“He's always been like this! Any problem, always escape!”

Hengky snorted annoyed. He hit the steering wheel with his hand.

We can't find Shinta. Almost more than an hour around looking but the results are nil. I don't know when he left when our attention was focused on Fahri and Andy.

I did not respond to Hengky's remarks. I was busy with my own mind. There seems to be a lot I don't know about Shinta, my best friend.

He was always good at rhetoric or giving me advice on every problem I faced. Yet look at her at the moment, running away and leaving her confused parents looking for her.

I looked at Mother Shinta who was sitting crying beside her car, while Father Shinta was busy talking to someone on the phone.

I don't know what he's talking about but from his expression it's clear he's worried and panicked.

I was a little surprised when I saw Andy knock on the windshield. He gave me a code to lower the car window.

Hengky held my hand which will press the button to open the glass, “Let me only.” Short words.

Andy snorted in annoyance, with a heavy heart he walked around the car, “Why, Hengky? Are you afraid your girlfriend will fall in love with me again?”

“Quickly say, what is it?” Hengky did not care about Andy's innuendo.

“Follow my car. I know where Shinta.” is

Andy smiled and looked at his head in the car,

“You were too busy looking after your girlfriend until you forgot where our base camp was as a child. Shinta was always there whenever she was in trouble. You forgot?”

Andy held back the car door that was almost opened by Hengky,

“What's in your brain is just your girlfriend?! Hey, why do you think Shinta ran away?”

“Because of running away from her parents?” I answered slowly.

Hengky snorted annoyed, he closed the car door again and immediately started the car engine.

“Hey.. hey... Where are you going??” Andy hit the car glass.

Smiling with annoyance Hengky let out his head,

"What's in your brain that's just taking care of my and Naya's relationship? You think, I don't know the address?!”

Andy laughed, he glanced at me and pointed at Hengky, “Naya, Do you know that your girlfriend is very vengeful?”

After saying that, he laughed loudly and walked back to his car.

“And he..from the first time.. always just sucks!” Hengky muttered softly and then restarted his car engine.

I'm laughing too. Looking at their attitude, I firmly believe that deep down inside their hearts, there is still a strong bond. Either they do not realize it or deliberately divert themselves from the bond.

While still laughing I hit Hengky's shoulder,

“You are a girl, I think Andy will really like you..”.

“APA?!”

The distance between the Police Station and Base Camp mentioned by Andy is not too far away. Just. yeah, three hours.

Hahhaha.. do you feel deceived? Yeaa. and so did I.

When I was just walking, I asked Hengky if the Base Camp we were heading to was far away? Casually he shook his head, “Deket, kok..”.

Half an hour passed but not even arrived.

I asked again, “still far?”

And teruuss just like that until three hours pass. I almost beat her shoulder out of annoyance.

Hengky just laughed in response to my nagging. He just said, “If I say far away, you must be sleeping..”.

However, a trip that takes up to three hours is not in vain. The beach view along the way to the base camp is very pampering for the eyes. Going up and down the road we passed made the beach look beautiful from far away.

As Hengky's car passed through a high gate guarded by two security people, my feelings started to get strange.

And it's true. When the car stalled in a luxurious villa with a beach view behind it made my mouth gaping successfully.

This villa is rarely visited. It looks clean because according to Hengky's story, someone came to clean the villa three times a week. But still, the aura of a room frequented by humans would be different from one left empty without occupants.

As we walked into the back porch, we saw a woman sitting in a recliner, facing the beach. His long curly hair swung in the wind.

Yep. It's Shinta. My best friend.

Hengky and Andy gave the code to me so that I would go forward and say hello to Shinta.

I comply. Taking a deep breath, I approached Shinta and immediately hugged her.

Shinta smiles. He returned my arms and looked back,

“Already expected, You guys must have followed me here..”.

Andy had already taken a position, he was sitting on the terrace seat beside Shinta.

Shinta smiled weakly, she sighed then turned her head towards Hengky, “Hey, Bro..”.

“And you made my girlfriend sleep less lately”

Hengky pulled my hand closer to her, she patted the chair beside her, asking me to sit there.

Shinta breathed back. He fell down and pulled out a cigarette.

“Ta..?? You said you quit two years ago?” I scrunched my forehead while staring intently at him.

“Sorry, Naya... I need this now.. once this only...”.

Shinta seemed to scramble the contents of his bag, he searched for matches but he did not seem to bring it.

Andy was already standing next to Shinta, lighting a match for her.

“Thanks, Brother..”
