The Part 18

It didn't take too long, after Morty came out of Casey's study, Aaron was seen walking in and approaching Casey.

"What's wrong?" ask Casey.

Aaron looked at Lionel who was still leaning on Casey's shoulder, because Casey was still not willing to let go.

"Casey...!" said Lionel, whispering. "We'll both look like we're just playing around in this office."

"Don't waste my time! What do you want to talk about?" casey said again, to Aaron, without caring about Lionel's chatter just now.

"I want to take you somewhere with me" said Aaron, looking at Lionel and Casey, alternately.

"Where are you going?" ask Casey.

"You already know, if there is a plan to build a new branch office, right?" sahut Aaron's.

"Yes ... Of course I already know," Casey replied, flat.

While talking to Aaron, Casey thought of Lionel, who must have felt sore now, because Lionel who stood too long with a bent position.

So Casey then let go of Lionel's hand, and in that moment Lionel then shifted a little, so that he could stand next to Casey's seat. 

"You're not doing a lot of work, are you? I want you to look at the area, so you can give your response," Aaron said, walking closer to Casey's desk. 

"For what? That's not my job" said Casey, without burden.

"Yes, I know that" Aaron said.

"But I want someone to give me an honest response, and not just to please me....

... Plus, you certainly don't want to, if the investment from Roberts group used in vain, right?" continued Aaron, sounding hastily reasoned.

"Hm ... It's your own responsibility. If you waste your company's finances, then I just need to send a warning" Casey said.

For Casey, Aaron is currently looking for reasons, so he can be alone with Casey.

Casey wants to quickly restore her memory, so she can solve the puzzle of Daniel and Lionel's strange behavior, which still seems to be covering up something from Casey.

Aaron, speaking simultaneously with Casey, simply stopped talking as Casey expressed his willingness to go along with Aaron.

"Did you change your mind, and want to cancel your plan to invite me to go with you?" Casey asked back.

"No! ... Of course not!" sahut Aaron, looking excited. "Can you travel with me now?"

Lionel held Casey's arm, as if he wanted to hold back, and stopped Casey's plan.

"You're going with him? ... You two alone?" asked Lionel, putting on a look of astonishment.

Before Casey answered Lionel's question, Aaron had already said,

"Lion! ... I promised to take care of him. You can hold my word, if I'm not gonna trigger a fight with him, or make him sick."

"It's best to be right! Because I'm not Mister Roberts. I won't hesitate to beat you to the ground, if anything happens to Casey" Lionel said.

"Yes, I already know that" said Aaron, then stretched out his hand toward Casey. 

"I can walk on my own" said Casey, who understood Aaron's intentions, who wanted to hold Casey's hand.

The journey to the area where the planning for the construction of a new branch office takes more than two hours.

Casey traveled alone with Aaron, there.

Aaron, who was driving his car, didn't say much along the way.

Just as she got out of Aaron's car, Casey started to shiver in the cold.

"I used to think, if R&H Corp was built in this place for the first time, then this place would be a good start," Aaron said.

"Do you hate me?" Aaron asked back.

"I wouldn't be too sorry if you hated me. Because I deserve to be hated by you, and I would rather be like that, than you ignore me altogether....

...Because if you hate me, then I will find a way that you can forgive me. But if you don't pay attention to me, then there's certainly nothing I can do. Because you won't want to see, no matter what I do....

... Everything will be useless, even though I really mean it, so you can make up with me," continued Aaron. 

Casey then fell silent for a moment.

"I'm so sorry! ... But I won't make you happy, by hating you. I'd rather, if we were just like we are now....

... You stick with your life, and whatever you want to do. And I'm living my life, without you taking part in it" Casey said.
