The 3rd Generation
Chapters. 124

Ukraine

Foster just finished a shower. The man picked up the t-shirt and jeans that were in the closet. In the old wooden cabinet was only stored a few sets of clothes. Foster smiled at his current state. In fact, he could have sold a watch or a cell phone that he now has to survive. But Foster prefers to live as he is now. This is what her parents wanted. In this way, his parents did not demand much anymore. Foster is fed up if every day he has to meet a spy his parents send him.

After putting on his shirt, Foster combed his hair in front of the mirror. He wears his favorite black hoodie. Recently he was wearing the same clothes repeatedly until a full month. Although he looks very poor, Foster enjoys his life. She can feel happiness when she sings and meets a lot of people. At least he can forget a little bit of his yearning for Daisy.

Foster walked to the corner of the closet where his guitar was hung. He stood in front of his guitar with both hands in his hoodie pocket. Carved a smile on his lips before saying.

"Hay, Daisy. How are you doing? Have you eaten yet? You must have just finished your shower. Her hair looks half wet." Foster laughed amusedly at the thought of her almost crazy self for being too longing. "Let's get to work. We have to find money to buy food today. Daisy, you need to work with me. Don't fuss."

Foster took his guitar and went to the city. He did not even worry about leaving his house unlocked. Because there is no precious thing in it.

"Daisy, your smile is as beautiful as the sun this morning" Foster said. He dipped his guitar before stepping back. Because it's dead love with Daisy, to the extent that the guitar is written Daisy's name and there is also a photo of Daisy.

"Foster, good morning. Do you want to go to work?" yelled at one of the neighbors there.

"I'm just having fun. If my performance works it won't be like this" Foster replied with a laugh.

"Good luck young man!" shouted the old man again with a soft laugh looking at Foster.

Some people who often met with Foster never thought that it turns out Foster is a legitimate descendant of the Mattew family. They think that Foster is just a brandy guy who doesn't have a job.

Foster noticed the surroundings. That afternoon the sky was very bright and the wind was not too strong. Today is a good day to pack. Everyone who passed by to move in the morning became a target for Foster. Although only get money in the form of coins, but it is very valuable for Foster.

Foster stood in front of the towering University building. Foster stood up and observed the surroundings. The student who passed by made Foster steady to busk there. In addition to selling votes, he also sold the good looks he had. The man prayed before playing his guitar.

Foster's voice is great. His tone also fits perfectly with the rhythm of the guitar he now plays. Some people who passed by decided to stop and listen to the song that Foster brought over. Majority women. Foster's handsome face became a special attraction for them.

On the other side. Daisy and Zeroun are also in the same location where Foster is busking. Zeroun deliberately took Daisy for a morning walk to enjoy the sun. While walking occasionally they look joking. Daisy embraces Zeroun's arm in a friendly manner. Some people think that Daisy and Zeroun are lovers. Although most also think that their relationship is only limited to their grandparents and grandchildren.

"This place is beautiful. What else if visited in the morning," praised Daisy while looking at the situation around.

"Do you like this place?" Zeroun glanced at Daisy at a glance before looking forward again.

"i like. But I won't be here long. I have to win the bet between us, Opa. So, Opa don't try to seduce me into staying in this place. Later in the day I will force Opa to leave this place" Daisy said with confidence.

"Alright," Zeroun replied without much protest.

"Opa, look over there. Is that tall building a University building?" daisy asked as she pointed at the towering building that was in front of her.

"It seems like it is indeed a University building," Zeroun replied with a hint of hesitation.

"People here look beautiful Opa. Their appearance is also very modern. It's a lot different from Yale University."

"Isn't Yale University inhabited by children's conglomerates. It should be that Yale University is much more advanced than the universities that are here," Zeroun protested less agreeably.

"From the looks of things it is true. In terms of friendship, it seems much better universities in Ukraine. Opa can see there. Some women are just like they are talking about something. They seem to have no boundaries between each other. Near there are also a few more people in the group. It seems that they love each other. Not against each other."

"really?" Zeroun was again out of focus. He's looking for the man he's been wanting to meet since. But I don't know where that guy is. Though from the information obtained by Zeroun, the man he was looking for should be there. Near them.

Daisy looked the other way. The woman felt interested to see a group of women who were now surrounding something. "What they do there. Is there a show?" ask Daisy to be curious.

"Let's check so you don't get curious. Aren't you gonna move out soon?" Zeroun pulls Daisy and brings her closer to the crowd ahead.

Without rejecting Daisy also stepped into the crowd. The young people who were there were seen singing happily. They sang a song that has been going viral lately. Daisy was desperate when she saw such a dense crowd. He wanted to see firsthand what was going on up ahead. But jostling is not one of his hobbies. Until finally he decided to withdraw.

"Not so?" zeroun asked with his eyebrows clinging to each other.

Unbeknownst to Daisy, Zeroun gives code to his men who have since been banned while disguised. With ease the crowd gave way to Daisy. At first, Daisy was shocked. However both of his eyes narrowed while looking towards Zeroun after that. "What's Opa doing to get them out of the way?"

"Opa didn't do anything" Zeroun denied.

"Opa always reigns wherever Opa is. Opa is the best Opa I have" Daisy said with smiling lips.

"Quick see what's in there."

Without a second thought Daisy came forward.

Foster who just finished singing a song is now getting a huge applause. The amount of money he had earned from busking this morning was more than enough. Foster decided to go home. Everyone who had been crowded began to return to their respective activities. Only Daisy was left there. The woman stood up with a look of disbelief.

Accidentally, Foster looks forward and finds Daisy in front of him. The man smiled at himself. Not just once but over and over again he saw the shadow of Daisy standing before him. This time Foster doesn't want to look like a madman anymore. He cites the money below and puts it in his pocket. The man looked at his guitar and again invited him to chat.

"Daisy Darling .. Today we get a lot of money. Looks like for the next three days we won't have to busk anymore."

Daisy was still standing where she was. He didn't say a word.

Before stepping away Foster looked towards Daisy again. They looked at each other but with different thoughts. Foster still thinks Daisy is just a shadow. While Daisy like to cry sobbing seeing her ex-boyfriend is now a busker and looks unkempt.

"Sister Foster ...."

A round of tears fell down as it was already unbearable anymore. Daisy clenched her powerful hand trying to suppress the grief that wanted to explode. His feet are still there. Daisy doesn't know what to do now.

In that instant Foster realized that the woman standing in front of him was really Daisy. Not just a shadow like the one he had found.

Foster looked to the right and to the left to make sure there were no bad people near them. After making sure that none of his parents were spying, Foster looked back at Daisy's face and smiled.

"Hi ... How are you?"

Daisy immediately ran over and hugged Foster while crying. His embrace was so tight that it made Foster cry too. Before embracing Daisy, Foster saw the face of Zeroun standing not far from their position. The man smiled at Foster. Foster was overjoyed before returning Daisy's embrace. He hugged the woman he loved so tightly and lovingly. Inhaling the body scent that he had so longed for this past month.

"What's going on? Why is it like this?" lirih Daisy in between sobbing tears that are so heartbreaking. He looked at Foster's face and lashed out at the man in annoyance. "Why does Brother Foster have to be a busker? What's going on?"

Foster could not answer. The man can only hug Daisy again to let go of her longing. "I miss you so much. Miss you very much. Don't Go. Please don't go again. Forgive the mistake I made. I want us to be like Daisy."

Daisy's crying is getting worse. Women have a hard time controlling their own emotions. Daisy is very frustrated to see the current state of Foster.

"I thought Foster didn't remember my face anymore. My heart ached when I saw Foster's leg talking to that guitar. For a moment I thought Brother Foster had become a mad man," Daisy said sadly.

"Yes, I'm crazy. I'm crazy for missing you too much. I assume that guitar is you. Anytime I want to tell a story I'll ask her to tell a story. That's all I can do so I can stay sane" Foster replied. He peeped at Daisy's head repeatedly.

Zeroun walked over. "Can we get out of here? Everyone's looking at you two. You guys are like a spectacle."

"Opa, did Opa know that Foster was in Ukraine?" ask Daisy to be curious.

Zeroun just smiled.

"Opa, answer!"

"That's not important. What matters is that you are happy now. Lately, Opa has seen you no longer be yourself. You smile and laugh just for the sake of others being happy. Not because you're really happy. Opa misses your smile. Whatever Opa would do to get that smile back."

Foster clasped Daisy's hand so tightly. He does not want to be separated anymore. "Opa, thank you for bringing Daisy here. I never thought I'd see Daisy again. With my current situation I never dreamed I'd meet Daisy."

Zeroun patted Foster's shoulder gently. "You're a great tough guy. I'm proud of you!"
