Memory Of Love

Memory Of Love
The Part 20

While Aaron was driving, about to go to lunch with Casey, Aaron's cell phone still went off several times.

However, until they arrive at a restaurant, Aaron does not receive the incoming call, and just keeps his phone lying in its place.

Although actually Casey did not care, but over time, Casey became disturbed by the ringtone, and the vibrations produced by Aaron's phone.

"Aaron! ... Why don't you take the incoming call on your phone? What if it's something important?" casey asked, pretending she didn't know, that it was Julie who called Aaron.

Before he got out of the car, Aaron took his phone and looked at it, saying,

"Nothing is important ... Let's go in!"

Again, Aaron simply put his phone in between the seats back, then got out of his car immediately, and together with Casey, entered the restaurant building.

On the sidelines of their lunch, Aaron who lowered his gaze, looked at the food he was eating, suddenly just chapped, saying,

"I don't like someone who has a manipulative nature."

"Ugh?" Casey who did not hear well what Aaron said, was only flabbergasted.

"Julie ... He's the one who called me" Aaron said, raising his gaze and looking at Casey.

"I want him to think and really regret what he did first, then I can forgive him" Aaron continued.

"Hm ... Pff...!" Casey muttered then laughed, while covering her mouth with one of her clenched hands.

"What's so funny?" asked Aaron, looking confused.

"So, are you currently fighting with him? Then choose to spend time with me, as a diversion?" Casey asked back, in a cynical tone of voice.

"Of course not! ... Do you think I'm that low?" sahut Aaron, firm.

"I was a fool, who could easily believe Julie's words. But I'm not a liar, or someone who likes to play with other people's feelings....

... Have you ever heard me say that I love you? Or I might say, if I am physically attracted to you? ... No, right?

... I'm just trying to fix my mistake. And I also hope, that way, I can also help improve my relationship with you, so that we do not become enemies" continued Aaron.

Casey nodded her head.

"Okay!" sahut Casey, no burden.

"Nrt! ... Of course I won't be able to force you to trust me" Aaron said, in a disappointed tone of voice and face.

Aaron, who looked as if he had lost his appetite, removed the tableware from his hand onto the table, then sat leaning back, looking at Casey.

Despite the situation, Casey still eats his food, without feeling the slightest disturbance.

"What should I do?"

According to Casey, at that time Aaron was not asking him, but sounded as if Aaron was feeling desperate, and just simply expressed what went through his mind.

But Casey answered him, saying,

"You can do anything that you think is good for you."

"Oh, gosh!" Aaron looked frustrated.

"What? ... Is there something wrong with my words?" ask Casey, pretending to be stupid.

"Huuffft...!" Aaron gave a rude snort, and ended up only silent for a while, while still looking at Casey.

Until Casey finished his lunch, Aaron still said nothing, and stayed with his previous behavior.

"Are we going home? Or are we gonna stay at this restaurant?" ask Casey.

Aaron shook his head, as if he couldn't believe it, with what Casey had just asked.

"Let's go home!" aaron said, then stood up from his seat.

The piece of meat steak, was still more than half of what was left on the plate in front of him.

"Not bad! ... I don't regret coming to this place."

"Yes ... Rarely can there be a restaurant in a hotel, which can serve the food well."

"Are you done? Or still want to try something else?"

Casey agreed with the opinion of the people nearby, that the food in the restaurant that was in the hotel that was not long inaugurated, was worth the price.

However, eating alone like that is not fun, so Casey chose to stop eating, and wanted to get out of there immediately.

In the parking lot, Aaron's car can be seen passing there.

But Casey was still unsure, that it was indeed Aaron, so he chose to stay in his car.

Casey had just started the engine of his car, however, when Aaron was seen walking in tandem with a woman, entering the hotel.

Casey was wide-eyed, with her chest still palpitating, and her irregular breathing.

"I'm sorry ... Did I just wake you up?" aaron asked, turning to Casey for a moment, before he looked straight back at the street in front of him.

"There's a stray cat passing in front of us. Inevitably, I had to step on the brakes all of a sudden" Aaron continued.

"Stop the car! ... Now!" said Casey, who was wrathful at that very moment, and let out a voice that shook and rose.

"What's wrong?" asked Aaron, who looked confused.

However, Aaron still slowed down the speed of his car, until finally stopped, after pulling over to the side of the road.

Casey then tried to open the car door, was about to get out of there, and went away from Aaron.

But Aaron apparently turned on the auto lock from his car, so Casey could not open the car door.

"Open this door!" casey said, yelling at Aaron.

"Casey! Where are you going? The journey home is still a long way from here" asked Aaron, in a hurry.

"Did you not hear? ... Open this door! I want to get out right now!" Again, Casey snapped at Aaron, with his voice almost half screaming.

Casey became increasingly riled up, and mixed with frustration, because he could not open the car door.

Aaron, who had removed his seatbelt, leaned toward Casey, and tried to hug Casey there.

"Please yourself! ... What's wrong with you? What is your anger, because I woke you up from your sleep? ... Casey...! Please!"

Casey who squirms and moves wildly, to break away from Aaron's embrace, is in no mood at all, to respond to Aaron's questions and words.

However, over time, Casey's energy seemed to run out, so he could not afford to fight Aaron again.

And the more dominant feeling of disappointment and sadness overcame him, making him feel so fragile, that at once, he then cried as much as he could.

"What's up? ... Did you just have a bad dream?" aaron asked, quietly, sounding as if he wanted to calm Casey down, while still hugging Casey tightly.

Casey does not answer Aaron's question, and is only preoccupied with his own thoughts, which are muddled with various kinds of mixed emotions, and appear simultaneously.

Plus, there is one unusual feeling that confuses Casey, which comes when she gives up, and lets Aaron hold her, until her head rests on Aaron's chest.

As Casey listens to Aaron's heartbeat, Casey can feel a little better than before.

As if, Casey does love Aaron, to make him feel comfortable, while getting the attention and warm treatment of Aaron.

So at that time, Casey was completely confused and almost frustrated, because he was the one who had difficulty, to separate between his feelings of hatred for Aaron, and his desire to have Aaron completely.

Therefore, it took a while for Casey, until she finally calmed herself down, and stopped crying.

Then, after the wave of his emotions subsided, and already able to control Casey, what was left later, was a stabbing pain in his head.

While trying hard to endure the pain in her head, which even made her unable to open her eyes, Casey then said,

"Medicus ... My bag..."

"What did you say?" Aaron asked, along with his embrace on Casey's body, which felt loosened.

"My medicine is in my bag!" casey replied, holding her head with both hands.

Aaron then leaned Casey in the car seat, whose position seemed to have changed, until it felt more collapsed than usual.

Not too long later, Aaron fed two pills of the drug, and helped Casey swallow it with a little water, saying, saying,

"I'll take you to the hospital."

"Not necessary! ... Later, if the pain can not be reduced," said Casey, massaging his forehead.
