The Heart of Vania

The Heart of Vania
Very Beautiful

Me and Sister-in-law walked together to the hospital cafeteria - actually more suitable to be called a cafeteria - after going down five floors.

"Tumben is alone Brother, where's Assistant Yan?" my many.

"She replaced me this afternoon," replied Brother-in-law typing something on her phone.

"Oh. Why is Brother-in-law not in a meeting? What's the need here?"

"Necessities?" her tone slightly raised, "I need to see my wife, she already misses me," said Sister-in-law.

"Sad."

"Now quickly choose and eat your ice cream so that I can see my wife immediately. I told him you were with me now."

Ck.

I was so excited to hear all the words of Brother-in-law that there was only Brother Litha in his head. Since the incident yesterday his attention to the wife was very intense, he did not want the same incident to be repeated again considering the brain of the perpetrator is still at large.

"THAT'S IT!"

I shouted pointing at a young man who was about to make a payment after buying something.

"Who?" asked Brother-in-law who was surprised by the shrillness of my voice.

"The young man I hit earlier," I replied without turning my head as I walked quickly away from Brother-in-law towards the young man wearing a grey t-shirt combined with a checkered shirt without a button and jeans.

"HEY YOU!" I shouted with half a run after seeing him receive a sizable bag from the Cashier Ma'am.

"NIA, WAIT!"

Brother-in-law's voice seized the attention of everyone in the cafeteria including the young man. He looked up and his face looked like a ghost. It was true that he had escaped because of Brother-in-law, but why did Brother-in-law look so scary in his eyes?

"WAIT!"

Without thinking, the curly-haired and brown-skinned young man left the Cafeteria without paying.

"Eh, Mas– hasn't paid yet!" shouted Ma'am Cashier.

"Later back!" sahutnya not less loud.

I can see hearing it. He might run away again without paying and come back later.

"Why did he run away, Ma'am?" ask me at the Cashier Ma'am.

"Don't know. Suddenly I was shocked."

"He hasn't paid?"

The cashier nodded, "Hopefully he's right back, otherwise I'm the one with the restitution."

"Nia, why are you after him? Look, he's running away again!" Brother-in-law's voice was already behind me.

"Good day, Mister," said Madam Kasir stiffly, her face slightly tense, she recognized Brother Ipat.

"I owe him an apology." I answered Brother-in-law's question, then turned back to Cashier Ma'am, "He's a patient here? Or maybe his family?"

Ma'am Cashier shook her head, "No, she's a news seeker, miss."

"Journalist?" I was surprised, and so was Brother-in-law.

"I know I'm still an intern, because he's always been told to buy food and drink here."

"Oh, so he's one of those who's a prankster?" ask Brother-in-law coldly.

"I– i– yes, Sir," replied Cashier Ma'am stammered, a little scared.

"Is not enough press conference yesterday? What else are they looking for?" Sister-in-law looks unhappy, Ma'am Kasir was getting scared.

"That means Litha is loved by the public. Moreover, followers BeautyHeartPradipta account is growing."

Sister-in-law chuckled, although she did not like her wife to be of public consumption but her heart was also pleased because the public perception of her wife was very positive. The BeautyHeartPradipta account is Kak Litha's fanbase, similar to Shortpink Fans Club, where all the news that supports Mrs Pradipta's profile is presented nicely. I don't know who the admin of the account, which is clear he is very smart to hide because until now Brother-in-law has not known it.

"Oh yes, Ma'am, how much should the young man pay?" ask me at the Cashier Ma'am.

"All 437,500"

"Huh? That's plenty! What did he buy?"

"Eng– it– everything drinks packaging order all reporters on the hospital page."

"Ah yes ... He's an apprentice, must've been told."

"Eh, sorry, Brother. I was willing to pay for her as an apology .. but there are so many and so are not hers."

Brother-in-law sighed, "What do you want?"

"Vanilla, two," I answered quickly raising my index and middle fingers together.

"Give me two vanilla ice creams" he told the Cashier Maid, then handed him a 'sakti' card, "Give lunch to all the reporters in the hospital yard, as well as the goods brought by the young man. Tell them this is all an apology from Young Miss Pradipta who has bumped into an apprentice."

"Ba– is good, sir."

I gasped, not– not on an apology like Sister-in-law, but rather on the name for me– Young Miss Pradipta, even though I do not have the blood of Pradipta, but rather on my name, only a relative because my older sister is married to Young Master Pradipta.

"Young Miss Pradipta? Did I not hear wrong?" I murmured as I sat in the canteen chair and ate ice cream

"No. You are indeed Young Miss Pradipta."

"But–"

"Stop talking, get over it!"

My lips are pursed, thick but happy. Many eyes looked in amazement at the figure of Young Master Pradipta who unshakably sat in the canteen chair and mingled.

Czechoslovak.

Czechoslovak.

"Sister, what the hell! Why am I being photographed? My mouth is, again, a straw," my protest that was answered with the voice of Brother-in-law.

"Your sister said. You're a bitch sometimes, sometimes adorable. You're a grown-up but you're still a kid. Ahhaha ...."

"Hayn ... You two are indeed very suitable, very happy if you get the materials to bully me. But Kak– we can not cover the death of Mr. Sas continuously from Brother Litha. You think he can be fooled?" tanyaku seriously.

"He never denied that I told him to wait patiently to see Mr. Sas."

"Sister Litha is a submissive– and that's because Sister-in-law is her husband, not to be deceived. He just doesn't want to argue."

"Really?"

I nodded confidently. I just finished one ice cream, now ready to gobble up the second, "My brother's patience goes down to my father's nature. He would not ask anything let alone force others to tell a story. He always pretended not to know and acted foolishly when in fact he had been suspicious from the start."

"I think it's true, like now– you have something to hide but you can't tell him."

The activity of my mouth stopped digesting Brother-in-law's intentions.

"I'm the opposite of your sister. I never had patience. What are you hiding from your sister? If it wasn't, there was no way he would have told me to sit in the cafeteria like this. Young Master Pradipta has never been seen sitting in a public place like this."

I was stunned, did she know that I knew my mother's secret? Duh, that can't happen.

"Especially if it is not about the late Mr. Is. Brother-in-law made me a big liar in Litha's eyes. Brother-in-law will have to take responsibility one day if he scolds me for not being honest with him. He must have accused me I'm on your side."

"Is that really all?" inquiringly.

"Yes, what else is it," I replied acting even though my eyes definitely could not lie.

After finishing two vanilla ice creams, we returned to Litha's room and, as I thought, Brother-in-law kicked me out because I was considered a disturbing wasp and buzzed in her ear.

Through the glass wall of the hospital in the sixth-floor loby - the floor of the VIP and VVIP rooms - my eyes were centered on a group of people enjoying lunch from Sister-in-law. They are all news reporters who are waiting for the latest news from Mrs Pradipta. My vision caught the young man who repeatedly ran away from Brother-in-law. Several times his shoulder was patted by his fellow comrades and he replied with a nod, perhaps a greeting of gratitude for his blessing being hit by me, all free lunch, premium lunch from the Pradipta Hospital cafeteria.

Pretty much beautiful

The red clove on her cheek is adorable, like a tomato

My smile reflexes expand in light of the compliments I think were directed at me.

"Am I that pretty?" my mummy blushed to himself.

All this time I felt absolutely not beautiful. Of the three daughters of Aryasena - my father - I am the ugliest. Unlike Kak Tisha and Kak Litha whose smiles are very charming, I only win when comparing the brightness of the skin.

Now I hear myself there are men who praise me beautiful after Dad. If only 'he' would praise me too? She who?
