The atmosphere suddenly quieted down when the arrival of the three handsome men. Helena's main focus is Arthur. The man was in front of her and Elie had just introduced the man as her brother. Is he dreaming? If so, please wake her up.
"Helena, what's wrong with you? Why just shut up?" Somehow since when Elie was already at the side of the bed, her hand shook Helena's shoulder, thus making the unmoved Helena start to react.
The woman reviewed a faint smile, hiding her shock. "I'm fine Elie. I was just shocked and confused." Right, he's still trying to digest.
Elie smiled as she nodded. He understood with just one look at Helena's face which was suddenly full of confusion. "He is Arthur, my brother. We were born twins. I'm used to calling him brother. You must know who Arthur is." In the end Elie opened her identity in front of Helena. He wants Helena to know everything so that their relationship will be better in the future.
Helena displayed an awkward smile. It was unexpected, he never expected if the two were brothers who were born twins.
"So you guys...." Even Helena was speechless, what she had just learned was truly shocking to her. Now he understands why he was so adamant about protecting Elie that he thought he loved Elie as much as Mikel. It turns out that the assumption is wrong, Arthur does love Elie, but as a sister not as a woman who is wanted as a companion to life as he had suspected so far. "I thought you guys... Helena threw her gaze in the other direction, more precisely throwing her gaze at the figure of Darren who is certainly no stranger, because meeting with Arthur would definitely have the man's assistant next to her, those beautiful rolling eyes stopped at the figure of Oscar. "Doctor Oscar?" Doble was surprised, that was what Helena felt. Why did he realize there was Doctor Oscar?

"Ehem...." Deheman Arthur undoes the voice of Oscar who again wants to respond to the words of Helena. "Didn't you still have a spell? You better go back to your room!" The cold tone was used to being thrown by Arthur, but still made those around become frozen by him.
"I don't have any Ar work. I'd like to further confirm Miss Helena's condition." The condition he was referring to was the mental state of his patient. He was worried if the event that had just happened shook the woman. Of course as a doctor, he did not want to see his patient's condition getting worse.
"No need, it'll be my business." It seems that Arthur is not aware that his words invite the shock of Helena, especially Elie. But not with Darren, he seemed to become accustomed to finding Arthur who was not aware of his own feelings but still acted cold. "I mean, it's my business and Elie's." He said it when he realized something was wrong with his words.
Oscar's forehead shriveled in. Not usually Arthur is wrong in speaking. It seems wrong in front of a woman. His profession as a Psychologist makes him understand the movements of a person. "Yes, okay. I just want to make sure because Miss Helena is also my patient."
"Patient?" Elie was stunned, she turned her head towards Helena.
"I'm having trouble sleeping so consult Doctor Oscar." Despite answering Elie's question mark-filled question. In fact, the tail of his eyes glanced at Arthur who also did not turn to look at him.
Oscar smiled in response. As a doctor, he should keep what the patient himself suffers. Except with the permission of the patient in his hands.

None of my business. That's what Oscar caught from Darren's eyes. Arthur's best friend and accomplice will, of course, keep anything secret about Arthur, unless he gets permission from the iceberg guy.
"All right, I'll excuse you. My patients are waiting." Oscar finally said goodbye.
"Yes Doctor."
Elie and Helena answered simultaneously. Not with Arthur who just responded with Deheman. Oscar immediately passed from there with a million questions gathered in his brain
"Der, take care of the administration immediately" Arthur whispered to Darren.
Darren nodded and deftly walked out of the room. However, it is Arthur's responsibility to pay for the hospital, because the woman has saved Elie.
"If it's not wrong, Mr. Xavier has a pair of twins and a younger brother." Helena's voice broke the silence that had been created in there. Arthur put up his ears, still faithfully standing not far from the bed.
"true." Elie was enthusiastic, for the first time he was so eager to introduce his beloved family. "Me and Ar's sister are twins, and we have a new sister who is going to graduation next week."
Helena nodded. "I've heard of you guys but I really don't know if you're a part of them. I-" Helena suddenly felt bad, because she always made trouble with the woman who was sitting on the edge of the bed. Who would have thought that model Elie Cassandra was the daughter of the influential Romanov Family. For a while, Helena waved for a moment Arthur who had charged his body in the long chair facing the bed.
"Aurelie Cassandra Romanov, isn't that your real name? Why are you covering up from the public and even the media?" continued. Curious, because if other women might be proud to be part of the Romanov Family and do anything with his power.
Elie chuckled, the same question from various circles of his friends who already knew who he was.
"I'd rather be like this. So I know anyone who wants to be friends with me regardless of my status." Elie answered what it was. Although her relationship with Helena was only established a few hours ago, but it did not matter if the woman knew her secret.

"You okay?" tanyanya stared flatly. He did not want his woman to misunderstand his anxiety.
"I'm fine, Mikel." Helena smiled properly. He did not want the lovers who loved each other was at odds because of it. Though Elie responded to the usual, the woman actually displayed her smile.
Mikel nodded, wanting to thank Helena for saving Elie. But he was stopped because there was Arthur who stared intently at him. Even without Mikel noticing Arthur standing up did not like the tightened hands with his fists. The atmosphere became gripping due to the aura of the two men who were engaged in the cold war.
