Only I Love

Only I Love
Chapter 76

Venna thrashed and vented her annoyance at God. He felt he was put through a severe test and was confused not knowing how to deal with everything that happened to him.

Ala, full of tenderness, tried to calm Venna down. "Ma, I know this is very difficult for Ama. We must believe that God has His own plan. Even though we do not understand why this is happening, we must still surrender to Him and seek the meaning that is implied in Him."

Venna was still sobbing in despair. "Oh, you can only talk. You don't know what it's like to be in Ama's position right now. Ana felt so weak. All of Ama's hopes and dreams were shattered nothing left. Ama no longer knows how to move on with life after this. It's better that Ama just die," he said, although he could no longer brandish any part of his body.

Ala tried to cheerfully provide support to her in-laws. "Ma, every human being has a problem in themselves. However, we must be sure that every problem there must be a way to deal with it even though the steps we are walking are quite limped."

Ala looked at her mother-in-law who was a helpless hiccup on top of her cage.

"Mom don't be afraid. I will accompany Ama Saar to seek medical help, therapy, and everything needed to help Ama recover. And I'll always be next to Ama, because Ama is my mother too."

Venna continued to cry, but she began to feel a little calm hearing the words that Ala had just spoken. Inside his head flashed back whatever he had done to Ala.

"Why Ala? Why do you still want to do all that? In fact, to this day Ama is still evil to you. You should have laughed at Ama's current state. Because this all happened because it became a direct reprimand from Him for always wanting to separate you from Fatar."

Ala looked at her in-laws carefully. He was silent for a moment, and finally a long sigh rang out from his mouth. "Ma, it is natural that humans never escape from error. However, not everyone can give the same reply to what someone did to him."

"Ama is the mother of Uda Rafatar, the best husband of all time who always gave her affection to me. It must not be separated from the upbringing of Ama to him since childhood. I'll never hate Ama. In fact, I want to say that I am very grateful to Ama for giving birth to her into this world."

Without him knowing, Rafatar who carried their children was listening to their chatter. Akram was back asleep in his arms. His face seemed full of taste should know what Ala felt. Secretly, he walked over and hugged Ala from behind.

"I also want to thank you, for still opening your hands to me who also hurt you, dear," she whispered softly to Ala's ears.

Ala turned her head, and the small face in the deep looked serenely in her husband's arms. He returned the hug without saying a single word, but his smiling lips were happily flanked by the two most beautiful men in his life.

A few days later, Venna was still undergoing treatment. In her journey to face these limitations, Venna experiences strong emotional fluctuations. There were days when he felt hopeless and lamented at losing his ability, yet there were also days where he found the strength and fortitude to keep moving forward.

"Ama is patient. Ama don't be afraid and worry. I'll accompany Ama." At that time there was also still Ala who accompanied his days so that Venna was completely aware of all his khilaf which hurt his excellent son-in-law.

Through physical therapy and family support, Venna slowly restored some of her bodily functions. Although there are some parts that are difficult to repair, she learns to accept her new self and find happiness in the little things in her life.

A month later, Venna was much better. He can sit on the chair. Ala and Rafatar deliberately live in his house to be able to take care of him at once.

"Uda, today I will go home in the afternoon because there is a supervisory team from the education service will assist in planning the pesantren cottage program. I can't leave that, because it's very important for the continuity of the next boarding school."

"Hmmm, is that it? What about Ama? I also can't go home fast today because there's an evaluation of my travel agency's services."
