Arthur and Darren sat at each other. They don't understand what Elie's talking about, especially Darren because he's on the scene and Mike isn't there. Of course there wasn't, because anyone thought Mike was dead.
Arthur's gaze then returned to Elie, he stared softly. "You'd better rest Elie, your body's still weak."
"No brother." Elie shook her head and tried to sit down so Arthur helped her. "I want to meet him." And Elie pushed Arthur away from the side of the bed.
"Elie, hey. Did you forget Mike was gone?" Arthur said as softly as possible, he did not know what really happened so that after realizing his brother was actually looking for the existence of Mike.
Elie's lips were tightly clenched, she tried to recover her memory of what her sister had said. Until a second later he took a long breath. "But I really felt his presence" he said slowly but could be heard by Arthur and Darren who were far away from the bed.
Arthur gently rubbed the top of Elie's head to encourage her sister. He realized that his sister had always been plagued with guilt about his attitude to Mikel in the past. "He's always by your side, that's why he's protecting you."
"I...."
"You'd better get some rest, Brother Ar will get a doctor for you." Arthur interrupted. He didn't want his brother to think too much.
"Yes sis...." Elie nodded resignedly, he also felt pain in the head due to a collision in his head.
Arthur then helps to lay Elie down and covers her.
"Der.." called her after making sure Elie closed her eyes again. "We're talking outside." Without waiting for the authorization from Darren, Arthur stepped out first. Until Darren follows Arthur's steps and closes the door of the treatment room.
"What's Ar?" ask Darren.
Arthur's hands crossed in front of his chest, his back propped against the wall. "Is there anything you want to tell me?" he said he looked short.
Nothing can be covered by Arthur. It was evident that the man knew everything.
"You know Ar, I didn't save Elie." Darren had no intention of covering that up to Arthur. But they were too busy looking for the assault group so they forgot about the conversation for a moment.
"I did know from the beginning and waited for you to tell me yourself" he said. "But I thought you'd take that chance to draw my sympathies."
Darren clicked his tongue. It is expected that Arthur has been aware of his feelings. "Am I that cute?" saith. There was nothing in his mind to take any chances. If he comes in time to save Elie, he will not ask for anything in return. Because he should protect loved ones around him.
"Don't love change a person." And Arthur answered the origin, for what he knew was like that.
"I don't want to be talked to by someone who doesn't have any experience with romance."
"So you think like that about me, huh?!" Arthur did not accept to say so, despite the fact that it is true. He did not have any experience about romance, but at least he often heard the lessons from people around him, including his parents.
"Sorry Ar's...." Darren doesn't want to extend. Because it will be over if you dare to offend Arthur.
Silence surrounds after the upset Arthur. Now the two are silent again. Before that Darren reopened his voice.
"You already know who saved Elie. Then are you going to let her get close to Elie?" I don't know, Darren actually asked that would make the wound in his heart even more gaping.
"Save your question, Der, because my answer remains the same!" saith. Whatever the man did, it would not change his decision. "You better call the doctor right away" he added, who did not want to discuss the man any longer.
Darren nodded. That's Arthur with his stubborn head. If Arthur usually would let anyone get close to Elie. I don't know why this time Arthur didn't want a man named Mikel to approach Elie. Not wanting to think much, Darren stepped away to call the doctor.
Arthur looked at Darren's elapsed back with an eye that was difficult to understand.
"Ar....?" The sound of more than one footstep was heard rushing over. Arthur then turned to the origin of the sound.
"Mom's... Dad...?" Arthur is quite stunned by the arrival of Daddy Xavier and Mommy Elleana. For he had not told his brother about his parents.
"Mom listen to Ar." Arthur caught Mommy Elleana's hand.
"Ar, let go of my wife's hand!" Still Daddy Xavier is possessive, even with his own son. He brought his wife into his arms.
Arthur breathed a heavy sigh. How can he explain it if his Daddy doesn't let himself get close to his subtle-feeling Mommy.
"Mom's... Dad. I have to make sure Elie's situation first. I don't want to make you worry about Elie's condition like this." Arthur intends to tell Elie's condition when his sister is aware, but he forgets that Daddy Xavier cannot be underestimated.
"But whatever the reason is you have to keep telling Mommy and Daddy. What if something bad happens to your sister." Both of Mommy Elleana's eyes were already glazed over. He was really worried about his daughter.
"I'm not gonna let anything bad happen to Elie, Mom. This time I failed to protect her." Yes, for the first time he failed to protect his sister. And he also took care of his carelessness.
"Sweety, accompany Elie inside." Daddy Xavier wiped the wet corners of his wife's eyes. Making Mommy Elleana nod obediently, she darted in to make sure for herself the state of her daughter.
After the door is closed. Daddy Xavier looked at Arthur with seriousness. "Before you could always protect your sisters. Is this time you're facing a stronger enemy than usual?"
"Dad. I sent Chris to make sure. If my suspicions are correct, then I won't think twice about destroying their Headquarters." Arthur is not stupid. He has been gathering evidence of their involvement. If Chris' report is correct, then Black Lion must attack.
"Get rid of anyone who wants to harm my daughter" said Daddy Xavier.
"Hem... Leave it to me, Dad."
Their conversation had to be delayed because Arthur's cell phone rang both of them. Arthur reached into the phone in his pants pocket, his forehead forming a frown when he saw the foreign number listed on his phone screen.
Arthur scrolls the green icon and attaches the phone to his earlobe. He waited for someone there to speak first. Until someone across the phone was explaining, Arthur was staring at Daddy Xavier who was also staring at him.
"I'll be there. Don't let them hurt As!" it was cold to someone across the phone, before disconnecting.
"What's wrong with As?" Daddy Xavier urges his son's answer.
"Police caught As. I'm going there Dad." Arthur put his phone back in his pants pocket as it passed.
Daddy Xavier didn't ask any more, he entrusted everything to Arthur. "They dare to arrest my son?" his murmur snorted in disbelief.
Coinciding with Darren who has returned with one middle-aged male doctor and two nurses behind him. Darren sees Arthur passing away.
"Der, go with Ar" said Daddy Xavier after the doctor and two nurses who will handle his daughter entered the room.
"Good uncle." Without asking what happened, Darren was already convinced that something had gone wrong.
