Austin opened his eyes slowly. His head feels heavy. His body was also covered in ice. Chilly. That's what Austin felt. The guy had a high fever all night. Until the morning the fever was still going up and down. There was a small towel on his forehead to compress.
Austin scrunched his forehead seeing a small towel above his head. The man took it before looking to the side. Austin was stunned to see Norah falling asleep beside the bed in a sitting position. The woman was so exhausted.
"Norah," said Austin hesitantly.
Norah opened her eyes slowly. Seeing Austin already sober made him feel much more relieved now.
"Is your head still dizzy Austin? Are you still feverish?" Norah held onto Austin's arm to check if the man's body temperature was still high.
"Where are we? Why are you here?"
"You don't like me being here?" Norah took the small towel that was in Austin's grasp. He put it in the water and squeezed it before putting it on Austin's forehead again.
"I'm glad you're here. Very glad. But ... What about Zion Zein?"
Norah went back to hearing her brother's name. In fact, until this moment, he was still unable to calm down. His mind was filled with guilt towards Zion.
The appearance of Uncle Tano made Austin even more confused. As she wanted to sit down, Norah suddenly pushed her back to sleep.
"You can't move much yet" Norah protested.
Austin dared not argue. He looked at Uncle Tano with his eyebrows intertwined. "Norah, can we talk together?"
Without even answering, Norah immediately got up from her seat. The woman came out of the room not even forgetting to close the door. Uncle Tano looked at Norah briefly before looking at Austin again. The man bowed respectfully before saying the intent of his arrival.
"How are you this morning, sir?"
"Why can Uncle be here? Who contacted Uncle? All my connections are gone. I don't know where I'm left behind. I thought Uncle Tano would never know what I was going through. Then, Norah. Why is he here too? Wasn't he with Zion? Did Uncle Tano ask Norah to come? Is Norah no longer angry with me? How did he escape from Zion Zein?"
"Miss Norah called me. He seemed to remember my phone number. He asked me to pick him up at an airport, sir. After that he took us to meet you and save you. He also asked me to take you to a place away from the crowd. There is not even a network connection. This house is my choice. Actually until this moment I myself do not know what exactly the purpose of Miss Norah asking me to bring you into hiding like this, Sir."
"It looks like Norah escaped from Zion. It's hazardous. Zion and Norah's relationship can be more tenuous, "Austin's inner heart.
"Sir, do you know anything?"
Austin shook his head. "Uncle, please take care of this house for Mr. A does not attack. I can't fight yet. My condition is still weak. I don't want them to kidnap Norah anymore."
"This is all Mr. A, Sir?"
"Yes, he's the mastermind of all this. He didn't accept me leaving The Bloods. He knows how I feel about Norah. Then he used Norah to force me to do whatever he wanted."
Uncle Tano shook his head in disbelief. "Then, who's Mr Zion?"
"He ... my enemy. And Norah's real brother."
"You're hostile to your own beloved brother sir?"
"It's really weird. But, it seems like we were met because of this hostility. I never regretted it. But Uncle, can you help me? Help me to get the Norah's blessing."
Uncle Tano smiled. "That's an easy problem, sir. Leave it all to me."
"You can always count on. Now where's Norah? I want to see him." Austin sat on the bed. He wanted to lower his legs because he could not wait to walk. However, Uncle Tano held onto Austin's shoulder and held him back from being able to stand.
"Don't force yourself, sir. Let me call Miss Norah. You better stay on the bed."
"All right." Although actually eager to refute Uncle Tano's orders, but Austin did not want to until Norah was angry.
