Chapters 80. Disappointment of Sea

Five days have passed since the Sea attack. Today the woman will be preparing to return home.

“Are you ready?” Noah hugged Sea's body from behind. The two were staring at the street so densely packed with vehicles from the windows in the Sea treatment room.

“Kan since you packed, Mas. I should have asked, are you done getting ready?” reply Sea asked her husband.

Noah laughed, he took the opportunity to kiss his wife's cheek. “Not that I mean,” replied Noah.

Sea turned around, now the two faced each other. He got a kiss on his forehead. “Then?” ask Sea.

“You ... are you okay?”

“Of course. Look, I've been very healthy.” Sea tried to reassure her husband with the best smile he could.

“Yes, but I doubt it.” Noah's forehead frowned.

“Hongs? You always have been.” The woman throbbed, making Noah finally pinch his two cheeks.

Noah brought Sea's body closer to him. Hugged his wife long while occasionally peeping the top of his head.

True to Noah's guess. Just two days after his return from the hospital, Sea received a call from the police.

Sea and Noah are now in the family room, watching a drama series from Gingseng Country that became Sea's favorite. But Sea still could not get rid of the shadows after he read the police call for him.

Noah is still unaware that something bad is happening to his wife. The doorbell startled Sea and made the woman scream. Noah, who was sitting not far from the Sea, rushed to his wife.

He closed his wife's body tightly, “Hei .. hey. That was just the sound of the doorbell,” whispered Noah softly.

Sea nodded. Feeling comfortable and safe every time Noah hugged her. Although he asked his wife to be calm, deep down, now he was the most unsettled.

Seconds by seconds keep changing. The night finally arrived. Sea who first cleaned his body, now sitting leaning on the bed waiting for Noah who was changing clothes.

The two spent the night laughing. Pillow talk like this is a panacea for Sea to reduce all the anxiety that can suddenly arise in his mind. In my heart, Sea never ceases to be grateful.

God is so good. Although He gave me a test, He gave me Mas Noah who can strengthen me to pass the test from Him.

The next day, all the way to Noah's police station continued to drive with one hand. His other hand held his wife's hand.

Noah faithfully continued to be at Sea's side. One by one the questions by the police officers were answered Sea very well. Although her hands clasped tightly to her husband's hands and a cloud of sweat began to drift from her forehead, Sea still tried his best to give her a description.

Sea admitted that he was now nervous and scared at the same time. Every question he received, forced his brain to remember the terrible incident. Until there was one question that made his heart beat fast.

“Do you know Mr Alfio?” ask the police officer.

“Of course I know him,” replied Sea.

“Can you tell me how you know him?”

Sea glanced at Noah. When he saw the nod of Noah's head finally flowed Sea's story. How and where he first met Alfio. How until they become good friends, to how the chronological events when the accident befell both.

For almost 4 hours Sea underwent examinations. There were still a few more questions Sea had to answer, in case Sea's legal team didn't ask for a delay. They do it considering the health condition of his client who has just recovered from his illness.

“May I know, Alfio's involvement in this case?” finally the question that had been suffocating his breath had been thrown out as well.

“Mr Alfio allegedly is the brain of the attack that befell you,” replied the apparatus.

”Because the culprit is the same person who was involved in the accident that you have experienced, now we are also investigating Mr. Alfio's involvement in the accident.”

Termangu sea. There was nothing he could think of right now. There was not a single reason that could justify why Alfio had intended to harm him.

Instead of being angry, Sea was more disappointed. Too disappointed to think of the person he believes seems to have wretched him. How will he believe in others again, if his beliefs are so easily tarnished.

Seeing his wife trembling and tears streaming down his cheeks, Noah immediately brought Sea into his deck. “Crying, darling. It's okay, I understand.”

Break Sea's cry after hearing her husband's words. Am I too stupid to judge the sincerity of others? the Sea complained.

His moments with Alfio played out like a film recording in his mind. Is all that man's kindness to me just a sham? That question made Sea even more disappointed.

Feeling quite the cry, Sea again sat up straight. Hugging her husband was the best thing to calm her down. Aided by Noah, Sea wiped the remains of tears on her pretty face.

“Can I meet him?”

“Meet with Brother Alfio?”
