Chapter 35

"Alexa!" The shoulder-length brown-haired girl scurrying to the cafeteria, sitting next to Alexa who is now enjoying her warm tea.

Alexa almost flinched, almost dropping the glass if she did not hold the glass tightly. Both of his hands were still half shivering as he placed the glass on the table.

"What's wrong? Your habits are shocking" Alexa said. He wiped away the little dew that was stuck to his glasses lens.

Rani puffed both of her cheeks, making Alexa snort and directly embrace the girl's shoulders.

"By the way, why are you soaking wet? Don't you often carry an umbrella?" ask Rani.

He shifted his seat when Alexa's wet clothes made her fur instantly stand up. Alexa rolled her eyes lazily. Rani smiles at the horse.

"Did you bring a change of clothes? Maybe a sports uniform?" ask Alexa. He started to shiver again this time.

"I brought a change of clothes." Rani smiled with a slightly puffed up chest.

"Why? Do you want to sleep at school tonight?" Alexa laughed a little. Rani grunts and throws her face away.

"Handering Ran. So, can I get your change of clothes on? I'll wash it clean."

Just when Rani gives Alexa her uniform instead, Kevin comes in a soaked uniform, and not forgetting her flat, almost expressionless expression.

Kevin approached his stool, sitting there without paying attention to every eye that focused on him.

"He was also soaking wet. Why is that handsome guy soaking wet? I'd love to take off my shirt and hug her warmly." Rani smiled with a reddened face.

Alexa brings her face closer to the cheek that is now as red as the tomato. He patted roughly on Rani's shoulder, making the girl flinch and immediately rubbed his blushing face softly.

"Do you like him?" ask Alexa with a cynical look.

Rani smiled as she scratched the back of her neck which might not itch. He immediately sat on his stool, ignoring Alexa's cynical gaze.

"Alexa, you're also one week away from school here. So you don't know her charm yet" Rani said without turning her head. His eyes were still focused on the handsome young man sitting at the very back seat near the window door.

Now Alexa's eyes are fixed on the figure of Kevin who does not pay attention to his surroundings, staring out the window with a blank look.

Alexa's eyes focused on Kevin for a long time. Until he was not aware of the cheeks that began to turn red. He immediately threw away his face and walked out of the classroom carrying Rani's change of uniform when Kevin's eyes glanced at him a little.

"She, who gave me her umbrella, didn't she?" muttered Kevin.

Kevin stood up and left the class. Heading to the bathroom specifically for women, which was immediately greeted with cheeks blushing the girls who were in the bathroom.

Kevin doesn't heed them. He stepped closer to one of the doors, knocking it a little harshly.

While Alexa who was wearing a uniform jerked when the door was a little rough knock continued to sound. He thought it was one of his friends.

"Just a second! Don't you see there's still people here?" alexa said half-screaming while wearing her uniform.

Kevin who got the answer from Alexa again knocked on the door, now even harder he knocked on it. Alexa is angry. He opened the door with a few buttons of his shirt still open, slightly revealing his protruding chest.

Kevin with his flat face stepped forward, making Alexa suddenly step back. Until he was unconscious, he was now standing on the wall, unable to move when Kevin approached him.

"You, what do you want?" ask Alexa a little stuttered.

Now Kevin's face was getting closer, making Alexa gulp her saliva a little rough. When his eyes collided with Kevin, he did not realize that Kevin grabbed a towel and covered Alexa's protruding chest that was slightly visible, making the girl jerk.

"Don't misunderstand me. I was following you because your face was red. I thought you were sick for giving me your umbrella" Kevin said flatly. He took a step back, leaning his back against the wall while scaling.

"I'm, all right—" Alexa's body suddenly squeezed, almost falling to the floor if Kevin did not immediately catch his body.

"You are sick. Tell your house I'll take you home. It looks like it would only be a waste if you were in the UKS" Kevin said.

Alexa, whose consciousness is starting to weaken, tells the address of her small apartment in a half-slow tone, barely audible.

Kevin eventually asks his homeroom teacher for permission to take Alexa home, and the homeroom teacher allows him. Kevin didn't tell Arnold.

Arriving at Alexa's small apartment, Kevin carried the girl into the apartment, laying Alexa's body in his room.

"You're still strong? I'm gonna take a compress, then buy you some medicine" Kevin said. Alexa who with a flushed face just nodded lethargicly.

'My face is red not because I am sick. But somehow my body suddenly went limp for a moment, Alexa's inner self when Kevin came out of his room.

Kevin came back with a compress and warm water. He gave a small towel that had been put in warm water on Alexa's forehead.

"What are you, changing your underwear?" ask Kevin casually. Just contact Alexa again shows the face that is now getting flushed.

"Why you?" Kevin landed his palms on Alexa's cheeks and neck. "You're getting hot. I'll buy you some medicine. It's best that until I get back you change your underwear. It's free for you to change your outerwear if your underwear doesn't change" Kevin said. He stood up and left Alexa.

About fifteen minutes had passed, and Kevin came with the medicine in his hands. She asked Alexa if she had changed her underwear. And Alexa just nodded her head, still with a flushed face.

"Actually, I hate what I'm doing right now" Kevin said after giving Alexa the drug.

"You can go home. I understand if you don't want to do this" said Alexa. He returned to his body.

"I still have a little bit of humanity. Even if it's just an inch." Kevin grabbed a compress on Alexa's forehead, put it back in warm water, then again compress it on Alexa's forehead.

Kevin's phone rang, making the young man flinch and grab his phone. He glanced at the flat screen, then put it back in his jacket pocket after typing a few words.

"What's wrong. You can go home. I'm fine" Alexa said.

"You live with your family?" ask Kevin. Alexa shook her head slowly with a sour face.

"That means. I can't leave you. You're sick because of me. Honestly, I don't want to do this. But, how else? My little heart told me to help you."
