Two were on the balcony of the room while two others were waiting in the living room of the hotel room. Repeatedly Shafira peeked out onto the balcony, trying to steal what Disa and Kean were talking about. Nothing was heard at all, only a serious and tense expression was shown by the two.
“This is what they say tan? Long time ago!” Shafira came a little closer because of her curiosity. He knew exactly what Disa and Kean felt like, so it became anxious to see those who were so hard to say yes.
“Fir,” Arini pulls the tip of Shafira's shirt so as not to go too far. It's enough Kean was upset by his sister.
Shafira turned her head with a grimace when she saw Arini shaking her head, a gesture forbidding her from getting any closer.
“They need space, fir.” Say Arini wisely.
From now on, Shafira was a good provocateur according to Arini but he could not let this girl continue to be involved further in the conversation of Disa and Kean. It's an important decision for Disa and Kean, he appreciates this process.
“I kepo aunty. They are so long ago again.” Sit her body next to Arini, then take a pillow for her to squeeze with anxiety.
“The marriage is for a lifetime, it is only natural that they should discuss it. Although the condition is like this, auntie expects there is indeed a desire from them to marry not purely aunty.” compulsion
Arini still remembers how difficult it was to convince the competition committee that Disa and Kean had a relationship. Some of them know Kean and Clara's match and this becomes a stumbling block for Kean and Disa's relationship. Luckily Clara was not in place so she could think of a way to deal with Clara later.
After promising that he will always keep the good name of this competition, they finally want to soften. Letting Arini or Kean meet with Disa on the record does not make a scene. Arini sighed a little relieved, finally there was a way to unite them even though it was difficult.
Out there, Kean and Disa are still glued to each other. Usually when they sit on the balcony, casual chat will be easily created without having to think hard. But this time everything was different. They have to make big decisions in a short time.
Assigning marriage, a sacred procession that will lead them to different conditions in the future. Given Kean's rejection, Disa's heart became a little hesitant and even remembered the words of the motorcycle taxi driver when in Bandung.
“Do not want neng, will not be married.” Shouted the man once and then laughed in satisfaction successfully teasing Disa and Kean. The man left just like that, carrying his vehicle mingling with other vehicles.
He used to think just a prank joke but seeing Kean's attitude, maybe there was a point in the man's speech. Kean never intended to marry her.
“I'm sorry, sorry for this incident.” This apology was the beginning of their conversation. It is true that this coercive condition occurs because of his careless actions.
Disa looked at Kean who was sitting opposite to her, only blocked by a small table. The man looked at her and showed a face full of regret.
“This is not entirely a fault of sir.”
If he was more aware and thought before acting, maybe this would not happen. The reason for caring too much about the man he had actually left behind a long time ago, became the biggest reason until he let Kean in. He really didn't expect it to be like this.
“Mamah request, have you thought about it?” turn to the real problem they have to solve.
Disa shook her head, with a face that looked tense again. “I'm dead-end sir, I can't think of anything.” Reveal it, while playing his fingers that are tightly linked to each other.
He was planning to get married but this is not the reason he accepted a man's proposal.
“I understand what you feel because a little bit, we have the same feeling.” Kean confessed his feelings. The reason he came to the hotel was because he was still looking for the same calm that was beside Disa.
“Only, before making a decision, I need to tell you something.” Its effects.
In her face the innocent face of Disa with adhesiveness, as if asking her not to turn away.
“Please mr.” Can wait patiently. After all, he must really recognize who the man in front of him is in a cornered condition like this. He said this is the original attitude of men in overcoming problems.
Kean sighed deeply before saying what was on his mind. Either Disa will accept it or not but being open is better.
“While we are truly married, I will try to give you all the best for you. It's just, I can't give you a descendant.” Kean lirih.
It sounds hard to say that, but it has to be said. He did not want Disa to feel lied to by her condition.
And the heart of Disa, seemed to be dislodged when he heard that sentence. Cannot have offspring in a marriage, certainly not a small matter. The presence of a child in a family is the desire and pride of every married couple.
Children can be as solace, complement household fun, successor to ideals, investment, teachers, partners, even protective parents, especially when the parents are old. No parent expects to be lonely in old age. Every couple certainly crave and expect their children later can be happy, be a conditioning of the heart and eyes.
“I know, it's something heavy sa, and you don't have to answer it now. Your right to refuse or accept, do not feel burdened by the request mamah.”
Kean's sentence was conveyed as an affirmation. Yes, Disa always had the right to accept or reject it. Moreover, he is not a perfect man who from the beginning often makes Disa feel hurt.
Kean was right, he had to think about it carefully. Like his principle, he would only marry once to someone who loved him and was with him for life.
So, what's important now? Is the desire to have such a powerful offspring or the feeling that exists today? Couldn't everyone have flaws including the young master before him? But everyone has the right to strive to achieve their hopes and happiness.
“Master, may I ask?” doubtfully the sentence was uttered.
“Hem, say.” Kean waited patiently for him. He was very ready if what he would ask was something heavy for him to answer.
He tried to smile even though he looked funny. Sighing deeply and unraveling the sentence that was on his mind.
“What, the feeling of the master is still the same towards me?” for him, this needs to be asked. There must be love between them so that they can survive and tighten their hands when faced with bigger problems later.
“Hem, still and always.” Answer Kean firmly.
“As you go, like part of my world is destroyed. I didn't have a clear direction until when I faced a lot of difficulties to deal with everything, I felt you were the one I had to go for."
Kean is not a man who easily confesses his feelings. The journey was so long that he realized and admitted that he loved Disa.
The one Desa felt at this moment, Kean's gaze was still the same, warm and thrilling making Disa could only be transfixed speechlessly. The same feeling that always made him feel in love just because he saw Kean's deep netra.
Not Disappointed, if the feelings of Disa for Kean are still the same. Kean was the first man to make her fall in love. Make it possible to distinguish where to admire and how to love.
Kean was like a glowing celestial object even though he held it tightly in both hands but his radiance was still felt. Everything about Kean couldn't make him turn away. But this kind of feeling, was it enough to make him say yes?
*****
“Where?” Arini immediately greeted when she saw Kean and Disa back in the hotel room.
Looks like their conversation is over. Unfortunately, there was no meaningful change from the expression of the two. Only, they were already not as tense as before.
“Mba here will be my brother right bang?” Shafira approached Disa and struggled spoiled in her arms.
Disa just smiled at Shafira's sweet behavior. Glanced at Kean who was standing firmly beside him and this man nodded like he understood the true intent of Disa.
“Kasih a little time ya mah.” That sentence later became Kean's answer.
Arini smiled meaningfully. Kean's attitude seemed to affirm that his son had been convinced by his feelings while Disa still had to convince him.
Can Arini understand, marriage is not an easy thing to decide. He respected Disa's decision to think about it first. He had failed in a relationship that he could not easily end. The impact if he missteps, not only he is hurt but many hearts. He also did not want to make Disa feel the same pain in the future as he had ever felt.
She loved Lisa like her own daughter. Disa has given many good things in her life as well as her son's life. This girl does need time and later, she hopes that Disa decides to accept her request.
After Kean, Arini and Shafira returned, Disa pensive herself on her bed. Many things were flogging not only in his heart but in his mind.
A request to marry the man she loves, whether like a thunderbolt in broad daylight or like a rainbow after rain. Both of them made him flabbergasted to the point of barely being able to speak.
He still had to think about what his life would be like if he refused to marry Kean or accept it. Although his heart is filled with passionate feelings but the logic still has to go.
Unfortunately, at the moment there was nothing he could talk to. He had no parents for him to share his thoughts or where to ask what marriage is like. Everything was faint and there was not the slightest shadow in his mind. Every relationship hopes to be anchored in a marriage, but what is a form of marriage?
After a long time of thinking, Disa finally decided to ask someone. A woman he considers to be his own parents.
“Tan, can I ask you something?” the message was sent to Mery.
“What's? What more food do you want?” in tandem, Mery immediately replied to his message. Looks like the woman is not playing games or watching soap opera “Kumenis.”
Because often asked for recipes, then this answer sent Mery.
“Hehehehehe... Not tan. Could you want her, what are our considerations to accept a man as husband?” write with doubt. He did not know what Mery's perception was like after reading his message.
“Kalo love, wedlock.” Answer's simple.
“Hah? Enough love tan?"
"Are there no other considerations?"
"Where if in the future it turns out we do not match the man?” dissa protest.
For him it is impossible to choose marriage for just such a simple reason.
Please worry about waiting for Mery's answer. There was no sign of this woman typing the message. Is the question wrong, or is Mery asleep?
3 Minutes passed and there was no answer. Can exhaled his breath rough while lying his body limp. Where's Mery?
“Tring!” one incoming message but not a text message received but a voice message.
“You married who are you?” his voice sounded loud. Whether this is just a question or a form of anger, it can sometimes be difficult to tell the difference if you don't look directly at Mery's rich expression.
“You have a lot of consideration, until old you will not marry. Just keep thinking you're bald. Your soul mate's name is removed later in Lauhulmahfuz and hunted in person.”
The second message that Mery sent, made Disa smile a little. There's-there's this tant. Apparently in addition to wanting to reply to a message he also wanted to nag Disa so he sent a voicemail.
The third message is to listen to Disa. “Lagian, you are not an angel wedding that all must be perfect. Angels are each one's main task, there is nothing all he works for. Man is the most perfect. So, if love is marriage. Marriage its shortcomings and ugliness. If later you find the goodness and advantages, it's a bonus for you.”
“Inget, the important love!”
“Can, who wants to bed you? Why is aunt not told?” mery asked in her last message.
Again, he just smiled. He was about to reply to Mery's message, but stopped. He was confused what to reply. He planned, if his heart was fixed, that he himself would come and tell Mery this.
Right now, all he wanted to do was prostrate before the owner of the heart. The one who turns the heart of man. Hopefully, he finds answers in his prostration until he makes a decision.
