The room nuanced white with adequate tools plastered there complete with a monitor screen. This afternoon Arthur and Helena were in the hospital for an ultrasound examination. Helena was examined this morning by Doctor Frans, a Romanov family physician who was a friend of Xavier and also the father of Doctor Oscar.

Arthur was on the side of the gurney, following the request of the wife who did not want to be far from him. Helena was tense, her hand holding Arthur's hand tightly.

Doctor Yohana just smelled a smile. He is used to find pregnant women who are nervous and tense during the first pregnancy.

"Sorry Madam, I'll start the examination." Doctor Yohana uncovers the blouse worn by Helena, then starts applying ultrasound gel to Helena's abdomen. The gel serves as a lubricant and can clarify any object in the stomach which is then captured by the USG tool.

A cold and tingly sensation was felt by Helena, especially when Doctor Yohana moved the device on the surface of her stomach as if forming small circles.

Impatience felt by Arthur, he stared at the monitor screen and occasionally took turns staring at the wife.

"Hows it? Is it visible?" Arthur was really impatient and urged Doctor Yohana to tell them immediately. Ever since Uncle Frans explained that his wife was pregnant, he did not stop pounding until this moment.

"Well, congratulations to Mr and Mrs." Doctor Yohana's voice broke the thrilling atmosphere.

"Look at the monitor. These are the babies of the Madam." And then showed her monitor screen showing two fetal sacs. "Mrs carrying twins."

"Oh my God, is that really a doctor?" Helena cried out in disbelief. His gaze focused on the monitor screen, a sense of happiness bubbling in Helena's heart. Knowing if she was pregnant alone had made her so happy and added to her pregnant with twins, she felt the happiness that multiplied.

Not only Helena, Arthur was so happy to hear her and his eyes lit up on the monitor screen. Although she did not understand where the baby was on the monitor.

"Honey, you saw that. We're going to have twins" exclaimed Helena enthusiastically looking at Arthur.

"Yes Love, I really didn't expect it." Arthur kissed Helena's back. "Are they okay?" ask her then to the obstetrician. He wanted to know the situation of the two babies who were in the stomach of the wife.

"The babies of Madam and Master are fine and will still continue to grow. They've already formed part of the face."

Both Helena and Arthur listened intently to the story of their babies. Doctor Yohana then cleans the remnants of the gel from the surface of Helena's stomach.

Assisted by Arthur, Helena buried her body in a chair. He and his wife sat opposite Doctor Joanna, with a table between them.

"During pregnancy, Mrs Helena's body will undergo hormonal changes and will adjust to fetal development. So that Miss Helena has nothing to worry about. "Helen... Ar.... How's Mommy's daughter doing?" Mommy Elleana who realized the return of her son and daughter-in-law immediately ran small from the kitchen towards the living room.

"I'm fine, Mom." Helena replied with a smile that was enough to describe her words.

"Ah, thank goodness." There was a breath of relief from Mommy Elleana's lips. "Then how did it go? Is Helen really pregnant?" her question was implied by her impatience.

Helena and Arthur looked at her for a moment, before they both nodded in response.

"really. I'm really pregnant and Mommy will soon be a granny" Helena explained.

"Good God, my God. Did ya? Am I really going to be a Granny? Kyaa.... Mommy's really happy to hear that." Mommy Elleana hugged the daughter-in-law affectionately. "Thank you dear, thank you for completing our family." Then immediately break his embrace. And turn to his eldest son.

"That...." Mommy Elleana could not describe the happiness of looking at the son. He was so happy, his little son who he always thought he would be a father. He hugged Arthur followed by tears that dripped without permission. "You're gonna be a Daddy. Mommy's really happy."

Hearing the sound of excitement in the living room, Daddy Xavier who had just descended the stairs rushed over to them. "What's wrong? What the hell's going on? Is our daughter-in-law okay, Sweety?" he asked when he was by his wife's side.

"It turns out you're really getting really old, Hubby."

"What do you mean Sweety? Why are you suddenly telling me old?" Daddy Xavier grabbed his wife's body and put a small pinch on Mommy Elleana's nose.

Mommy Elleana chuckles. And they don't awkwardly show affection in front of Arthur and Helena. Because anyone who was in the Mansion was used to seeing their affection.

"Look good on Hubby." Mommy Elleana let go of her husband, making Daddy Xavier ready to listen to his beloved wife. "You're going to be a Granpa and I'm going to be a Granny."

"You mean?" Xavier doesn't understand completely. But seconds later, both eyes were perfectly enlarged. "Helen is really pregnant? My cold son managed to score?" the cry of not believing. Arthur did not disappoint. He glanced at the son who was staring at him in protest.

Hearing Daddy Xavier's words, Mommy Elleana hit the chest of her husband's field. "Ck, you're this."

Daddy Xavier chuckles. She was so happy to hear the news of her daughter-in-law's pregnancy that her gaze shifted to Helena. "Congratulations my daughter" he said congratulating her with his trademark. "And Ar, Daddy's really proud of you." Then approached Arthur to hug his son, then took turns hugging Helena. Just a short hug, because he thought he didn't want to make his wife jealous.

"Thank you Dad." Arthur and Helena said.

"Ah, then I will pass on this happy news to our extended family. Mommy will also contact Elie and Mike to come to the Mansion. We'll have dinner together to celebrate Helen's pregnancy." Mommy Elleana looks excited and impatient. He ran to get his cell phone in the room, then back to the living room.

Helena did not expect that her first pregnancy would be greeted enthusiastically by her two in-laws. He was fortunate to be part of the Romanov family.
