Memory Of Love

Memory Of Love
The Part 25

Not long after Casey finished talking to Steve, Morty went into Casey's study.

Morty submitted a proposal file, to commemorate the founding of R&H Corp, to Casey, while providing little additional information about the event.

According to Morty, from tomorrow there will be a casual race between all employees, in each hour the lunch break ends, for the next three days.

Likewise, a joint party will be held, between employees in the main office, and all branch offices located in all corners of the country, in the evening of the company's birthday.

"Morty! ... Go see the CEO! Then tell her I want to meet her, and I'll wait for her here!" casey said, giving his orders to Morty.

"Good, Miss!" said Morty, who then soon passed away from Casey's den.

Steve, who was sitting on the couch, reading a book, seemed interested in the command Casey had just given Morty.

"Something's wrong?" steve asked, looking at Casey. "Do I have to wait outside?"

"It's okay ... You can stay there" Casey replied.

Casey then went back to reading the proposal that was in his hands, and had not been signed by him.

No need for Casey to wait too long, there was already a knock on the door that then opened.

"Miss Roberts! ... CEO Aaron Hamilton is ready to meet you" Morty said.

"Yes ... Get him in!" Casey.

"Good, Miss!" morty, who kept the door open, let Aaron in to meet Casey, and it was shut by Morty.

Aaron, who walked up to Casey at his desk, looked at Steve sitting on the sofa.

As he continued walking, Aaron did not say or react to anything, although Steve nodded his head, as the two of them exchanged glances.

"Please sit!" casey said to Aaron, who was already near Casey's desk.

"What's wrong?" asked Aaron, after he sat in the chair opposite Casey.

"Company anniversary" Casey said, then looked at the proposal he had put on the table. "Is it necessary to hold an event for up to three business days?"

"This is the first time the company has held a celebration. In addition, this event was also held, as well as to welcome the new main commissioner" Aaron replied.

"Then this activity was not planned in advance. Right, so?" ask Casey.

"Yes ... It was just decided at the board meeting this morning" Aaron replied.

"Did you disagree? It's for the good of the company. Employees need to rest, and have a little fun, so they can later work more optimally," continued Aaron rush.

"Hmmm...." Casey muttered, thinking about Aaron's words, for a while.

"The "resort, which is a place of recreation, belongs to Hamilton. So its use later, will not use the budget of this company. It's just the transportation costs" Aaron said.

"Yes, I know ... I've read the proposal. That's why I called you here. Wouldn't that cost Hamilton the group?" Casey.

"No ... The use of the resort was precisely a means of promotion," replied Aaron.

"I've got the approval of daddy, who will intervene directly, to prepare for the place later," continued Aaron.

"Hm ... Okay!" Casey.

Casey then signed his approval, on the budget of the company's funds, for any activities that would take place later.

"It!" Casey gives the proposal file, directly to Aaron, and Aaron immediately takes the file out of Casey's hands.

"Although suddenly, I hope the activities can take place according to the plan," Casey said.

"Thank you" said Aaron.

After a while, Aaron was still unmoved from his seat, prompting Casey to rebuke him, saying, ''Well,

"I gave my consent. You can leave now."

"Casey! ... Would you like to have dinner with me tonight?" ask Aaron.

"I'm sorry ... But I can't accept your invitation. I'll accompany Steve" Casey replied.

"Where is he staying?" ask Aaron, again.

"Today, you've been 'pasting your nose' on me, '" said Casey, who was upset by Aaron's curiosity.

"Is he that special? You never even allowed me to stay overnight" Aaron said, as if grumbling.

"Huuffft...!" Casey grunts violently. "What's wrong with you? I really don't know what you really want."

Looking at it at a glance, Aaron looked disappointed at that moment, and without saying anything more, Aaron stood up from his seat, then passed away from there.

Casey shook her head, disbelieving Aaron's behavior, which only upset her.

"Are you okay?" steve asked, who had suddenly approached Casey, and sat down where Aaron was sitting.

"Huuuff...! Yeah, I'm fine!" suhut Casey, while forcing himself to smile.

"Does my existence only make things difficult for you?" steve asked, sounding cautious.

"Please, don't ever think like that! I'm happy that you're here, and I mean it" Casey said.

Casey then stood up from her seat, then said,

"I have no other job. After all, now it's not up to an hour, until the working hours are over. We can go home now."

"Okay!" steve then stood up and walked with Casey out of the room.

As Casey passed through the open door, Morty was seen standing from his seat.

"I'm going home now. If there's anything, you can call me," Casey told Morty.

"Good, Miss! ... Be careful on the road!" suhoor Morty.

Casey nodded her head, then continued walking with Steve, leaving Morty back in his chair.

Upon arrival at her home, Casey still took the time to rest for a while, before she finally went for a walk with Steve, who wanted to take a look around the city.

"What do you want to do?" casey asked Steve who was sitting next to her, while Casey's driver took them on a trip.

"When we're in college, I want us both to go to the movies, then have dinner, then take a leisurely walk in the park....

... But it never works, because we are both busy with college assignments," replied Steve, with a big smile.

"Hey! ... It sounds like we're both dating!" said Casey, who smiled, and almost laughed. "But that sounds pretty interesting too."

Casey then asked his personal driver, to drive them to the cinema, as their first destination.

After a few moments of looking at the film that will be aired there, which is an average romantic genre film, Casey confused himself choosing what film to watch.

"I don't know what a good movie is" Casey said.

"Pffit...!" Steve laughed stifledly, then pointed to a movie title, saying,

"How about we just watch this one? The film premiered."

Casey stared fixedly at Steve, making sure that Steve really wanted to watch a horror movie.

"Why do you see me like that? Don't you want to watch it? We can choose another one" said Steve, who appeared to be almost laughing.

To be honest, Casey couldn't stand watching the bloody scene, but since Steve did seem to want to watch the film, inevitably, Casey agreed.

And as a result, Casey barely dares to look up at the cinema screen, as long as the film goes live.

In fact, when Casey occasionally opened his eyes, and saw the extreme scene there, Casey unconsciously held and squeezed Steve's hand.

"If you're afraid, you should have said it before" Steve said, whispering in Casey's ear.

Casey did not respond to Steve's words, preferring to cover his face, by leaning him on Steve's arm.

Especially if Casey hears the voice of another audience member screaming hysterically, then Casey will actually press his face on Steve's arm.

"Would we just get out?" ask Steve.

At that time, it felt like Casey would agree to Steve's question, but Casey shook his head, to let Steve watch until satisfied.

Suddenly, Steve then raised his arm and grabbed Casey, so Casey's face leaned against Steve's chest.

"Let's get out of here!" steve said, then kissed Casey's head lighthouse.
