Casey's words, stemming from frustration, from confusion with her mixed feelings, to sounding like a hysterical cry, seemed particularly shocking to both Aaron and Steve, who were listening to her.
A surprised expression that was not much different from Steve and Aaron, was also seen on the faces of Lionel and Oscar, who had just approached Casey there.
For a while, aside from Casey massaging his forehead, all of them were there, just silent while looking at each other, one with the other.
"Casey...! I'm sorry.." said Aaron, softly.
Casey, embarrassed, realized that he had just started his anger like a fool, then said,
"You better get out of here.... I'm sorry."
Casey then turned his face, leaning on Steve's chest.
Steve then rubbed the back of Casey's head all the way to his back, gently and slowly.
"It's okay! No need to think about...!" steve said, in a whispering voice to Casey.
Steve's words, as if Steve realized, that Casey felt very embarrassed, because Casey could not control his emotions.

After the pain completely disappeared, Casey who had been lying in Steve's arms, then got up and shifted a little, to sit on the sofa.
"Have you felt better?" ask Lionel.
Casey nodded slowly, then raised his eyes around, and in his study, now all that was left was Steve and Lionel.
"I'm sorry, which is always just a hassle" Casey said, bowing his head.
"Huuufft...!" Lionel snorted softly, then approached Casey, then hugged her tightly. "Have you ever heard me complain?"
"Steve doesn't mind taking care of you either. Isn't that right, Steve?" continued Lionel.
"Yes, of course ... Casey...! I never thought of you as a burden" Steve said, chiming in.
"But ... Casey! ... I've never seen such an outburst of anger. Is there something Aaron said, that really makes you feel distracted?" said Lionel.
Casey shook her head. "Nothing ... Just all of a sudden, I felt like scolding her."
"Hm ... Nevermind! There's no need to think about it anymore" Lionel said.
"Aaron went to his study. And Oscar is back in the gym, because he's gonna replace us for the race....
... I think, everyone can understand, if your situation is not too good. So that your rude attitude earlier, can still be taught," continued Lionel, calming Casey.
After a while they just fell silent, Casey then pushed Lionel slowly, for Lionel to loosen his embrace.
"Steve is going to settle in this country" Casey told Lionel, then looked at Steve who seemed to nod his head.
"So I might go ahead with my plan, to put Steve in as president of the company" Casey told Lionel.
"Casey! ... I'm sorry ... I'm not going to disagree with your plan it'sโ" Steve said, cutting off talks between Casey and Lionel.
Casey along with Lionel, then looked up at Steve, and waited, what Steve would say next.
"... But I think before you put me on board, you better talk about the change in management with Aaron first....
... If he doesn't want to consider it, or he refuses to overhaul the company's management system, then you're asking me, to fill the position on top of Aaron's, '" Steve continued.
"It's a wise way of thinking" Lionel said.
"Even though you hate Aaron, but you said, you're thinking more about developing this company, aren't you? That way, I agree with what Steve suggested," continued Lionel, staring fixedly at Casey.
Casey was silent for a moment, thinking.
If Casey wants to talk about a change in management, then he has to talk to Aaron one-on-one, without any chance of intervention by anyone else, so that Aaron can express his honest opinion.
And right now, it should be a good opportunity, because according to Aaron, he was not doing much work.
But the consideration, is Casey who feels reluctant, to be alone with Aaron.
Moreover, the eruption of anger Casey earlier, also made Casey feel more awkward, to meet the man.
Casey sighed deeply, then exhaled slowly, then stood up from his seat, and walked outwards.
Morty was nowhere to be seen at his desk, when Casey opened the door and looked over, so Casey turned around, and asked Steve and Lionel, saying, Casey,
"Where's Morty?"
"Now there is free activity. Maybe Morty's at the gym" Lionel replied. "Why are you looking for him?"
"Hm ... I want Morty to call Aaron, so he can come here now. Because I want to talk about that management change with him" Casey replied.
"Let me call him" said Lionel, standing up from his seat, then looking up at Steve, and saying,
"Steve! ... Come with me!"
Both Lionel and Steve seem to understand, if the conversation that will be conducted between Casey and Aaron is confidential, and can not be discussed with anyone else there.
So Steve seemed to mind leaving Casey, and immediately stood up from his seat, then approached Casey.
"I feel proud of you. I hope your conversation goes well. I love you, my baby!"
"Love you, too.." said Casey, smiling.
"If Aaron agrees to see you, then we'll wait at the gym. You can contact us, if your conversation with him is over" Lionel said.
"Okay!" sahut Casey, who then gets a warm hug from Lionel, for a moment.
"Don't force yourself...! If your conversation only makes you feel too depressed, call us right away. So we can come here quickly," said Lionel, taking the time to tell Casey.
"Yes, I know ... No need to worry," Casey replied, making sure.
As Steve and Lionel walk out of his study, Casey then retrieves some files, which contain general corporate data, in preparation for his discussion with Aaron.
Casey was still standing near the filing cabinet, looking through the file in her hand, to make sure that it was the correct file, when Aaron opened his study door and greeted him.
"Casey! ... You want to meet me?"
As Aaron walked up to him, Casey looked at Aaron from the tip of his hair to the tip of his foot.
Casey shook his head, looking at Aaron's messy appearance, like how Casey saw him earlier.
The perfectionist nature possessed by Casey, makes Casey feel very disturbed, because of the appearance of Aaron.
So unknowingly, when Aaron stood at a very close distance to him, Casey then released the file in his hand onto the table, then tidied up the shirt worn by Aaron.
Aaron was silent, and let Casey tinker with his shirt.
"I want to talk about work. Then you came here with this look?" casey said, after Aaron's shirt already looks neat.
"Pffit...!" Aaron laughed, then touched Casey's head.
But Casey immediately brushed off Aaron's hand, saying, Casey,
"You better get your hair straight! So I don't feel like I'm talking to a random person, who I meet on the street."
"Okay, okay!" With his fingers, Aaron immediately straightened his hair, while still smiling, looking at Casey.
"What do you want to talk about?" ask Aaron.
Casey then sat down in his chair, allowing Aaron to sit on the chair, which was across the table in front of him. "Please sit!"
Aaron did not immediately sit down, but shifted the chair, moving to near Casey's work chair, saying, saying,
"We're just the two of us here. It'll be more convenient, if we talk like this."
Casey did not care what Aaron did, and immediately discussed the core of the problem, which led him to call Aaron there.
While telling Aaron what he's thinking, Casey exposes the company's general data, and points to all the management that Casey thinks needs to be changed.
Aaron listened to her carefully, and apparently, he did seriously think about what Casey had told him.
Once in a while, Aaron responds to Casey's words, expressing his opinion, or simply asking Casey.
"I think most of your thoughts I can accept" Aaron said on the sidelines of his conversation with Casey.
"But ... Does the change you want, for that part of the marketing, have nothing to do with the persona of the director?" aaron continued.
Of the many changes Casey wants to make, it's Julie's marketing lead that Aaron raises, and it's as if Aaron doesn't approve of it.
"Is there a reason, until you question the problem of change in marketing?" Casey asked back.
"No ... I was just wondering" Aaron replied.
"So is I. All the changes I've been thinking about, have nothing to do with anybody" Casey said.
Aaron then nodded his head, as if there was something he was thinking.
"Your plan is pretty extreme. But for the outline, I think that's acceptable" Aaron said. "When is the time you want, for a shareholders rally?"
"Why are you so easy to agree with?" Casey was quite surprised and astonished, due to Aaron's response.
"I think that's a good thought. Why should I refuse?" sahut Aaron, looking to knit his brows.
"It's quite surprising, because you can think critically like that, in just a few weeks you work at this company....
... If the two of us can continue to work together, then most likely, in the next year or two, this company will grow, two to three times," Aaron continued.
Casey fell silent.
"Casey! ... You're not gonna move to Roberts' group soon, are you?" ask Aaron.
"Ugh? ... No," Casey replied. "Why are you asking me that?"
"Hm ... If you're planning to move to Roberts group, then I won't be continuing your design" Aaron replied.
"Hey! ... Whatchu mean?" ask Casey.
"I'll let this company stay like this. Unless you want to stay here with me, "Aaron replied, staring fixedly at Casey.
