The appearance of a new dragon against Anthura raised the fighting spirit of the troops of the three kingdoms. Verunum cast a spell on the weapons they used in order to hinder the movement of the Korta army. The witch knew very well that Korta would not be able to be stopped without the seal from Fairy King Dougraff.
Olevander now exerted his strength to revive the trees and boulders to pound the Korta army. The Gnaern fighters stamped “rebel” by Goenhrad are now running out of power. They retreated one by one and took turns over the Korta army.
“This is crazy. We will run out of steam if we do this all the time,” Sean shouted at Aiden.
“Very crazy! I think if we survive, we turn into a pengpir.” Aiden grimacing.
“At the most you'll be busy making love potions,” Sean burlesque.
“You think I'm less handsome than having to use a love potion?” Sean looked at Aiden.
Really sad indeed. At a young age, they must join in this terrible war. Their jokes are merely a distraction from the horrors that lie before them today. If possible, the two would rather venture around Artamea alone today.
Seeing the Gnaern warriors beginning to be overwhelmed, King Duncan ordered his troops to prepare. The bearer of the news continued to carry the news to the place of King Zyruone and King Theosyes. Once again the much-diminished army of the three kingdoms must be ready to face Korta.
Meanwhile, north of Orsgadt, hundreds of Korta warriors were carried away by giant eagle birds moving closer to the palace of Orsgadt. Just wait for the time until they reach the battlefield. The sound of bones clashing and swords being dragged was terrifying. Without doing anything, the Korta army is a threat to all living beings.
Farther north, two dragons were fighting. Elqoz and Anthura attacked each other with bursts of fire, fangs, horns and their claws. They gripped each other and flew as sharp thorny tails targeted the opponent's body. The loud roars of the two blared, adding to the horror at Artamea.
The northern part of Orsgadt is the residence of Anthura. The dragon had never left Orsgadt since he was resurrected by Yhourin long ago. Disguised like a mountain, Anthura is a magical creature that has destructive power. His current awakening was definitely the door to freedom after a dozen years of slumbering under Yhourin magic.
Elqoz moved slowly towards his opponent. During Orsgadt's rebellion, Fairy King Dougraff's seal had prevented him from stopping Anthura's cruelty but now, the fairy king no longer interfered so Elqoz could settle their once-delayed affairs.
Anthura was getting more alert. Although both are dragons, Anthura and Elqoz differ in their lineage. Anthura is a war dragon that is the mount of the fairies while Elqoz is the dragon Virtone, the guardian dragon of Artamea who has soul and policy. Clearly, he was the Olevander of dragons.
Anthura started his attack. His wings were raised, his claws were aiming at Elqoz's chest. Elqoz moves faster. He darted upwards and gripped both wings of Anthura, tearing one of them with his feathered tail. Anthura's roar sounded in all directions. Elqoz doesn't stop there. He continued to soar into space until it was lost behind the ash-red sky that had covered Artamea.
For quite a while the two dragons disappeared, something suddenly slid down rapidly. Anthura could not do anything as his wings were useless and his injuries were extremely severe. The dragon hit the ground with a roar and a loud thumping sound. The ground moved and the trees shot out in all directions due to the devastating impact. The dragon was not dead yet but could not move at all.
Elqoz landed gracefully on the ground. He walked slowly in front of the wounded and unconscious Anthura. Elqoz showed a smirk of victory.
“The sky is no longer yours,” said the cold Elqoz.
Returning to the battlefield, the Gnaern warriors had already half retreated. Arsyna's army advanced with high fighting spirit. The spell Verunum gave their weapons proved to be powerful. If originally the body parts of Korta soldiers would be reunited if scattered due to the attack, now the skeletons take a long time to unite themselves.
“This is not enough,” said King Zyruone. Like a body, they are now paralyzed but force themselves to move. Waiting for time to fall and die.
“The fairy king is really pulling away. This is not true,” Hemworth said.
King Arsyna rubbed the face of the commander of Karnegat who had gone home in the war with a sad face. He lost one of the three commanders who accompanied him to this battlefield. The other two commanders were on guard with their respective armies.
In the stronghold of the Imperia army, King Thenosyes had just received a report on the strength of his current army. When compared to Eimersun who now lives a third of the original number, the army is still more. King Theosyes turned to Arthen who was furious and clenched his hands. It's just as furious.
Olevander smiled as he saw Elqoz appear alone from the northern sky. The dragon gracefully perched on the main tower of Orsgadt. One business is done, Olevander said.
The Korta army had now gathered on the battlefield. They ferociously pressed forward, attacking all the enemy soldiers mercilessly. Verunum's magic is starting to weaken, so is Olevander. Avena had already returned to the battlefield but her strength and the strength of the Horeen could only dispel the Korta army but could not destroy them.
In the chaos and fear that the advancing Korta force was spreading, a red light shot out from the north and fell right in the middle of the Korta army. The wind stopped blowing and the original sky still had a tinge of ash now became perfectly red. Elqoz perched on Orsgadt's main tower moved his head. The blue dragon descended from its perch and moved to the southern part of Orsgadt's palace roof.
Elzenthum.
***
Before the appearance of Elzenthum, in the tower of Orsgadt, Leonz took two steps from where he stood. He was relieved that Proner was already on the battlefield. If the man knows the truth that Leonz must now conquer Emune who has the energy of mass destruction, he believes Proner will force him to stay.
Leonz would never allow Proner to fall victim to the Elzenthum core that was emitting ferociously from Emune's body. Seeing Yhourin who became ashes alone was terrible according to him.
Leonz used his inner voice. That was all Emune could listen to right now. Now or never, Leonz thought. “Emune, I'm here to accompany you. Do you remember who I am?”
Long time no answer from Emune. Leonz took another step forward. Elzenthum's core could destroy Artamea at any time so there was no safe word for all beings, except Fairy King Dougraff and the fairies in his palace.
“Leonz,” reply Emune.
Leonz stroked his chest. He was relieved that Emune recognized him. He was one step ahead if Emune could remember him. “Damp your strength, Emune. Yhourin has lost.”
“Goenhrad is alive.”
“We will beat him after this. All the commanders and troops have lost. Dampen your energy, Emune,” said Leonz.
“Anthura and Korta ..”
“Elqoz will take care of Anthura. Korta we'll take care of later.”
“Elqoz?” ask Emune.
“Yes. He is ready,” replied Leonz.
“But ... the heart ...” A faint doubtful tone sounded in Emune's voice that was not fully conscious.
“I just found out he's a descendant of Virtone. After asking for his heart, you gave him your favorite bracelet, didn't you? Elqoz could come back to life if he gave up his heart willingly and received something without being asked. His new heart has grown, Emune,” Leonz said.
“Thank God. Korta how?”
Leonz breathed out slowly. It is hard to say anything at this time. The Korta was an immortal army that could only be sealed by the Elf King Dougraff and Emune who possessed the core of Elzenthum.
The fairy king did not move until now meaning Emune was the last hope. The problem is that Emune has just discovered his powers and he doesn't know how powerful Elzenthum is yet. Elzenthum can explode at any time because Emune can't control it.
“We will find a way to seal it. Come back, Emune,” pinta Leonz.
The blue light that protected Emune began to glow. Slowly but surely, the light came down from the top of his head. Leonz smiled happily. A little more then Elzenthum will be fully locked.
“Emun!” jerk Leonz suddenly.
The blue light emanating from Emune's body should have disappeared but just for a moment, the blue light suddenly turned a fiery red. The energy was so great that Leonz was pushed and hit the wall. Leonz grimaced in pain. The protective light is useless when dealing with Elzenthum energy.
Leonz can't do anything as Emune bolts missing from Leonz's presence. He patted his chest with a handful of magic powder. Leonz's missing.
