No Need to Meet Each Other Again
This afternoon Arthur's car splits central London at low speed. He just finished his pending job at the company. And now the car is driving to the hospital because Elie still has to get treatment for a few days and of course Mommy Elleana does not let her sister alone in the hospital.
During his time at the home, Arthur has given the task to Darren and Chris to visit one of the brothels in the Red Light District in Manchester which is 4 hours from the City of London. An illegal business run by Alan Born becomes the biggest income the old man has always achieved. Of course Arthur has to cut down to the roots of the old man's income.
Although illegal, the authorities seem to turn a blind eye to the practice. Moreover, Arthur and others find a fact that some police who want to imprison Austin are the ones who always turn a blind eye to the business run by Alan Born. In fact, the police often hire the services of sex workers in the brothel.
A few days earlier, Arthur had found out who had been secretly following Elie. Who else if not Alan Born's men who want to make his sister as the next target. Arthur's mind wandered somewhere until his car's speed was slowed down because the traffic light in front of him turned red. Arthur talks to Darren over the phone using earphones. His forehead creased deeply as he could clearly see the man in the car was none other than Mikel Jhonson with a woman. Without realizing Arthur gripped his wheel, it turned out that the man did not really mean what he said, he thought.
"Ar, you hear me?" Darren's voice over there was trying to make sure that their channel was still connected, because it didn't get any response from Arthur.
"Yes, I hear you." Arthur replied without taking his eyes off the car, until the lights turned green and the man's car passed. Arthur follows Mikel's car from a safe distance, not too close and not too far away. He only agreed when Darren told him they had arrived in Manchester, precisely in front of the brothel.
"You guys be careful. Don't get caught. If they suspect you, you better get out of there" he said later. In the circumstances of following Mikel's car, Arthur warns the two so that their plan runs smoothly.
"Good Ar." And both of them cut off the phone. Until a second later, Arthur pulled over the car as soon as he saw Mikel's car pulled over on the London Bridge bridge which is 1 km from Tower Bridge so that the view of Tower Bridge is clearly visible from their position.
The look of Arthur's eyes were getting sharpened when the man had got off the car followed by a woman. A stranger woman, a woman who has recently always made trouble, so she has to waste her time just to thwart every plan of the woman.
Yes, that woman is none other than Helena Bonham. I don't know what they're gonna talk about there. The curious Arthur got out of the car and stepped slowly, so that their conversation could be easily reached.
"I told you it wasn't me who did it. Stop accusing me of that!" Helena's voice sounded faintly in Arthur's ears.
"Don't dodge it anymore, Helen. I saw you meet that snake lady a few days ago. Even at lunch he wanted to exchange information about you for a corporate cooperation contract!" snapped Mikel. Of course, he will not easily accept their company cooperation before making sure first. And if he had been there a lot of people, they might have been the center of attention because the two were shouting at each other.
Later that afternoon Carmela contacted Nathan and begged to meet with Mikel, who was still in Wales, so Mikel was forced to agree to the woman's request when she heard that someone had been after her woman. Mikel was even surprised, that someone was none other than Helena Bonham.
Hearing Mikel's words, Helena was stunned for a moment. He did not expect Mikel to see himself meeting Carmela at the restaurant at that time. Moreover, the woman has made the story as if she is the main culprit who wants to get rid of the woman named Elie.
"But I really didn't do it. Not me. I don't know anything." Helena shook her head, this time Helena's voice was heard shaking, it had been repeatedly told that it was not her who spread the photo, but Mikel still did not believe her.
"I should have been strict with you from the beginning. That way you won't be able to do as you please and disturb my woman!" mikel yelled out his emotions.
"Because you're just like that woman who does all kinds of things to get your wish!" yells.
"Yes, I'm like that Mikel!" Helena did not dodge and confirmed what the man before her said. "It's all because of your fault. Why did you save me then? Why did you let me hope for you? You should've let me jump and you'd never deal with a woman like me!" Helena shook both of Mikel's arms violently but Mikel tried to pull over.
"Don't bring that up. I saved you because I didn't want to see someone commit suicide in front of my eyes!" Really, Mikel did not want to offend their first meeting which would further shake Helena.
"Then go, don't show your face in front of me again." Helena's energy was drained, it felt like she couldn't bear to scream anymore. "You want to believe it or not, I don't care anymore" she later said softly. "One thing you should know, I didn't take it when that woman took you from me. But I never intended to harm him. Maybe what you said back then was true that I didn't love you. We do not love each other, therefore in the future we do not need to see each other again."
"I-" Mikel's voice was swallowed back as the sound of the phone ringing disturbed her. He immediately answered a phone call with Jared's name on his phone screen. "I'm going home!" Mikel turned off the phone and rushed into the car. Without saying goodbye to Helena, Mikel's car just left.
Helena's tears splashed across her face and stared at the passing car. It turns out that there is no hope for him to win Mikel's heart, because until anytime the man will not be able to accept it.
Helena wiped away her tears, then took a deep breath and exhaled slowly. Yes, since the last meeting with Mikel in the man's company, Helena has decided to give up. And unfortunately the snake woman took advantage of the situation so as to create misunderstandings between them.
As Mikel's car completely vanished from his sight, Helena turned her body around. The two women's eyes were shocked because they hit the chest of a man who was none other than Arthur.
