"Sir Bima, I understand your concern for the company's finances, but we cannot sacrifice aggressive marketing efforts. We need to attract more customers to keep this company afloat!" Rafatar.

"You don't understand the financial condition of the company! The bigger the promotional spending, the closer to our bankruptcy. What's the point of getting a lot of pilgrims if we end up not being able to pay the salaries of employees?" said Bima with emphasis that makes the atmosphere quite tense.

"Sir Bima, I agree with you that the company's finances must be maintained. But, without a strong marketing effort, how can we restore the trust of the public? We have to invest to get bigger returns in the future" Soni said confidently.

"You both need to see the bigger picture! If we don't take risks and stay in the safe zone, this company will get worse. We need a striking promotion, so that people look back at us" said Rafatar optimistically.

"Risk? What are you talking about? It's not about taking risks, it's about the sustainability of this company! I won't agree with excessive promotional spending!" Bima is still strong with what he believes.

"Don't be too stiff, Mr. Bima! This business needs innovation and courage to move forward. If we continue to limit the promotion budget, the company will sink among the more aggressive competitors!" soni said he was still confident.

The debate heats up, with Rafatar trying to convince Bima and Soni to find a balance between finance and marketing.

"Alright, I understand your concerns both. We need to find a compromise solution that can maintain the balance between finance and marketing" Rafatar said, trying to provide input as a company leader.

"How is it, sir? I don't want to see this company getting into bigger losses" said Bima Sanctions.

"I agree with Mr. Bima. We need to plan an effective but still cost-effective promotional strategy" said Soni, this time agreeing with Bima's opinion.

"Well, for a moment I thought about it. So, I need input and opinions from both of you. First, we must evaluate the marketing strategy that is running. We need to identify which parts require savings, for example in print ads or more measurable online promotions" Rafatar said.

"I think your idea is pretty good, sir. We can focus on an online platform that is more efficient and can monitor the results better" said Soni.

"But we also cannot completely ignore print ads or offline promotions. We can reduce the budget allocation for it, but still take advantage of strategic promotional opportunities" added Soni, the head of the marketing team.

"Absolutely Mr. Soni, we need to optimize the use of promotional budgets by choosing the most effective and profitable channels. In addition, we can also take advantage of partnerships or cooperation with other parties to promote each other," said Rafatar with his face.

Bima was seen trying to examine what was spoken by Soni and Rafatar. "So, with a more targeted and efficient approach, we can reduce promotional spending without sacrificing its effectiveness" concluded Bima.

"And this will also help us get more qualified customers, because more careful and measurable promotions will attract people who are more interested in our services" said Soni with confidence.

"Absolutely. So, let's start planning a more focused and efficient promotional strategy, while still considering the company's finances. With our cooperation, I believe we can overcome this challenge and ensure the sustainability of the company" Rafatar said closing his meeting with two important people in his company.

After everything was over, Rafatar checked his phone. After seeing the message from the shady heart, Rafatar's lips expounded a smile and pressed a nickname on a name "Bidadari Surgaku."

After a while the tune rang, from behind the call came a soft voice greeting him.

"Assalamualaikum, Papa Akram?"

"Walaikumsalam Uma Akram. How's today's work at the cottage, honey?"

Actually, the company's financial problems are still raging in Rafatar's mind. However, seeing the success of the surveillance in the boarding house escorted by his wife, provided a bit of calm for his heart.

"I'm actually missing you, too, honey. It seems like the success of supervision at the cottage gives a new spirit for you and of course for me," said Rafatar did not want to share his anxiety about the problems he experienced in his company.

"Hopefully, whatever problems and obstacles we experience going forward, we can face them and God helps us in every step of the good we live. Uda is the best husband I have ever had in my prayers. Hopefully whatever happens, be it a happiness, or a problem, we can get through it. If Uda has a problem, don't forget to tell me. Let's solve that problem together. Because both are better than themselves, right?" ala said, making Rafatar happy.

Although his heart was actually broken, this time he managed to forget about it for a moment. "Darling, wait for me at home? I can't wait to hug you anymore. I love you."

"I also love Uda, the spirit of my dear husband. I have to hurry home, pity What takes care of Ama, and Akram would have been eager for me if it was this hour," said Ala.

"It's okay, honey. You drive carefully, right? Don't think about me on the way! Just focus on driving, okay?" canda Rafatar's.

"Don't, GR? I miss Akram yaa, her papa is not," joked Ala again.

After chatting with Ala, Rafatar's feelings were much more optimistic. "Yes, we can definitely get through this. I must be sure, many pilgrims will register their Hajj and umrah with this travel agency." Rafatar's hands were clasped with passion. He continued his work.

After the afternoon, Rafatar also left his office and planned to stop for a moment to buy his wife's favorite food. However, in the middle of the trip Rafatar saw a woman holding a baby and one more hand holding a travelbag.

The woman walked hurriedly while holding the baby putting on a confused and sad face. Without hesitation, Rafatar approached the woman.

"Sorry Uni, what happened?" rafatar asked gently greeting the woman.

The woman was none other than Salma turned her head towards Rafatar and her tears began to linger. "I've just been kicked out by my husband, sir. He suddenly uttered a talaq to me and asked me to leave. I don't know where to go."

Hearing the story of the woman, made Rafatar feel sorry to see the situation of the mother and her child who faced this crisis.

"Relax, Uni. I'd like to help you. Can I take you and your child to a safe place? We can find solutions together."

Salma looked at Rafatar with hope in her eyes. He watched Rafatar closely, and his lips smiled faintly. 'Does this mean he likes me, but pretends to help me? If Bang Syauqi is no longer willing to be with me, there is this handsome and rich-looking man who can be a substitute for him, Salma's inner self.

"Really, Sir? I don't know what to do. I was so overwhelmed and worried about my son's fate." Salma started to play her part well.

Rafatar smiled warmly. "Sure, Uni. Let us immediately find a good solution for you and your child. Please tell me what you need and tell me more about the situation."

Salma introduced herself and expressed her concerns and needs to Rafatar. Rafatar listened to him attentively and thought about the steps that could be taken to help Salma. After getting enough information, Rafatar offers a plan that can be done.

"Ni Salma, I have some contacts and resources that might be able to help you. First, let's find a temporary residence for the Union and the Union child. I will also contact several organizations that can provide assistance and support in situations like this. Don't worry, we'll find a good way out."

Salma did not flinch from Rafatar's plans. "Thank you, sir. I am so grateful for his help. But what if I go back to your house?"
