Memory Of Love

Memory Of Love
The Part 28

"What did you say?" ask Steve.

According to Casey, he only grumbled slowly, but apparently, Steve could still listen to his words.

"There's nothing" Casey replied, taking her eyes off Aaron, and looking back at Steve.

"Do you want to look around there?" steve asked, pointing at a stand, which provided musical equipment.

"Ugh?" Although Casey was surprised by Steve's invitation, but he finally agreed to go to a room filled with musical instruments, as a display.

After some time looking around inside there, Steve then seemed to pick up an acoustic guitar, then tried to play it.

"Hey! ... I didn't know you could play the guitar" Casey said, in surprise.

"An acquaintance of mine taught me," said Steve, smiling, then strumming the strings of a guitar slowly.

While accompanied by a guitar quote, Steve then hummed, even though the song he was singing, sounding foreign to Casey's ears.

However, Casey considers that the song that was sung by Steve was quite interesting.

And apparently, it's not just Casey who's interested in listening to Steve sing.

Although Steve was just humming slowly, but Steve also attracted the attention of other people, who were there.

Steve's fingers were seen moving agilely on the guitar strings, and Steve's voice also turned out to be quite melodious when he sang.

In addition, according to Casey, the foreign language of the country where Steve lived so far, seems to also influence, so people want to pay attention to Steve there.

Just a little bit of the song lyrics, which Casey can understand, and as it sounds, it's a love song with friendly words.

After Steve stopped singing, two people with different races from the race of people in the country, and looked like lovers, then approached Steve.

The two men then chatted with Steve, using the language Steve used in his song, as he sang earlier.

At that time, Casey could only look at Steve and the two men, because most of what they were talking about, could not be understood by Casey.

And when the two men had already passed away, excitedly, Casey then said,

"I'll buy you that guitar. But instead, you must teach me the language of that country."

"Pff.ht...! Okay!" steve said, laughing.

Casey then paid the price of the guitar, which Steve had tried earlier, and the guitar was soon wrapped by a store clerk, using a special bag for the guitar.

"I feel like I want to go home soon, so you can sing for me" Casey said.

Steve seemed to be smiling broadly, then touching one of Casey's cheeks, Steve then said,

"What about dinner? I want to have dinner with you."

"Hm ... Okay!" sahut Casey's. "What do you want to eat?"

"What about steak?" steve asked, pointing with his eyes, a restaurant inside the shopping center.

"Can you go there first? I'm gonna take this stuff to the car. I'll catch up with you there" continued Steve.

Casey looked up at Steve's hand holding the grocery bag, and it was still coupled with the guitar, which helped make the grip of both of Steve's hands fuller.

"Okay!" sahut Casey's.

Before Steve left, he still took the time to kiss Casey on the forehead, then said,

"I'm sorry for making you have to go alone and wait. But I won't be long."

"It doesn't matter" Casey said, then parted ways with Steve.

Casey, who took an empty table inside the restaurant, close to the wall, did not immediately make the order, and just sat there waiting for Steve.

Meanwhile, Casey then looked at all the parts of the shopping center, which he could see, from behind the glass walls of the restaurant.

Seeing the people passing by there, made Casey so think of some things.

Casey grew up in the country until she finished her high school, but Casey didn't have many friends there.

Casey did not even know anymore, will be heard from most of the colleagues in his school first, because Casey who always miss the reunion.

"Why are you alone?"

Casey was completely unaware of the whereabouts of Aaron approaching her, inside the restaurant.

Casey turned his head, and saw Aaron standing nearby.

"Where's Steve?" ask Aaron, again.

"She was driving groceries to the car" Casey replied spontaneously, then immediately realized something.

"Why do you need to find out everything? ... Can't you just take care of your personal business?" casey continued hurriedly, who was disturbed by Aaron there.

"Julie was shopping," said Aaron, then took a seat near Casey.

"I don't want to know" said Casey, then folded his hands in front of his chest. "What are you doing here for?"

"I just want to sit down" Aaron replied, as if he didn't care, even though Casey had shown his dislike.

Aaron then opened the menu book that was on the table, then took a look inside. "I've never tried steak in this restaurant."

"What is this good for?" aaron asked, showing Casey the text in the menu book with his finger pointed out.

"I'll eat here this time. How can I know if it's good or not?" sahut Casey, ketus.

"Then I'll try this one!" Aaron's still acting stupid, and it just makes Casey even more upset about it.

Casey almost snapped at Aaron, but Steve was suddenly near the table, where Casey and Aaron were sitting, and immediately greeted, saying,

"Mister Hamilton!"

"Hi! ... It doesn't matter if I join you two, does it? I don't want to eat alone" Aaron said.

"Are we having dinner somewhere else?" casey asked, not caring about Aaron's whereabouts.

Apparently, just like Casey, Steve also seemed to disagree, if Aaron joined them for dinner.

But Steve said nothing, and just took a proper seat opposite Casey, then looked at Aaron and Casey alternately.

"Aren't you going to try the food at another restaurant?" Casey repeated the question to Steve.

"You said, you've never tried a meal at this restaurant before" said Aaron, sounding hurriedly chimed in on Casey's words.

"Aren't Julie going to look for you?" ask Casey, to Aaron.

"I'm hungry and she's still shopping" Aaron said.

"Then does that have to be our business?" ask Casey, don't lose.

"Casey! ... Its alright. We'll have dinner here, with Mister Hamilton," said Steve, as if to stop the debate from taking place, between Casey and Aaron.

"Oh, yes! ... Steve ... Can I just call you Steve?" ask Aaron.

"Yes" replied Steve, briefly.

"Okay, Steve! ... No need to be too formal. Just call me Aaron" said Aaron.

"Ow! ... Okay!" steve Sahut.

"Thank you for allowing me to join you. This dinner, let me buy it" Aaron continued, to Steve.

Aaron then signaled the waiter to approach their table.

Both Aaron, Casey and Steve, then immediately made orders, each of which they wanted.

His glass, which had been poured with wine by the waiter, was then shaken by Aaron and took a sip of his wine a little, before he then said,

"I'm sorry ... I don't intend to disturb you. But Julie was shopping for underwear. I feel awkward, if I stay there with him."

"It's okay!" sahut Steve, who also took a little liquid wine from his glass.

"Do you know Julie?" ask Aaron.

"Casey told me, that your acquaintance, also works in the same company as you," replied Steve.

"That's it?" ask Aaron, again.

Steve was silent for a moment, before he finally said,

"Yes ... That's all."
