In this life, sometimes what is expected does not happen. Precisely something that is usually avoided, even comes unexpectedly. That's what Bianco went through. The young man guessed that his young lady would come in about two months. Or at the earliest one month after the incident in the torero arena. During that time, at least Bianco could give Ekhtuya a salary so that the girl could find her own decent place to live.
But in reality, Beatrice came just as Ekhtuya was working in the bar for ten days. Bianco didn't even get any sign of the woman's arrival. Ekhtuya was taking care of customers when the bar door opened and showed a woman with an elegant appearance.
“What the hell is this, Bianco?” beatris asked as he looked at Ekhtuya who was wearing Bianco's work apron.
Bianco can only swallow. His tongue was a monkey and he could not answer anything. His brain was forced to think fast, but there was no answer that was reasonable enough to stifle Beatris's annoyance.
The woman walked pongah past Ekhtuya who stood still with her hair tied high. He then approached Bianco who had been bowed wrongly. It feels like being caught in a criminal act.
“I've told you many times, Bianco. I don't accept female workers in this bar. If you find a woman who needs money, send them to a brothel. But you brought him here without asking my permission?” beatris whispered in Bianco's ear.
Bianco was losing his word. Beatris's anger will probably make Bianco lose his current position. But more than that, Bianco could have lost Beatris' affection and that is the worst for him right now.
“Sorry to interrupt your conversation. But Bianco is innocent. I'm the one who needs a temporary place to stay. Bianco just helped me out a little bit for some time. I will leave this place soon if my existence does bring trouble.” Suddenly Ekhtuya was already standing near them while hugging the tray.
The girl had a tiny body that was slightly shorter than Beatris. Even so, no one doubted the power of Ekhtuya. Andres and Baltazar even stood by the girl's side, for what reason. Between preventing Ekhtuya getting violence by Beatris or vice versa.
“Your appearance is very foreign, Miss. Are you the woman who is famous among the stupid torero? You beat them when you made a scene at my bar?” ask Beatris later.
“So you knew from the beginning that Ekhtuya was here?” sigh Bianco who finally able to speak.
Beatris snorted softly. “Nuchas this is a small tribe, Bian. How could I not hear the news of birds always chirping around me?” he said with a smile.
“So the reason you came here is indeed to make trouble with Ekhtuya?” bianco asked in a low voice.
Beatris looked a little stunned. He did not expect Bianco to be able to say such words confronting him. I don't know why he felt Bianco changed a little more than usual. The young man had been obedient to him for many years. But now Bianco suddenly asked what seemed to defend the woman he just knew.
“I mean, is Miss not pleased with the existence of the Giyatsa women? If indeed Miss wants me to expel her .. .” said Bianco who immediately realized Beatrisia's bad expression.
“No need to strain so, Bian. I'm only here because I want to see this Miss with my own eyes. Forgive me for making such an outrageous joke,” Beatris said with a smile.
“Good, Miss,” replied Bianco short.
“Then may I invite you to talk for a while, Miss Ekhtuya?” ask Beatris who has turned to Ekhtuya.
“Of course. I also want to talk a lot with you,” said Ekhtuya who actually looked enthusiastic.
Bianco is a little wary. Beatris doesn't usually spend time with other people he doesn't think are important. But now it is clear that the woman is very interested in Ekhtuya.
“Bian, you can provide drinks for us upstairs,” Beatris orders on Bianco.
Bianco could only nod obediently. He took off Ekhtuya who walked following Beatris to the second floor with a feeling of uncertainty. I don't know why his heart was worried.
“Bian, are you sure those two will be okay? Do we need to stand guard on the second floor?” andres asked as soon as the two women were not seen again.
“No need. Miss Beatris is not a woman who likes to do violence to others,” Bianco responded while pouring drinks.
“Not the Young Miss I'm worried about. But that Giyatsa girl. You know for yourself how strong he is. Isn't it dangerous to leave Miss Beatris alone with a killer like her?” sergeant Andres.
Bianco took a deep breath. Andres' words made him realize that he was now more worried about Ekhtuya than Beatris. How could he be so careless? Has his feeling changed?
“Ekhtuya is not a person who is easily provoked. She's a calm girl throughout her life not threatened,” Bianco said later.
“Hopefully your words are correct, Bian,” said Andres still with his anxious face.
Bianco sighed again. His mind was suddenly full. The complicated things that he had been avoiding now actually ambushed him. Bianco is really tired. In the end, he decided not to make any further analysis of his feelings.
