Is still alone on the porch when the night is getting late. Fretfully he waited for Kean who until last night was still not home. It's nine o'clock in the night but there's no sign of Kean coming yet. Though usually the most night, at 8 he had gone home. There was no word on whether her husband would be overtime or if something made her come home late.
“A, where are you? Still in the office?”
This message was sent when the previous message was not answered by Kean. The message was sent but not read by Kean. And now the phone is not even active, making the feeling of Disa more uncertain.
“A, where the hell is it? Kok is not even active.” murmured Disa with her anxious face.
He again tried to contact Kean but instead connected to the mailbox.
“A, why is hp not active? Where's AA? Is there still work?” the sentence was uttered after the beep of the inbox sounded.
His body was so limp that he sat his body in a chair with an erratic mind.
Since this morning, Kean ignored his phone, including when he tried to inform him that he was going to the main house to visit Arini who was sick.
“I need time, sa.” That sentence was the last one I heard after last night's debate. Maybe this time Kean is indeed being pulled over, thinking about what they were arguing about last night.
But could he not make Disa anxious like this?
The night wind that blew fiercely, making Disa shudder and hug her own body. Finally he decided to go in and wait for Kean inside.
As he passed the dinner table, he checked the cold food again. Already 2 times he warmed it up and hoped Kean would come home before the food came back cold. But it seems he can't be too hopeful, Kean won't be home soon.
Finally, he sat on the sofa, staring at the mural of the lion family he had made with Kean.
Memories with Kean like re-spinning in his head, making him smile at once grimacing himself at the same time. There was a feeling of sadness that now appeared in his heart which then made him sob alone when he realized that there had never been a family of lions in this house.
There was only one male lion lost in a dark and desolate forest. He had tried to take her out of the forest but she never seemed to succeed because the lion did not want to get out of her place at this time. Kean stays with his choice to get caught up in the past that has left him self-tortured. There is no point in bringing him a lantern if the one in the light chooses to close his own eyes.
Up to this point, Disa understood the magnitude of the trauma that Kean had experienced. Being hurt mentally and emotionally it will not heal quickly unless the person himself is trying to get out and fight his dark memories. Everything's too shaky.
Kean was very confused to choose how he got out of his trauma without having to drag others to get hurt. Too late, someone beside him was already injured.
Not getting word, Disa finally decided to contact Roy. It's possible that this man could give him news about Kean.
“Assalamu’alaikum mas roy. Sorry to interrupt night-night.”
“I want to ask, is my husband still in the office?”
Those two sentences were sent. Roy quickly read it and typed in a reply.
“Wa’alaikum greetings. Good night young miss.”
“I'm sorry, I'm still in Jogja, but please wait for me to ask the staff in the office.” That was the reply Roy sent.
He had to wait in anxiety. There was no Roy near Kean, which meant her husband was alone. Will he be okay in staying alone while his mind is erratic? What if he's desperate and does something that's not right?
“Yeah aa,.. Why am I getting worried? Did I just go to the office?” Cana asked herself.
His phone rang again, indicating a message coming in.
“Sorry to have made miss wait.”
“Young master is still in the office and is working on some work.”
"His phone is inactive. Is there anything that Miss wants to say?"
“Haaah,.” Can breathe her sigh of relief. By doing his job, at least Kean is still fine. Berdo’a course hopefully her husband will come home soon.
“Good thanks for the information mas roy.” Reply Disa.
“Sama-sama young lady. Good night.”
Disa just smiled reading Roy's reply. It seemed like she was going to wait for Kean here, worried that her husband would come home and need something so she could wake up quickly.
On the sofa was Cana lying down her body. Cower under a thin blanket that warms him. She stared at the calendar on her phone, and she should be preparing to celebrate something with her husband tonight. But again, he was only alone through these difficult times. In the hug of the phone in front of the chest, hoping that the message he sent was read by Kean and Kean knew that he was very worried about him.
Maybe tonight should be like this. Disa and Kean are a little distant and think for themselves and for the future of both. With distance, maybe they can understand many things that cannot be solved by arguing.
By morning, there was no sign of Kean coming home. Checking the garage, no cars parked. Then go to Kean's room, everything's neat. There was no trace of Kean. Kean really didn't come home. He chose to stay in the office without giving him any news, like he did not care about making Disa anxious and waiting for him all night.
“Aa right, for those of us who are still childish, it is not appropriate to think about let alone have children.” Murmured Disa who sat languidly on the edge of Kean's bed.
He sighed deeply, with tears slowly beginning to drip. This is how it is ignored. We will only know the pain when we feel it ourselves. Perhaps this is also what makes Disa not fully understand the feelings of Kean at this time and the reason that is so difficult to move from the trauma.

“Bini you really want to go to paris?” the sudden question was raised by Clara who suddenly met Kean this afternoon.
“Means lo?” the short question belonged to Kean who scrunched his forehead, not believing Clara's words.
“Lo don't know?” fierce Clara.
He pulled out his phone and showed me the message his assistant sent from the assistant there.
Kean grabbed the phone and slowly read the message.
“Yes, for this morning young lady has not been able to meet with sister clara. He has an appointment with Maureta. I'll let you know when I get home..”.
The sound of the message that continues.
Kean was just stuck in his place with a feeling he couldn't describe. Is it true that Disa decided to go to Paris without talking about it first with her? How could? Is it because he didn't come home last night?
“Don't say you don't know!” Clara took her phone from Kean's hands, without the slightest resistance. Upset also saw Kean just staring like a fool.
“Yan, do you cry me anyway?!” snapping Clara who felt neglected.
Kean turned his best friend a moment later moved from his place and chose to stand in front of the large window of his room. It needs more space to breathe. He hoped that his mind would be diverted from the fear of leaving behind that was suddenly present.
Honestly, last night he did not tell Disa, he turned off his phone hoping he could think clearly about his problem with Disa. But he did not expect that this even made Disa decide to leave.
“Lo any problem what same bini lo sampe she mutusin go?” finding Kean speechless, Clara believes Disa's decision to leave has something to do with Kean's attitude.
“Not business lo.” Kean sahut short. He did not want more people to enter the maelstrom of his problem with Disa, which will make everything more runyam.
“Yes okay, your personal problems are none of my business. But, in the aftermath, it's a problem for me.” Clara sat in one corner of the sofa and stared at Kean cynically.
“Lo know, if there has signed a cooperation contract with me. And if he is absent, there are consequences.” Imbuh Clara with great emphasis.
Kean did not budge from his place. “If there is a contract fine, I will pay it.” Legally weak. Not far from the consequences that must be borne by his wife.
“Hahahaha..” Clara laughed at Kean's answer, making her best friend turn her head because she realized Clara was laughing at him.
“Gue forgot that I was dealing with the sultan again. Anything you can pay with money. But, money lo can not make someone make tetep is on the side of lo.” Clara's sentence was a crushing innuendo to Kean who was now looking at her cynically.
While Clara, indifferently moved from her place while tidying up her long hair. He approached Kean and stood right beside him, both staring at the bustling city of Jakarta from the 16th floor.
“One thing you have to inget, not all things can lo selesein use money. More feeling issues.” He turned to face Kean.
“But look at your attitude now, you are indeed very suitable with a look like this.” Tidying up Kean's tie and suit, he smiled as Kean looked at him.
“As boss.” Clara's whisper in Kean's ear.
“But,” he pulled his body away from Kean. Crossed his arms in front of his chest and looked at Kean from top to bottom.
“Pretty jerk enough to make a couple.” Clara smiled sinisterly at the end of her sentence.
“What do you mean?! You don't know anything about me.” Kean's insistent won't accept. The friend he always guarded even labeled him as a jerk, of course he could not accept it.
“Yes, okay, I don't know very details about you. Because, over the years we've been best friends, you passive yan. Lo the observer who never dared to act.”
“But the benchmark is easy just to just judge you quite a jerk.”
Clara purposely hung up her sentence. He casually spoke, as if he knew that Kean would do nothing more to him than look at him cynically.
“When a woman kayak bag is chosen ninggalin lo, it means you are quite a jerk.” Clara pointed at Kean's chest with her index finger.
“Yes I said she's a baggy girl because when she fell in love, she gave me everything she had for you."
"He made lo his life axis, the only direction to go and of course, you become his greatest hope.”
“If now he is aware and choose ninggalin lo, it means he realizes that you are very jerk and inappropriate in defense. Easy right?” bright Clara lightly.
He rubbed Kean's shoulder, like cleaning up the dust that was stuck there and then smiled calmly.
“And you are so stupid if you tell the future you go only because you can't get out of the past lo.” Clara with a serious face.
He looked at his friend with a page. Between pity and annoyance with Kean's attitude like this. It is only fitting that finally Disa gave up and chose to leave.
There was no rebuttal from Kean. He just bowed lethargic while leaning on his desk. Clara's sentence was like a serious blow that hit her heart. And he can only accept, not chim. Maybe what Clara said was true, he was a jerk who deserved to be left behind.
Left out? Isn't Disa gonna leave him?
Is it possible that Disa was persuaded by Reza's seduction?
