CHAPTER 9

A few days have been taken by Arra in studying in America. There are many new things that he got while living in America. Arra's parents said Arra would only live in America for 3 years. After 3 years, they will return to Indonesia as before. But for Arra 3 years is not long. He'll lose his friend and his memories here. Arra always asks himself why his family is so difficult to put together.

Since Arra participated in school organization activities, he had many friends and even friends. In her first year at school, Arra had only three best friends. But now he got two more friends, namely Dea and Levy. Arra becomes familiar with Dea and Levy as they also join the school's organization. Although different classes, they are very familiar when together.

Many members of the organization participated, while the chairman of the organization was Ben Alvaro and his deputy was Dea Finanda. Yes, Dea is the daughter of a wealthy businessman. Many students know him and even like him. Her cheerful and often smiling nature is what makes many men attracted to her. Dea was also very beautiful, her eyes were yellow, her long hair she tied in two, she also wore a red ribbon in her hair. Arra is very happy to have a cheerful friend like Dea.

Meanwhile, Arra serves the role of treasurer along with Kei. Then the secretary was held by Levy and Erico. Being a treasurer is not easy, Arra must be careful in managing finances and data in it. Kei as vice treasurer was very diligent and skilled in managing data. Kei's mature and assertive nature makes students love him.

Regarding the school organization, Arra's relationship is also getting closer to Ben. Arra begins to feel comfortable near Ben because he realizes that Ben is very soft even though sometimes cold and annoying. Ben also often tells jokes and makes Arra laugh.

The moonlight was replaced with the solar. The darkness of the universe is gone because of the light of the sun. Birds whistling while flying here and there. The grasses swayed to the rhythm of the morning wind. Cold air broke through the window slit and woke Arra up. Recalling the time that was progressing, Arra hurriedly prepared himself to leave for school.

He remembered that today the extracurricular school has begun to actively run. At that time all students were told to choose which extracurricular they wanted to follow. There are many extracurricular options to follow such as, nature companions, animal lovers, art, music, basketball, football, volleyball and athletics. Reiva wants to invite Arra to participate in extracurricular sports but, Arra is not great at exercising. Arra decided to choose animal lovers and music because both eskul he usually do at home.

"Tok tock.. Arra?" aria knocked on the door of her room, and she opened it immediately.

"For Aria, what's wrong?"

"It's okay, it's just mama and papa wonder why you haven't come downstairs for breakfast yet"

"Ah yes, I'm cleaning up my stuff. You just go down first I will immediately clean it up" said Arra as he rushed to tidy up his room.

"Alright" Aria went back down.

After tidying up her room, Arra went downstairs to have breakfast with her family. Seeing grandpa, grandma, mama, papa, Aria and herself getting together, longing to be like this forever. The word appears in Arra.

"Arra, how's the development during school here? Is it starting to feel comfortable?" ask Mama to Arra.

"So far Arra is quite comfortable with the environment here ma. Some people are very friendly here. Also learning here Arra easily understands it" explained Arra.

"really? So you can quickly understand the language here?"

"Yes ma, I have learned English since childhood so it is very easy to communicate with everyone"

"Well, no wonder you're so adaptable here. Mama's proud of you Arra"

"Papa is also proud of you Arra, improve your achievements here then you can continue our company"

"Of course, Aria and I can definitely continue papa's company. Isn't Aria?" arra replied with a smile to Aria.

".... Maybe.." Aria answered while playing the tablespoon in front of her.

"Hmm? Did I speak wrong? Why is Aria like that?" Arra looked at Aria who looked uninspired.

"We should leave before it's too late" Aria said as she walked to the door.

"alright... Grandpa, granny, papa, Mama Arra left first. Uh.." Arra rushed after Aria who was waiting in the car.

"Xora, Aria was a child here with no affection from you and Zeck. You should make the right relationship between the child and the parents. Poor Aria grew up without love from you" the grandmother who felt sorry to see Aria's expression earlier.

"I see, I'm guilty of Aria for not looking after her. Dad, your mom just calm down, me and Zeck will take good care of Arra and Aria".

"From now on Aria just kept quiet, is Aria angry with me? Maybe I better ask him" Arra murmured.

"A.." Arra's not done talking, the driver interjected and said that they reached Arra's school.

"Miss Arra, we're at school"

"Oh okay.. Aria I'm leaving first. See you" Arra got out of the car and walked towards the school gate.

"For Arra" Arra is surprised to see Ben in front of him, but what makes Arra surprised is that Ben called his nickname instead of his surname.

"Ah morning too Ben you surprised me. Moreover, the first time I heard you call me Arra"

"Well.. I just wanted to call you by your nickname" Ben replied with a smile.

Arra and Ben still continue the conversation while walking towards the classroom. Meanwhile, Aria's car is still not running because Aria sees Arra and Ben talking. Aria felt that there was something strange about what she saw.

"Continue the way sir" Aria's car again moves towards her school.

"Maybe it's just my illusion. But I'm not so sure about this" I don't know what Aria was thinking.

The bell rings the entrance sign of the class. And today Arra is really excited because the official extracurricular activities are carried out. He was very curious about what animals the pet school was, but Arra hoped there was a cat because he liked it very much.

"You certainly already know that the official school extracurricular activities are carried out. Each extracurricular has its own builder, your upperclassman. Later if they pass you will replace them. The schedule has been implemented in the announcement board. You can see it later" said Mr. Gerry.

"Oh yeah Erika, what kind of eskul did you choose?" Arra asked Erika out of curiosity about her choice.

"I.. I chose nature's best friend." replied Erika gently.

"Is that all? Why choose only one? Aren't there many other extracurriculars?" asked Arra in surprise.

"Mh.. That's.. I'm not too open with everyone.. I still don't trust people.. At least we have to choose one extracurricular.. So I just chose nature's best friend because I love gardening.."

"Well, you have to make friends with a lot of people here. You don't have to shut yourself up like that" Reiva said.

"Eh.. Mm.. But i'm.. Still scared.." Erika answered while looking down.

"Erika.. You need to be more open with everyone. You should make more friends. You shouldn't be like this" Arra replied with a smile while cheering Erika on. Erika replied with a smile as well.

"I'm really impatient about the activity this time. It was a great pleasure to live and study in America. Meeting new friends and getting to know a new environment is a beautiful thing. Although it will not always be beautiful like this. Maybe I'll have trouble here as well as there. But I'm proud to have the best of friends like them. The strong and energetic Reiva, the gentle and shy Erika, the super cheerful Dea, and the slightly cold Levy towards everyone. I'm really comfortable being with them".
