Raihan has arrived in Padang, he can only tell Hasna through a short message that he has arrived. After arriving at the office, Raihan immediately led the meeting. The experience he has not much, enough to make Raihan overwhelmed in overcoming it. Until not felt, Raihan can only rest and return to the Inn at 9 pm.

Raihan laid his body on the mattress, his back felt so sore and his head felt continuously throbbing nonstop. He had finished bathing in warm water hoping to relax his body. But the impact was still a little he felt. Raihan so remembered Hasna's gentle massage. He missed his wife.

"Na, try you're here maybe my body can quickly relax again.." Raihan murmured and daydreamed at his wife while frowning her head and shoulders.

"Oh yeah, I'd better call Hasna right now, but it's not too late." Raihan quickly grabbed his phone. And the phone is connected.

Hasna who was again with Dini, seeing the incoming call from her husband, she rushed to ask permission from Dini out of the care room Early, while Bu Lena, who was in the room, forced Hasna to rest at home because Hasna worried about the physical condition of her Mother-in-law who was not young anymore.

"Darling, how long have you been picking up the phone, don't you miss me..?" Raihan said as his phone was picked up by Hasna.

"I'm sorry Rai, I had to ask Early permission first and I also had to find a safe place so as not to be heard by Dini.."

"Oh that way, you have a plan that makes you difficult yourself.." Said Raihan who mocked his wife.

"No Rai, I'm glad to get to know Dini more closely. I have friends, so I'm not lonely anymore because there's no you.." Sahut Hasna from behind the phone with a voice that sounded without the slightest burden.

"Yes already... Oh yes, there's something I want to talk to you about, baby.. It's about my marriage to Dini.." Raihan said back with his serious mode.

"But, is it okay to talk about it over the phone, you are not sleepy right..? Raihan asked again before Hasna answered him.

"Yes Rai, if it's very important I'm ready to listen to it.." Sahut Hasna then and ready to listen to her husband.

"Honey, said Aunt Silvi Mama's sister who is now in Saudi Arabia, my marriage to Dini, haram in the eyes of Religion. How do you think, baby?" Raihan did not want to directly blame Hasna, he wanted to hear first his wife's opinion. Because all this time Hasna so insistent want him to treat Dini like his wife too.

"Rai, I've heard and read that marriage cases like yours are okay as long as they don't hook his wife during pregnancy."

"The opinion was conveyed by Imam Abu Hanifa who explained that if the one who married the pregnant woman was the man who impregnated her, the law could be. Whereas if the man who married her was not the man who impregnated her, then the man should not marry her until giving birth.. So I'm referring to that opinion anyway Rai.."

"But there are other opinions that say haram. I don't know which opinion is stronger either.. From what I read.. According to the opinion of Imam Malik and Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal who said men who do not impregnate should not marry women who are pregnant, unless after the pregnant woman gave birth and has expired 'the middle."

"Priest Ahmad added one more condition, that the woman must have repented of her adulterous sins. If he has not repented of the sin of adultery, then he still cannot marry anyone. It is mentioned in Al-Majmu's Sharah Al-Muhazzab by Al-Imam An-Nawawi, Jus XVI page 253."

"While according to the opinion of Imam Asy-Shafi'i that explains that both men who are pregnant or who do not impregnate, it is permissible to marry him. As stated in the book of Al-Muhazzab by Abu Ishaq Asy-Syairazi juz II page 43."

"The proposition is some of the following words, the Prophet SAW said: "Do not dis*tobeduhi (married) a pregnant woman (due to adultery) to give birth." (HR Abu Daud and set aside by Al-Hakim). Also in another account, the Prophet SAW said: "It is not lawful for a Muslim who believes in Allah and the last day to pour his water on the crops of others." (HR Abu Daud and Tirmizy).

Raihan let out his breath which he suddenly hunted, his body already felt cold hot. He missed his wife was at his side because there was something turbulent like wanting to be channeled. Raihan tried to shake off the turmoil, he rose from the fall, he walked towards the bathroom, he said, intending to wudhu and perform the prayers of three rakaats that lately he began to get used to doing before bed. Although his head still feels heavy and throbbing, Raihan still does not want to leave the habit. He hoped that after that he could rest in peace.
