After the sky turned dark, Ruby slowly opened her eyes.
The blurry look from too long closed his eyes as dark as his current mood. Really blurry, that blurry, that blurry, that blurry, that blurry, or whatever you call it, the point is like that.
Even after closing his eyes and trying to think positively, he still failed to do so. At a time like this, when the situation is this chaotic, if it involves the family, how could one still be able to think positively?
Except for Osvaldo, he couldn't do it.
Although part of the Diedrich family, he was not Osvaldo, he was only a human being and had his own character. She is a woman, with heart and feelings. For anything else like work or anything work-related, okay, he won't be this frustrated. At the very least, he just needed to sit down and think about it properly.
But now another story.
About his two sons preparing to leave him, could he remain sane?
No. gabe. Not likely.
His weakness, only his two sons.
Even when Osvaldo died right before his eyes, he was not this broken. He only cried for twenty-four hours until his tears dried and twenty-four hours after he used to reflect and think about everything.
Just two days.
It was really the two days he spent like a madman. Destroyed, so let everything be destroyed, no need to leave anything else. And he really enjoyed it, celebrating its destruction, as if the world would no longer exist, as if there would be no more life.
Only later the next day, he was able to meet his two sons and comfort them.
Real tough.
A woman who has lost her husband must continue to live even if she does not want to. Moreover, Osvaldo had many enemies during his life. His departure left the Diedrich family in chaos. If he does not rise soon after his death, not only will he, his two sons, the family of Diedrich and the Diedrich Group also be destroyed.
Returning to his two sons, he had promised Osvaldo that he would look after them. But he forgot Xavier was ten years old, he had been able to make a decision on some problems.
Restraining him would only make him even more wild. But he also cannot let go. So, what should he do?
Ruby pressed the intercom. "Lily, comein!"
With that one sentence, Lily rushed in. Walking towards Ruby's desk, she asked, "Do you need anything?"
"Wake car. I need to go somewhere." Before Lily said anything, Ruby said, "Just be alone, no need for anyone else."
Lily shut her mouth and said nothing. Because Ruby insisted on going alone, there was nothing more she could do.
"You go to the house and take care of my two sons. If they ask, tell me I need to think about it." After saying this, Ruby got up from her seat. His hand reached out to take his bag before stepping away.
Lily bows. After Ruby's departure, she takes her cell phone. "Prepare the car, as soon as possible!" his orders were on the person behind the call. Before Ruby arrives downstairs, the car must be ready, otherwise, do not be surprised if someone's salary will be cut without mercy.
But, speaking of Ruby, where is that woman going? And.. what should he think? What's problem? Could there be something he doesn't know?
Seeing how Ruby behaved, there must be something she did not know. But, what? As important as what? As important as what?
Reluctant to think about it or rather unwilling to bother thinking about it, Lily leaves Ruby's study and rushes back to Diedrich's residence to look after Xavier and Sean as instructed.
And sure enough, as soon as Lily arrived at Diedrich's residence, the question as Ruby said was thrown out of Xavier's mouth.
Lily who already knew what to answer, immediately replied. "He's thinking about it." The problem is, he also does not know where and what Ruby is doing, as well as what he thinks. He really doesn't know.
Xavier rolled his eyeballs. So, he's still thinking about it? Really do? Does it take that long to think? He doesn't know. But it seems like it is.
Wasn't easy.
It really isn't easy.
Although inwardly complaining, but Xavier did not say his complaint. Instead, he simply looked at Sean and reached out to caress his head.
Sean smiled sweetly in return.
Xavier's heart is pulsing. This little boy, why? Why is it so hard to find peace? If Sean knew the truth, what would happen to him? Is he happy? Or, would he be sad, just like him?
If true, no, Ruby obviously had other children besides them, then what about them? What about it? What about Sean?
Rather than getting caught up in a complicated and annoying adult problem, it would be better for him and Sean to dodge things for a moment.
If Ruby has solved the problem, or chooses what's best for everyone, they can think of going back to living together.
Back in America, of course Xavier will go home to grandma's house, with Sean. If he stays at the residence, it is not impossible that Ruby will catch up with them.
But if they live in the grandmother's house, even if Ruby comes, Ruby still can not oppose the authority of the grandmother.
So, yes, he thought about it.
Think of the next two steps in anticipation of the worst. He has made plans for everything he will do in the future. After all, with Sean, there was no way he could carelessly take a step. It's too risky and it's dangerous.
While Xavier gets caught up in complicated thoughts, Ruby drives with her supercar without any direction.
He doesn't know where to go, he doesn't have a purpose. One thing is for sure, he can't go home.
Wh why?
He was afraid that Xavier would ask him immediately to send him back to America. He doesn't want to. That is, not so fast. It's too soon and he's not ready to let them go.
Moreover, he was sure ninety-nine percent Xavier would stay at his grandmother's house once it arrived in America. Staying in residence? Impossible. Xavier couldn't have done that kind of thing. He's not that stupid. And if that really happened, it would be difficult for her to ask her children to come back.
Ruby took a long breath. "What a bitch," he murmured. He looked over and saw a car as if trailing behind his car.
Is he hallucinating?
No. gabe. He clearly saw the car following behind him.
He saw the rearview again, but strangely the car was no longer there. "Sane," he said. He was very sure the car behind him was very suspicious, as if he was following him. But the damn car doesn't exist?
Ruby squinted at the space between her eyebrows. Could he be being extremely sensitive because of this matter?
Ah, goddamn.
Really shit.
