Screamnights
the creature is called the ghost part 1

            “Is he still alive?”

            “Kurasa.”

“But why didn't he open his eyes?”

“If not alive means he is dead.”

            Buk up!

            “Why did you hit me?”

“Logic what is ‘if not alive means he is dead’?”

“Loh ... did I misspoke?? That's right, if you don't live, you're dead. Is it because you've long since died you've forgotten the logic of the human world, huh??”

“Ah you're right. If not alive means dead.”

            Buk up!

“Auwww!! Why did you hit me??”

“Don't pretend to be sick with a shout ‘Auwww!’. You don't feel pain anymore.”

“Ah, I forgot that. Then ... why did you hit me if you knew I couldn't feel pain anymore?”

“Replying your blow. Then why did you hit me when I and you both couldn't feel the pain?”

            “Just want.”

            “You!!!”

Alena's ears heard a nearby debate and were later disturbed by the debate. Want not to ... Alena finally opened her eyes and ...

“Huwaaahhhhhhh!!!!!!” Alena immediately screamed loudly in disbelief at what was currently before her and looked at her.

“See!! I knew he was going to scream. I won the bet.”

“Basic!!! Why can I never win a bet against you???”

Alena looked at the two unusual creatures who were now crouching in front of her and looking at her. The two creatures had the same appearance: both had long messy and tangled hair, long dirty white clothes and the tip touched the ground and a pale face with dark circles around his eyes. Alena remembers correctly how creatures called ghosts look like in the horror films she often sees along with Manda.

They're kuntilanak? Alena looked at the two creatures with mixed feelings: fear, disbelief, surprise and amazement.

The losing Kuntilanak gave some dried leaves to the kuntilanak who won the bet with a pouty lip. “Lain times ... I will definitely win a bet from you.”

Kuntilanak who won received some dry leaves with a satisfied face while talking. “Yes, next time. But this time ... I won again.”

“Ka-you guys what? Kun-kuntilanak?” Alena tries to find out that what appears in front of her right now is not her dream.

“What is still unclear?” Kuntilanak who won answered with a happy face while turning the body of the defeated kuntilanak to show something to Alena. “If our back is hollow then we are sundel bolong. But because our backs are still intact and in good condition even though sometimes I feel back pain due to lack of care when hanging on the tree, we are both kuntilanak.”

“That's right, we are kuntilanak as you mentioned. You can call me Kunti 2.” Kuntilanak who had lost the bet pointed to himself when introducing himself to Alena.

“And I am Kunti 1.” Kuntilanak who had won the bet introduced himself to Alena. “What's your name, man?”

The two kuntilanak in front of Alena looked at each other with smiles on their faces. The smile was an eerie smile with a slight clique of small laughter that made Alena feel goosebumps all over her body. In a short time, the feeling of fear returned to attack Alena.

“Logic from where is it that we can kill humans?” Kunti 1 asked Alena.

“That thought is really weird, man. Both of us are dead and live in your world. But we never kill humans at all.”  Kunti 2 added with face not received.

“But in the horror movies I see, creatures like you can kill humans.”

“Ah .. ah .. ah.” Kunti 1 raised his index finger and moved the index finger to the right and left replacing the headband. “We don't kill humans, we just play around a little with human fears alone.”

“Really?” Alena asked again because she still could not believe it.

“If you don't believe it, we'll make an oath about it. How?” Kunti 1 spoke with confidence. “If I lie, lightning will strike me.”

“But aren't you dead?” Alena spoke again. “Can lightning strike you, Kunti 1?”

Kunti 2 looked at Kunti 1 with an astonished face. “The human speech is correct. You're already dead. Can lightning strike you?”

Kunti 1 looked towards Kunti 2 with a terrible smile at the corner of his deathly pale lips. “What if you try it, Kunti 2? Make a wrong vow and we'll see if lightning will strike you or not?”

The curious Kunti 2 then made a vow by lifting two of his fingers: his index and middle fingers up to make the vow. “I swear I never lost a bet from Kunti 1.”

            From duarrrr ....

Lightning snatched Kunti 2 and made Kunti 2 a bit charred because of the swoop. Worse still, long black hair that has been tangled looks expand upwards and get messy.

“What do you see, man? Lightning can grab us even though we're dead.” Kunti 1 spoke with a restraining laugh to Alena.

“Y-yes, I-I can see it.” Alena spoke with a stutter while feeling guilty looking towards Kunti 2 which was the experimental material by Kunti 1.

“Sial you, Kunti 1!!!” Kunti 2 held onto her expanding hair due to the lightning strike that had just struck her. “You must have known this would happen, right?? You were on purpose, weren't you?”

            “No.”

“You must have been on purpose, right?” Kunti 2 still can't believe it.

“I told you no yes no. Why are you ngeyel once anyway?” Kunti 1 begins to get annoyed with Kunti 2.

“You must have been intentional. Because I feel I'm your rival to get the heart of durawapati right??”

“You're not my rival.”  Kunti 1 replied without the slightest hesitation.

“See! You did this to me on purpose!” Kunti 2 then pulled Kunti 1 hair because it did not accept.

            “Release no?”

            “No going!”

Kunti 2 pulled Kunti 1 hair even firmer and Kunti 1 who did not receive then pulled Kunti 2 hair to reply. And ... a hair pull fight occurs between Kunti 1 and Kunti 2. The two pulled each other's hair while rummaging this and that to vent their feelings of regret to each other. Alena who saw the situation, could only freeze in silence from being surprised by the sight.

Is this really a creature called a ghost? How could they quarrel with each other over such a trivial matter as humans? Alena shook her head in disbelief at what she was seeing at the moment. When I can go home later, I have to tell Manda and Gala that the horror movies we've seen have mostly contained excessive dramatization.
