As usual, Chiara immediately collected a lot of chips in a short period of time. Baccarat did not satisfy him. After playing for a while and hoarding money coffers, the girl turned to other games she was interested in. The people in that place seemed distracted every time Chiara visited her desk. However they were quite interested when they saw Rein coming with the girl. That seems to reinforce the assumption that Chiara is indeed a player with great financial support from the wealthy Gillian family. No wonder the girl had such an amazing ability in gambling.
Three hours passed and Chiara was completely invincible. At every table he went to, victory was always on his side, as if the girl had the ability to predict the future and guess exactly all the cards belonging to her opponent, even the banker or the Bandar. Meanwhile, Rein has failed to get used to him there. After getting tired of seeing Chiara who continued to play here and there, the young man decided to wait on a luxurious sofa in the corner of the room. The place is usually used to rest the big players who are tired of racking their brains.
A glass of top-quality wine accompanied the sleepy Rein and questioned his whereabouts. He did not understand why Chiara could be so comfortable in the casino all day. Despite his ability to raise money quickly here, Rein still did not understand. Rather than deceiving the young men in the casino, the girl could work in an antique shop with him.
Chiara does have a very good eye in distinguishing counterfeit goods or not. Even a small flaw as smooth as a strand of hair could be seen in the girl's eyes. Maybe that ability is also what he uses to play gambling. He can see sharply and quickly the cards of his opponents and take advantage of circumstances to be profitable for him. A really dangerous girl. Rein had better avoid any kind of betting with Chiara if not to fall poor.
“What do you come alone?” Suddenly a female voice in a seductive tone greeted Rein. The young man found a blue-eyed girl in a fancy dress coming up to him with a glass of wine.
“Ah, I am with a friend,” replied Automatic Rein.
“It looks like your friend is still busy. I Can accompany you to talk. It looks like you are bored,” said the woman again while sitting next to Rein without permission.
At first, Rein felt uncomfortable. But when he glanced at Chiara who was also having fun while surrounded by many men, it did not seem to matter to him that he was also accompanied by a beautiful woman.
“Thank you for being willing to accompany. I ... ,” said Rein who was cut off by the woman's index finger when she was about to introduce herself.
“Everyone knows who you are, Mr. Reinhart Gillian. I am Lea,” said the woman with a seductive smile.
“It's nice to meet you, Miss Lea,” Rein said with an awkward smile.
It's not every day that Rein is seduced by a woman. This was precisely the first time there was a Lady who was blatantly teasing him. Therefore Rein did not know how to respond properly and correctly. At first glance he glanced towards Chiara. But his friend still had a smile on the poker table with four other men who continued to look at him lustfully. Outraged, Rein chose to refocus on the woman before him.
“Can we talk more casually? You can call me Lea,” said the woman while folding her legs and showing her thigh-high cleavage.
Rein tried hard not to glance towards Lea's thigh skin that looked smooth and supple. “Of course Lea. Then call me Rein too,” Rein said later.
Lea smiled meaningfully and after that their conversation just flowed. Somehow Lea managed to make the atmosphere more fluid. The woman was clearly experienced in snaring men. And Rein meanwhile, was just a plain young man who had never touched such a world before. Rein is different from his father who runs a dark business. He was just an ordinary young man who happened to grow up with a flourishing of treasures.
“I'd better stop here today. There are affairs that I have to finish,” said Chiara who failed to control her facial expression.
“It looks like your master is falling prey to the fox woman, Chiara. You really brought the Jackpot to Lea,” commented a man who had been sitting next to Chiara.
“Thank you for your concern, Ben. I can take care of the fox woman myself,” infuriated Chiara annoyed.
Benedict's laughter exploded violently, followed by the others at the table. Chiara the ice queen who was usually always flat-faced now showed her expression.
“Looks like I found your weakness, Chiara. Have fun then,” Benedict said in a mocking tone.
Chiara did not answer anymore. After finishing collecting his chips, Chiara stood up angrily and immediately approached Rein who was laughing with familiarity with Lea. I don't know who Chiara should teach her first lesson, Rein or Lea. He could not decide yet but seeing the intimacy of the two people was clearly annoying.
“Are you having fun, Rein?” chiara said after standing close enough to the sofa where Rein and Lea were sitting and joking intimately. Both of Chiara's hands folded to her chest while forcing a smile that more resembled a grin.
“Chiara? Are you done?” rein asked without any guilt at all.
“Please do that. Let's go home now,” infuriated Chiara with eyes glittering in annoyance. He stared intently at Lea, but the woman returned with a smile of infuriating satisfaction. Somehow Chiara felt Lea had defeated him even though they were not at the gambling table.
“Oh so? All right, if you want to go home now. Let me say goodbye to Lea. He's my new friend,” said Rein as he looked at Lea who was now smiling warmly at Rein.
“Friends?” murmured Chiara did not believe it.
“See you later then, Lea. I have to go back now with eh ... My friend, Chiara,” said Rein who was hesitant whether he should introduce the two of them or not.
“Come Rein!” chiara was angry.
“Good. Goodbye, Lea,” said Rein then got up and waved briefly at Lea. The woman waved back with her sweetest smile. Chiara glanced at Lea one last time, and as expected, Lea's expression immediately changed once she met Chiara's eyes. His sweet smile vanished, replaced by a cunning evil grin.
