The 3rd Generation
Chapters. 136

"I can be a fool when I love. But I can be very cruel if I'm hurt." Zion Zein's.

This morning Faith plans to clean up the house. The first thing he wanted to do was change the sheets and pillowcases. The woman pulled the sheets and placed them on the floor. Faith held both of her waist while looking at the bed again. He knew today would be exhausting. However, being tired would be much better than him having to sit still doing nothing.

Faith walked towards the closet located in the corner of the room. Pull the closet door and look up. It turned out that the sheets instead were in the top pile. For Faith's body which was only 155 cm, she couldn't take the sheets. Although on tiptoes.

"Chairs. I need a chair." Faith left the room. He dragged the dining table chair and led her into the room. In the room there is only a sofa. Faith won't pull that couch.

After putting the chair in front of the closet, the woman climbed on top of it wanting to pick up a change sheet. There are three colors there. Faith was confused to choose which color because all three are very good.

Unknowingly Faith stepped to the side because it was indeed pulling the bedsheet was difficult. Faith held onto the bedsheet and pulled it with all her might. Faith's balance is starting to break. The woman held the bedsheet while screaming for fear of falling.

Before actually falling, Faith immediately jumped to make her knees hit the floor. The bedsheet he had held slipped and fell on the floor. It was not just the bed linen that he chose. Two other sheets also fell and piled on the floor.

Faith complained of annoyance. He wants to clean up all that mess. However, the door to the room was already open. Zion appeared with a box of paper bags in her hand. The man looks worried.

"What's going on?" He immediately placed the paper bag on the nightstand before approaching Faith to help him.

"I just fell" replied Faith. "It hurts." Faith pointed at her bruised knee. Without a second thought Zion immediately held Faith and carried her to the sofa. The man straightened Faith's leg to check on her.

"Why did you fall?"

"I'm gonna go get the sheets on top." Faith looked at the paper bag that Zion had brought. "What's that?"

"Replace the clothes." Zion was still watching Faith's bruised knee.

"Why so much? Every time you come you always bring a change of clothes for me. Not clothes that have been used can be washed and reused. Why buy so many clothes?"

"Take it as a gift from me because you've been fine while you're at home" Zion replied.

Faith laughed when she heard it. "It turns out that behind your creepy face, you're a very humorous man. You're giving me a present because I'm okay? That doesn't make any sense."

Zion won't talk anymore. The man stood up and walked out of the room. Faith scrunched her forehead and lowered both her legs down. He had wanted to take a paper bag over the nightstand. However, due to her knee pain the woman was unable to walk. Faith sat back on the sofa grimacing in pain.

Zion entered again with a compress tool and a P3K box in her hand. The man was angry to see Faith who could not sit still.

"I haven't allowed you to walk!" Zion put her luggage on the table.

"What's all this stuff for?"

"Treating your injured leg."

Without permission Zion raised both of Faith's legs onto the table. The right knee is bruised and the left knee is slightly scratched. To Zion, that wound was a trivial one. But she knew that a woman like Faith would not be able to endure her pain. He cleaned the blisters first before giving her antiseptic medication. The next knee is compressed so as not to hurt.

"Are you a doctor, sir?"

"To do something like this I don't need to be a doctor. Anyone can do it" Zion replied still with her favorite cold expression.

Faith twitched her forehead. "Sir, can you smile?"

"I don't like to smile" Zion replied. He's back compressing Faith's leg.

Sometimes Faith glanced at Zion's face. Faith had already begun to judge Zion as a good man. However, seeing Zion's cold behavior and expression like this sometimes made him doubtful.

"Are the people standing guard in front of the house still there? Almost every time I see them standing. When they rest. He never changed either."

"They wouldn't dare to leave without my permission. Time off let them think about it. You don't have to interfere. They'll stay alive and stand there."

"For the umpteenth time I want to thank you. But why are you doing all this? I feel bad. From the beginning I've been troubling you. Is there nothing I can do to make up for your good all this time, sir?"

"You just have to follow my words and that's more than enough" Zion replied quickly.

"Sir, your life won't calm down after you help me. Not that I want to scare you. But before regretting it is better to think first. Dominic is a very dangerous and powerful man. He would not let his enemy live quietly. If he finds out that I'm with you now, your life and your family won't be able to settle down." Faith was just trying to commemorate Zion. He won't be blamed in the end.

"If he dares to harass my family, then

he'll be sorry."

"All right, I admit you're a great, strong man. Maybe in terms of ability you can beat Dominic if you fight. But Dominic is a very cunning and rich man. To win is not always he uses violence. Are you ready to face it?"

This time Zion looked at Faith. While Faith who felt groggy chose to turn her eyes around the room around there.

"Do you want to go back to her?"

"No," replied Faith quickly. He didn't even want to imagine it. Being next to Dominic only makes his life hell.

"That's more than enough. We just follow the game. We don't have to do anything before he takes action. If he shows up we'll face him. If he attacks us strike back." Zion is always calm to face any problems. The principle is that he will not attack first as long as his family is fine.

"Then, if he manages to take me away. What are you gonna do?"

"I'll let you go." Zion looked relaxed as she answered. It was as if there was no burden in his life.

Faith became sad. He thought Zion would take him back from Dominic.

"Good God what I expected of him. We have no relationship whatsoever. For what reason does he keep me from always being by his side" Faith murmured inwardly.

"Unless you say that you want to always be by your side. Then I'll reconsider taking you from him." This time Zion is a little expensive. Even if what happened would not be like that. He won't let Dominic snatch Faith from his side.

"Hi sir. Are you actually a Kenpa? Have you been in love with me since first sight?"

Zion heard it. It is also impossible for him to be honest. It will drop his pride.

"I have a sister and you are a girl. So let's just say all I do is sympathize with you as a woman." Zion throws the cloth she used to compress Faith's knee.

"Done all this and change your clothes immediately. We're gonna go out. You must be bored because for a few days it's been locked up in the house. I'll ask people to change the sheets on the bed."

Faith was silent for a moment. When he wanted to ask again Zion had already left the room. "He really is a strange man" said Faith in her heart.
