I'm Nathan Pramana, Ceo Adhipramana Group" Nathan introduced himself.

Instantly the doctor bowed in his salute "I'm sorry I don't recognize the father" he replied.

The doctor explains everything that happened to Ayunda with Nathan, including some of Ayunda's memories of being in a coma.

"My advice, lest he think too hard to fuse his past memories with those of a coma" the doctor said.

"Avoid places that might remind her of her past that could make her sad or hurt"

Nathan is silent but he nods his head to understand the doctor's words.

"Father can ask more details to Erick's doctor who treated Ayunda for one year"

"He's inside" the doctor invites Nathan to see Erick, who is still with Ayunda in the examination room.

Nathan restrains his emotions when he sees doctor Erick stroking and grasping Ayunda's hand. "What the doctor did to him" Nathan asked after he approached Erick's doctor.

"I'm in therapy to make her happy" replied Dr Erick without turning her face to Ayunda's eyes.
