Residual Flavour
Misty grief

As soon as he saw Deva's body lying on the floor with the phone still on, Dira immediately accelerated his steps. Ignoring the voice from the phone that seemed to be shouting anxiously, Dira deftly checked the pulse and the overall condition of Deva.

Because Dira did not have enough energy to move Deva's body onto the bed, Dira decided to contact Dewa. Under the current conditions, Dira's logic is still running. He doesn't want Dave to pay more attention to Deva.

While waiting for God to come, Dira continued to try rubbing Deva's hands and feet in turn. The body of the woman who became his rival was so cold. The white skin of Deva is turning pale. Like there was no blood flowing there.

Not long after, the Gods came in a condition of hair that was completely still wet. He just finished his long shower. Without waiting for long, the God raised Deva's body and laid her on the bed.

"What are you doing Deva? Why did he faint like this?" The god looked at Dira with a probing look.

"I didn't do anything, brother. Deva fainted after receiving a phone call," Dira denied. His hands were actively rubbing Deva's feet.

"Dev. wake up, Dev. You why?" The god sat on the edge of the bed, patting Deva's cheek gently. The look on his face implied a real worry. It crossed the mind of God, to give artificial breath as he saw in some movies.

"Keep talking, brother. It seems only a shock, no need to be given artificial breath," said Dira , as if he could read the mind of God.

Almost five minutes into no progress, Dira took the phone in the sling bag she was wearing. Seeing that Deva had not regained consciousness, she did not have the heart either. Dira must contact Dave.

Jemari Deva was moving, her eyes were slowly opening. He turned his head to the figure of the God who was involuntarily still sticking fingers on his cheeks. Then Deva looked around. Found Dira pacing anxiously in front of the open door.

The god hurriedly withdrew his hand as soon as Deva found out. He hoped that his personal assistant was not thinking a no-no. What he did just now, was purely to make Deva aware. Instead of wanting to give a soft caress in another sense.

Outside of the predictions of the Gods, Deva did not curse or spit out scathing words as usual. The eyes of the woman grew even more empty. Wander away like someone drowning in daydreams.

"Bee...." Dave who just came right in. Ignoring Dira who was beside the door to wait for him. The call that came from his mouth went back to the beginning, as if they were still in love.

"Surge!" Dave pulls the god's hand away from Deva's body.

"Bee... Why are you? What did Dira do? Bee's.... " Dave waved his hand, right in front of Deva's face. There was no reaction from her beloved daughter. Not even blinking.

"What's going on, Dira?" Dave looked sharply at Dira's figure.

"I really didn't do anything Dave. We talked on the balcony, then Deva's phone rang. He came in to receive, not for long, I heard him shout. When I entered, Deva was already unconscious," explained Dira plainly.

Dave looked at the cell phone that was still lying on the floor. Then he picked up the object and saw the last call that went in there. Knowing exactly who contacted the ex who is still dear, Dave tried to call back the number.

The gods approach Dira. Embracing the shoulders of his cousin's sister who seemed to be hiding sadness. He knew for sure, Dira was not at all comfortable with the current condition.

After a while talking through a cell phone connection. Dave's breathing is so heavy. Eyes glazed. His steps gontai approached Deva who was still silent like a mannequin.

"Bee.. Let's get up, let's go back to Jakarta." Dave tries to help Deva just sit down.

The female body in front of him was like it was not boned. Drooping weak helpless. Dave's heart really felt slashed. As much as Dave's energy to hold the clear circle that has been jostling want to wet the cheek.

"We still have work here, don't take Deva home!" Remember God. As always, whatever Deva is related to, always succeeds in getting her emotions ignited.

"Deva's father died." The short answer and with a vibrating voice was given by Dave.

"Devs... We go back to Jakarta together, yuk! Me and Dave will be with you" said Dira as she gently rubbed the back of Deva's hand.

"If you don't mind, please sort out Deva's stuff," Dave's pinta said, her voice completely shaking.

Deva still did not show any reaction. Verily he heard all that was spoken by the three men who were there. But Deva's soul and body, as if it were no longer in his control.

"Bee.. cry if you want to cry. Don't hold your pain. Shout out! Take off your load a little. Be angry at anyone who makes your destiny this heavy. But please don't keep quiet like this." Dave hugged Deva tightly. Many times he landed a kiss on the woman's forehead. Deva was still flinching. But in the corner of his eyes began to drip a clear grain.

The gods are not blind to see how deep the sorrow Deva endures. "I'll find the plane with the earliest departure today. I'm sorry I can't be with you guys, company event tonight, I can't just leave it alone."

God contacts someone who knows who. While Dira has finished preparing all Deva's goods.

"If you come home, go back to the hotel. Get your stuff done, we'll meet at the airport, too" Dave told Dira.

"You?" ask Dira carefully.

"I'm not leaving Deva alone. I've felt a heavier loss, losing a few clothes doesn't make me regret it."

Dave's words sound like a reminder alarm. How important Deva is in the man's life. Dira could only nod his head resignedly and hurriedly left Deva's room with an erratic feeling.

"Fastest flight schedule, still three hours away." God gives us information.

"Thanks." -." Dave answered briefly.

Deva looked increasingly absentminded. Sometimes one end of her lips is interested. Either a thin smile or true cynicism wants to be revealed. Clear circles from the corner of Deva's eyes, flowing silently.

"Bee. please don't keep quiet like this, let go of your sadness, disappointment and anger. Let go, Bee. Share your burden on me. Pleases.... " Dave's voice sounded desperate. Deva was still silent.

"Let him lie down. Maybe Deva needs time alone" said Dewa.

Dave obeyed the words of God. The man laid Deva's body back down. Permpuan looks really resigned.

"I'm gonna take a little nap. I want to exchange my dreams for God. Papa's healed, papa says, if I go home, papa won't feel any more pain." Deva closed her eyes. Instantly make a clear circle that is stuck there rushes uncontrollably.

"It's just a dream..Sleep Deva...sleep do not open your eyes..sleep, until this dream has passed," Deva said as she kept her eyes closed.

Dave really had no power to linger holding tightness in his chest. The man walked quickly towards the balcony. Then shouted out loud. "Enough, Lord! Take my happiness, don't torment Deva with your cruel destiny."

The god closed his eyes. Feeling his own breath and breath. The sadness transmitted by Deva and Dave was too deep. Even he who does not know the whole story of a Deva's life, now begins to believe, Deva's life can not be as simple as it seems.

"Take Deva, Pa... Ma..., "

Deva's shrill voice was clearly heard in the ears of the Gods. His usually haughty heart, seemed to be touched to hear the weak voice.

"You can definitely get through this, Dev. Whatever the burden of your life, I'm sure, you're strong. Your sad opponent is the way you fight me."
