Alena, who was talking while walking into the Durawa cemetery, suddenly stopped her steps and made Manda and Gala surprised.
“Alena?? Why quit? Is there something?” Manda asked Alena. “Alena?? Alena?”
Gala, shocked to see Alena suddenly stopped her footsteps and was silent for a moment, barely turning off her camera to check on Alena. But Gala undoes her intention when Alena then answers a call from Manda.
“A-I'm fine. I-I just like hearing a voice in my ear.”
Gala still turned on her camera and panned towards Alena, when Manda asked Alena again. “Votes? What sound?”
“Stop, Alena! Don't go in again! Get out of here now!” Alena repeated the voice in her ear again.
“You sure??” Manda asked again. “I didn't hear anything, Alena.”
Alena nodded her head confidently. “I'm sure, with great confidence.”
“We didn't hear that sound, Alena.” Manda spoke with great confidence. Manda then turned her head to look towards Gala and Sadewa with a question mark. “What about you, Gala? And Sadewa? Did you two hear that voice too?”
Gala shook her head. But in an instant the look on his face turned slightly dark. “I didn't hear it. But ... I think it's a sign that we might have to stop this trip.”
“Can't!! We're already here! It has been a few days we stayed here and we cannot stop this journey when it is already at this point!” Manda resists firmly and that affirmation is an affirmation that cannot be bargained.
“Manda, wait a minute.” Seeing how Manda insisted, Alena immediately attempted to change the current tense situation.
“We won't stop right, Alena? We have already reached this point, we cannot stop here!!” Manda changed her tone which sounded full of affirmations that could not be bargained, now begging as if the deciding decision was in Alena's hands.
“Yes, Manda. We're not gonna stop here. We've come this far. Can you calm down now??” Alena spoke to Manda while patting her shoulder. Alena then asks Gala to turn off the recording for a moment as a pause for them to set their heads.
Clik. Gala turned off the camera she was carrying along with the small camera in Alena's hand. After the camera died, Alena then looked towards Sadewa and saw the face of Sadewa who was now staring at Alena a little sharp, sharper than before. Alena noticed Sadewa's gaze and was about to ask Sadewa. But Sadewa spoke to Alena first.
“You will all be fine, as long as this rope still connects you with me. Whatever happens, whether the voices you hear or something you see, ignore them and focus on your work and goals. Do not challenge the residents in this place let alone make them angry. I can only give you that warning.”
Hearing Sadewa's words, the atmosphere calmed down again and Alena felt grateful for it to Sadewa.
“We continue again.” Alena gave a warning to Gala and Manda who then immediately turned on their camera again to record.
Alena along with her two colleagues and Sadewa then walked around Durawa's funeral clockwise. On the way around while taking the recording, several times Alena will ask questions to Sadewa and Sadewa will give answers to those questions. Like: which point in the tomb might be inhabited? What parts of Durawa cemetery should not be visited by just anyone?
Many questions were asked by Alena, so that Alena along with two colleagues and Sadewa had walked around the half of Durawa cemetery.
“It's been an hour.” Manda spoke to Alena and Gala to ask for a moment's pause.
Alena and Gala agreed because Gala also had to adjust the position of the light attached to the top of her head and rest for a moment to quench her thirst because the load she carried was quite heavy compared to the one she had been carrying two colleagues.
“We rest fifteen minutes here.” Alena spoke while looking at Sadewa and asked him. “Is that okay, Sadewa?”
Fifteen minutes later, the recording journey was done again and like Sadewa said, the recording went smoothly until Alena and two colleagues saw the end of their journey: the Durawa burial gate.
“Not as scary as I thought,” chirped Manda softly. “Kukira here ... we can see ghosts clearly and capture them with a camera so that screamnight viewers can see directly the form of ghosts. But it turned out ... my estimate was wrong.”
“Hush!” Gala who was standing beside Manda, immediately stopped the little chirp of Manda with her words so that Sadewa who was standing next to Alena did not hear it . “Don't talk like that! Not okay. Did you forget the warning Sadewa gave you???”
“Oops, sorry. I just talk softly, say what's on my mind, Gala.”
Wush ... Suddenly the wind was blowing violently and at the same time, the rustling sounds of the leaves sounded fierce. Alena and Sadewa who were walking backwards facing towards Gala and Manda who were holding the camera suddenly stopped their footsteps due to the gust of wind. Sadewa suddenly raised one hand and closed the eyes of Alena who was standing next to him.
“What are you doing, Sadewa?” Alena asked confusedly to Sadewa. Gala and Manda also looked at Sadewa with the same gaze: confused.
“Sst ... “ Sadewa gives a signal to Alena, Gala and Manda. At the same time a thick fog appeared and the vision of Gala, Alena, and Manda was limited and could only see as far as their peers. Sadewa then released her hand which closed Alena's eyes.
“This fog ... where does it come from?” Alena asked.
“Sssst ... “ Sadewa gives the same gesture for the second time. “Now listen to me, after this we immediately walk back to the gate. Whatever happens, whatever you hear and whatever you see, ignore it. Understood?”
“We understand.” Alena, Manda and Gala nodded their heads in understanding with orders from Sadewa.
“One more thing, do not let your rope cut off and do not even look back.” Sadewa gave another warning.
For the second time, Alena along with Manda and Gala nodded her head in understanding with a warning from Sadewa. After getting answers from Alena, Manda and Gala, Sadewa then pulled Alena who was standing next to him to turn around and started walking towards the gate. Sadewa held Alena's hand tightly as if afraid that Alena would violate the warning she had just said to Alena.
After walking for three hundred meters, Durawa's burial gate was already visible and only two hundred meters away.
“Don't let go of my hand no matter what.” Sadewa whispered to Alena.
Alena felt strange about Sadewa's speech and treatment but eventually Alena chose to let Sadewa continue to hold her because she thought it was done to take care of her. The gate was close, but suddenly ...
“Kyaaaaaaaa!!!!!”
Manda shouted and made everyone surprised. A shocked Alena and Gala turned to Manda and saw Manda turning her head back. Something terrible was running right behind them and it was not just one or two in number, it was a lot.
“Kyaaaaaaaaaa!!”
The manda who cried out in fear again, immediately turned around and galloped away leaving Alena and Gala frozen in disbelief at what they were seeing at the moment. While it was ... Sadewa, who sees Manda trying to run away because of her fear, tries to stop Manda. But because one hand still holds Alena's hand, Sadewa must be forced to release his hand from Alena and tssssk ...
Sadewa fails to stop Manda and makes the rope Manda attached to her wrist break. In no time .. something terrible was moving towards Manda, catching him and dragging Manda into the thick fog.
“Akkkkkhhhhh, help me!!!”
