The 3rd Generation

The 3rd Generation
Chapters. 139

"Norah Darling .. Get up."

Austin patted slowly on Norah's cheek. The man was very worried to see that his fiancee was also unconscious. After being examined, the doctor said the woman was fine. The anesthetic fluid that entered his body was also low in dosage and in very small amounts. But until now the woman had not opened her eyes.

"Norah ... Are you unconscious or pretending to be asleep. Please don't make me afraid like this." Austin rubbed Norah's head before landing a kiss unfortunately there. "Darling .. wake up."

Austin took Norah to a hospital close to the restaurant. After being examined in the IGD room, doctors did not allow Norah to go straight home even though the woman's condition was not serious. The doctor will allow Norah to go home if the woman is conscious and she is doing well.

Norah's phone inside the bag rang. Austin immediately took his girlfriend's phone from there. Her eyebrows intertwined when she saw Livy's number appearing on Norah's phone screen. Without a second thought the man immediately picked up Livy's phone call.

"Hello."

"Where is Norah? I want to talk to him." Livy knew that the one who picked up the phone was not Norah but Austin.

Austin was silent for a moment. He doesn't know whether to lie or be honest right now.

"Austin, do you hear me?" ask Livy again when Austin doesn't answer.

"Something happened and now we're in the hospital. Norah is still unconscious." Austin doesn't know what to do now. He knows that Livy is a doctor. The man wants Livy to check on Norah.

"Hospital? Which Hospital. Quickly send me the address now. I'll be there soon." From his tone it was clear that Livy was very worried about Norah's current situation.

"I didn't get to read the name of the hospital. But I'll send you the position we're in right now." Austin took his phone out of his pocket and sent their location to Livy's number. "I sent it. You can check now."

"alright. Does Brother Zion know about this?"

"It has. We're the only ones who know." From the tone of his speech it was clear that Austin did not want to until Livy told the other. He doesn't want everyone to worry. Including both Norah's parents.

"Okay, I'll be there soon." Livy doesn't want to ask much more. The woman immediately ended her call and got ready to leave.

Austin put Norah's phone in the bag again. The man looked at his lover with a very worried face. "Norah," call him again.

But this time Norah responded. The woman moved her hand before opening her eyes slowly. Austin immediately clasped Norah's hand and rubbed it gently. The man felt much calmer now after seeing his fiance re-open his eyes.

"What about Brother Zion?" Norah still felt dizzy. But he did not want to lose with the dizziness.

"He went to take Faith. I don't know where they're going either. Brother Zion knows that I'm taking you to the hospital. Norah, why are you so careless. Why would a woman like that make you come to this. I'm so worried about you." Austin rubbed the back of Norah's hand again.

"I wasn't concentrating. I think too much of you fighting. Plus I was thinking about Faith. I don't know where to take him. She's so scared. I also met him for the first time. I don't want to traumatize her."

"Don't you say that Faith ran away from someone. It seems like the war will soon begin. Judging from the troop he sent, it seemed like he was no ordinary man."

"Sir Zion said that the man was named Dominic" replied Norah a little hesitating. He was also not very clear about it at that time because Zion told him over the phone.

"Dominic did you say?" Austin looked shocked. "Is he the master of Las Vegas?"

"I'm not sure. But it seems like yes. Zion talked about Las Vegas. You knew her?" Norah looked at Austin suspiciously.

Austin leaned his body on the chair before rubbing his face with his hands. "I know him. But I never thought about having trouble with him. Not because I'm afraid of him. But facing Dominic is like facing Mr. A. He's a very sly man. His partner is everywhere. Norah, we're getting married soon. I don't want any more trouble. I want to prepare for our wedding calmly. I don't want any more victims."

"I want it that way too. But Kak Faith is part of Kak ion. Brother Zion has fallen in love with him. That means we should also help Brother Zion if he's in trouble. Our marriage will go well. You don't have to worry. We'll be strong if we unite." Norah held Austin's hand. The woman tried to convince her partner not to worry anymore.

"I'm sorry. But we better not start this problem. Just give the woman back to him." I don't know what had possessed Austin's mind until the man said that cruel sentence in front of Norah. It made Norah angry. He did not like to hear the sentence Austin had just said. "You mean Brother Zion has to give the woman she loves back to another man? Austin, what if the problems that are now experiencing Brother Zion are also you experiencing. Are you just going to let go of the woman you love?" Norah's tone raised a sign that the woman was getting upset.

"Wedding will never happen before Kak Zion and Kak Faith's problems are over!" ketus Norah steady.

"Norah, why did you sacrifice our marriage? You're not seriously marrying me?"

"Because he's my real brother. This is also my problem now. If you want to be part of our family, you shouldn't say that. If you don't have a solution, you'd better shut up. Don't make the problem any more cloudy. Everyone wants peace too. But what can we do if it comes to us on its own?"

Austin was silent. He doesn't want to get the wrong word again and makes Norah even more angry. In contrast to Norah who is currently starting to try to calm down. Their marriage was imminent and Norah did not want to have any quarrels between their relationships.

"So before I realized, I heard you had a chance to talk to someone."

"That's Livy. He called you, "Austin replied without looking. He's still upset.

"Did she know I was in the hospital?" Norah's tone softened.

"Even now he's on his way here." Austin still did not want to look at Norah's face.

"I'm fine, why bother others?"

"I don't bother anyone else. He himself wants to come."

Norah took her bag and pressed Livy's number. The woman wanted to ask Livy to just turn around. He also wanted to leave the mansion immediately. Lying on the bed in the hospital made Norah want to vomit.

"Sister Livy didn't pick up my phone" Norah said with a disappointed face.

"We'll just wait. Maybe they'll be there soon."

"I want to meet Brother Zion now."

"What about Livy?"

"If he gets here and we're not there he'll definitely call us soon."

"Norah this isn't a matter of him being able to contact us or not. But your relationship is never good. Better not get into trouble again. Let's wait for Livy to come. Let's talk about what happened and then we go see Brother Zion together."

"But-"

"This time only. Listen my words. I beg you."

Norah was silent. Indeed, the solution given Austin did not harm anyone. Norah just had to wait a little.

"Dear Austin, are you mad at me?"

While waiting for Livy the woman tried to make Austin smile again.

"I'm traumatized. I was traumatized to see you hurt and critical" Austin replied.

"This is our life. Life is full of danger."

"Will congratulations be like this?" ask Austin with a serious face. Norah could only remain silent. He also doesn't know what to answer. Austin got out of his chair and sat on the same bed as Norah. "I'm sorry. Everything's gonna be okay." Austin pecks at Norah's head. It made Norah much calmer now.
