Secret Admirer; In The Land Of Fairies

Secret Admirer; In The Land Of Fairies
04. Abandoned Park

“I thought you were behind me,” said Zoe reaped a protest mixed with a nagging tone when she found me who had just entered the school building. I saw that there was no longer a guy who met me beside the fairy statue pool. Leonal Ordt, that guy's name. Looks like that guy's an important student here because he's called the chairman and he seems to be busy.

I showed Zoe a small grin.

“Sorry. I was too fascinated by the view outside.”

Pouting, Zoe then told me that along the way before realizing I disappeared, she spoke alone. He really thought I was listening and still kept walking behind him. When he arrived at the teacher's room, he realized that I wasn't with him. Of course it made Zoe feel confused and embarrassed herself.

Hearing the story, I couldn't help but laugh.

“Kim, don't laugh dong.”

“Sorry, sorry. The end..”.

“Huh. Yes already. Let's go to the teacher's room. You must have been waiting for.”

We then walked again. There was no capoknya, again Zoe walked earlier than me and just kept talking. However, shortly afterwards, I could not hear his words clearly. I was unfocused, as it struck me that the students we were passing through in the corridor continued to give me their gazes. Not just one or two, but all of them. Even though I tried not to care, I couldn't turn my head away from them. I caught them all staring at me with a view I couldn't define.

Not a fierce view, not a dislike view–but, uh, a look of amazement? I don't know, really. Is it because of my strange clothes in their eyes?

When I was at McReych, I hardly ever got any attention from around. If anything, perhaps the ones looking at me were those interested in my three close friends walking with me at the time: Marsha, Felly, and Sophi. Having a beautiful and sexy body that men like, of course, becomes a capital to hook the dream men they always gossip about.

The students were still staring at me, even whispering. I then hurriedly walked so that I managed to line up Zoe's steps.

“–ya, Kim?”

“Eh?” I looked at Zoe.

Zoe then pursed her lips.

“You didn't hear what I said yes?”

I laughed awkwardly, then apologized once more and asked what Zoe had just said. Apparently Zoe's going to go take care of some of her school business as long as I take care of my needs. I certainly don't mind because I feel like I've been troubling Zoe too much.

Until he arrived at the teacher's room, Zoe left. I gave my documents as administrative requirements to one of the school employees. Among the busyness of checking my data, I was informed that I could move to the dorms later this week and join the class from Monday. I also agreed, and after all the transfer business was done, I resigned.

I wanted to call Zoe, actually, but I decided to just send a message instead of calling. I don't want to bother Zoe who might be busy. So after sending a short message, I went for a walk around the school. I heard that today the students have no lessons because they are busy preparing for the art stage for next week. That's why Zoe got permission to pick me up.

Also the students who were not in his class, still looked at me with a look like that.

Uh.

I've never felt so uncomfortable like this. My feeling became unsettled and made my feet rush to walk to another area. Unfortunately along the corridor, the scene I saw was still the same: the students were still paying attention to me. I did not focus on walking and realized that the place I was standing was now in front of the teacher's room I had visited earlier.

What do I do just go around the same corridor?

“P-excuse me. What are you–”

Someone seems to be talking to me. I turned to the side, where a foreign hand that touched my arm was unintentionally patted. A bespectacled female disciple stood before me, her expression initially looking surprised, but her curious gaze like those of the other disciples made me regress.

Reflexes, I turned and ran.

Unknowingly it turned out that I was heading to the back area of the school after going through a few turns. The corridor I passed was widening, leading to a large room like a lobby. The difference is, there are no more students I meet here. I also feel relieved. My footsteps slowed down as my breathing ceased to be regular. After remaining silent to rest, I ventured towards the closed carved door.

With a doubt, I opened the door, and guess what I found.

What I see now is an unkempt garden view. Surprisingly, her wild plants and flowers spread made her more beautiful than I saw in front of the school. The existence of butterflies that cannot be counted by the fingers may be more knowing. Then, what makes my eyes widen is because it is aware of the statue with a pool that is similar to what I saw with Leonal Ordt earlier.

A statue depicting a man who has a pair of wings, one of which is broken. On top of her head was a crown that made me instantly think that it was a statue of a fairy prince. Unfortunately, the statue did not look as well cared for as the fairy princess statue.

“Prince..”.

Suddenly a strange feeling surged, the longer it was felt, the more it became, the more it became that somehow shook my heart. Unknowingly, my tears fell. It was like the princess I felt in a dream.

What the hell happened to me?

“Why is Miss here?”

I looked back. There was someone else in the park. A male student was walking from the gate bordering the forest behind the school, approaching me with a DSLR camera hanging from his side. The friendly-looking male disciple immediately broke his smile when he noticed that there was a trace of tears on my face.

“You're crying? Jeez!” The male disciple hurriedly took out a handkerchief and gave it to me.

Surprisingly, I did not say thank you and just sobbed. The male student immediately panicked and invited me to sit on an old park bench that was completely different from the one in front of the school.

After I looked calmer, the male student asked me to speak again.

“It looks like you're not a student here. Are you lost? Not many students dare to come here because this area borders the forest.”

I rubbed the remaining tears in the corner of my eyes using a handkerchief, then said, “I'm a new student here, but will only enter later Monday. Previously, I only looked around the contents of the school until I was not aware it was here.”

The student nodded his head.

“So. Then you're lucky to meet me.” His big smile made me smile. “Uhm. By the way, I'm Tom Graffen, class 2-Diamond.”

“I'm Kimberly Schulz. Class 2-Crystal–that a teacher told me earlier.”

“Keren! We are both in Class 2! You can call me Tommy then!” Tom patted me on the back, as if we knew him very well. “In exchange, I will call you Kimmy. Ok?”

I'm stunned. Tom's friendliness that is too sweet for me makes my face warm, even though the wind has just caressed then it should feel cold, right? I don't know what to do. Moreover, when the man's face approached because I never reaped an answer.

“Kimmy. Why are you keeping quiet? Don't you like me?”

I hurriedly shifted my sitting position to get away from the guy. My face was also no longer facing him and I rolled my irises which could not stand still in the other direction.

Again I was wrong, but with a different person!

“B-not!” sergeant then.

“Ok! Then you like me!”

I just realized what Tom said just now. I looked at him for a moment too.

“Like?”

“Of course I like you too, Kimmy.”

The guy then laughed crisply, which made me even more embarrassed to feel it was not a joke, but a confession of love. It sucks my heart now ticking along non-relaxedly!

“Ah, sorry, sorry. You're too adorable, I can't stand to prank you. Don't hate me, ok? I should have made a good impression for our first meeting.”

Kan's.

“A-I'm not angry!”

Argha! Guys here why, anyway?!
