Helena stepped small down the stairs. With a dim light the woman walked through the darkness into the kitchen. Once in the kitchen, Helena took the pitcher filled with water, then poured it into her bottle. Helena forgot to fill the bottle that was placed on the nightstand on the side of the bed. He continued his steps back to the room. But his eyes were distracted to the door of the room that gave a slight gap, the light in the room was of course more dominant than its dark surroundings.
Helena walked around. He wanted to know what his Mommy was doing in there at midnight like this. As far as she knew, Mommy Anna was asleep, but seeing the lights still on made Helena step closer to the door. Helena pushed the door a little, peering through the door to see what Mommy Anna was doing. But his eyes bought when he found a surprising sight.
"Don't! Please...."
The groaning sound rang out to slice through Helena's heart. One of her palms tried to cover her mouth so as not to shout while watching Mommy Anna's neck being firmly gripped by a male figure. Terrified, Helena narrowed her eyes, trying to see the face of the man who only showed his back.
"You're getting crazier and crazier. Shouldn't you just die!"
And Helena was suffocating, hearing clearly the voice of the woman who told her Mommy to die. His eyes were looking for the source of the woman's voice. And as soon as the look in her eyes caught the figure of a beautiful woman standing up and just watching Mommy Anna being gripped so tightly by her neck without any intention of helping.
"Remove your hand from Anna. He could die!" Another man sitting on the sofa with one foot on his thighs called out.
Both of them turned their heads and the woman stared with an annoyed grunt. "You're protecting him?" the cry does not accept while shaking the waist. Hurt and jealousy, that's how he feels.
"It's not yet time for him to die, let Anna live until we have mastered Jonathan's treasure" exclaimed the man still in a sitting position.
With some hesitation, the man clutching Mommy Anna's neck loosened his grip completely. Squeezing and drooping on the floor, the three men left the woman in need of help unconscious.
Brug
The sound of falling objects shook their ears. The three simultaneously turned towards the door which turned out to already have a wider gap than before.
"Who's there?!" The woman shouted to someone who might somehow manage to elicit their conversation. "Let me see it!" Stepping towards the door and seeing a silhouette of someone climbing the stairs.
"Helen?" Panicked, the woman chased after Helena who ran in fear towards her room on the second floor. "Damn it! Helen must have seen it!" his snoring, then ran faster chasing after Helena.
The woman managed to reach out to Helena's arm on the last upper staircase and pulled her roughly. But due to losing balance when her body was pulled back, Helena fell and rolled on the stairs. Fresh blood was splattered on some of the stairs to the floor.
"No.... Arghhhh! My head hurts so much!!" Helena woke up from her sleep, she sat down and brushed her hair so hard.
"Helena, what's wrong with you?" Someone who had been in the room, waiting for Helena to wake up from her sleep immediately approached and caught both shoulders of Helena. "Hey, what's up?" But Helena did not say and increasingly brushed her hair more strongly followed by the sound of moans and sobs crying.
"AARRGH.... NAY! DON'T DO THAT! DON'T KILL HIM!"
Watching the increasingly hysterical Helena, he immediately embraced the woman and channeled his calmness through the warmth of his embrace with his position still standing.
"Shhtt, you need to calm down. I was right here. I'm not gonna let anyone hurt you." A man's burly palm stretched out to caress Helena's hair. The warmth of the palm really channeled a sense of comfort, thus making Helena wrap her hands around the waist of a man who held her tightly. Drown his face in the man's wrath, then spill out his bitter-sounding cries. Somehow he always had nightmares like that, but the dream that had just happened really felt real, until the pain in his head rained down to his heart.
Long ago the man let Helena cry and occasionally rummage indistinctly. Only one sentence could he catch from Helena's mouthful.
"I'm afraid, I see a lot of blood coming out of my head" Helena cried.
"Hmm, relax. You're fine." Still giving a soft swipe at Helena's head.
Helena nodded slowly, she felt comfort when she rubbed her head. Until it further submerged his face in the man's stomach and inhaled the masculine aroma that emanated from inside the man who was in his embrace. A scent he was very familiar with and this one week he missed.
"S...?" Helena momentarily nodded. Staring fixedly at Arthur's face with his head looking up, and his hands still coiled around Arthur's waist. Since when did the man come and was already in his treatment room? tanyanya.
Arthur reviewed the thin smile as possible. If Helena hadn't stared fixedly, she probably wouldn't have noticed Arthur's dazzling smile.
"What's wrong?" Arthur asked softly because suddenly Helena was silent with her tears still adorning the beautiful face of the woman. "Is there any part of your body that hurts, hm?" His fingers then wiped the remaining melted tears on Helena's face.
Instantly Helena's body felt an electric shock, as Arthur's fingers rubbed her face so gently. Helena immediately shook her head slowly to represent the answer if she was okay.
"I don't know why I always have nightmares like that. The dream was real...." Helena's gaze was down. It was a nightmare, but it was as if it was real because the pain he was really feeling.
Arthur understands. Maybe it wasn't just a nightmare. It could be that the dream is a part of the past that was forgotten by Helena and of course Arthur must investigate.
"Don't think. Just think of something that makes you happy." Helena simply nodded at Arthur's words.
"Ehem?!" Deheman Steve who had just come into the room tapped on Arthur and Helena's ears and made the two realize their current position. Helena still wrapped her hands around Arthur's waist, so the woman hurriedly distanced herself from Steve's presence.
"It looks like your relationship has improved." Whether a satire or a compliment, Steve said it so reluctantly and seemed to misunderstand. How Steve doesn't misunderstand if their positions stick together like that.
Helena rubbed the nape of her neck, Steve looked at her as if probing. "I had another nightmare and Ar helped calm me down." Unlike Helena who became awkward, Arthur was indifferent, as if nothing had happened. The fact is that nothing happened, just hugging Helena and calming the woman.
Steve's view of Arthur. The two agreed that the dream was no ordinary dream. But Steve will not scrape anything until the state of Helena completely recovered without having to start with a hysterical scream.
"Alright, let me check first." Steve didn't want to talk about it. He approached the bed to check Helena's blood pressure.
Steve's gaze did not move from Helena's face when he started and finished his work examining Helena. And Steve's longing gaze made Arthur grieve in his heart.
Steve then found Helena's eyes, suspecting that the woman had just finished crying. His hands stretched out to touch Helena's face, but Arthur first held Steve's hand before reaching out to his future wife's face.
"Don't touch my future wife!!" jolt Arthur, then throw Steve's hand. It was enough to let Steve touch Helena's hand when the man checked her blood pressure.
The eyes of Steve and Helena suddenly widened when they heard Arthur's words. Moreover, Helena who does not know about their marriage that has been planned by Arthur.
