Taking air travel for approximately one hour and fifty minutes, the couple is now at I Gusti Ngurah Rai airport - Bali, right at 3 pm local time.
Edward's right hand dragged the medium-sized suitcase containing their clothes. While the man's left hand clasped the wife's hand.
Out of the door of domestic arrival, a young man emissary from Johan, welcomes the arrival of the two of them. The young man from Bali, is one of the drivers who works at the hotel owned by Edward.
“Welcome to Bali. Mr and Mrs.” Speaks kindly.
“Thank you.” Laura replied kindly.
Edward handed the suitcase to the young man. He opened the passenger door for his wife.
“Where are we going first, mister?” The young man asked from behind the wheel. Because according to Johan's order, the boss and his wife want to eat betutu duck in the Ubud area.
“Kita—
“Just go to that restaurant, Bli.” Laura interrupted her husband's words. He was impatient to enjoy the duck with the processed Balinese seasoning. Nor does she want her husband to suddenly change his mind, and take her somewhere else.
Edward breathed slowly. He wanted to get his wife to rest first. Just go there tonight. However, the woman's desire seemed to be unable to endure anymore.
“Mami, how about we take a short break at the hotel. Not far from here.” Edward tried to make an offer.
“No. There now, or do I go alone?”
Again the adult man was only able to sigh slowly.
“Alright, we're there now.”
The car slowly drove away from the only airport on the island.
“How long will we be until?” Edward asked the driver.
“About an hour, sir. Through the toll road.”
“Wah, are we going to cross the toll over that sea, Bli?” Laura asked. He had heard, the toll road in Bali is the only toll road on the island that is built above the sea.
“Iya, mistress.”
“Rest, mi. I'll wake up when I get to.” Edward pulled the wife's head, took her into the arms.
“Ish, what the hell, papi. I want to see the toll road over the sea.” Laura pushed the body of the husband. He moved away from the adult.
“Alright, but don't sit too far. Come.” The grown man grabbed the wife's waist to get closer to her.
Laura's eyes sparkled. His lips were amazed, when the car they were riding passed in the middle of the road that stood stretching in the middle of the ocean.
“Beautiful once.” His words that did not take his eyes off the outside.
“Be careful with the car, my wife is pregnant.” Edward glanced at the driver through the rearview mirror.
“Good, sir.”
And it's true what the driver said, after an hour and ten minutes, the car arrived in front of the restaurant that Laura wanted.
“Find us five-star hotels around here. I can't possibly take my wife back to Jimbaran tonight.” Edward gave orders to the young man, before getting out of the car.
“Good, sir.”
“Ayo Bli, come with us to eat.” Laura offered.
“Thank you, madam, I'll wait in the parking lot. Usually the drivers are given free food there.” Answer the man friendly.
“Ah alright.”
The young man typed a line of numbers on the screen of the smart object, then handed it back to his superior.
“Putu? Isn't that the name of the cake?” Laura asked who was staring at her husband's cell phone screen.
The young man chuckled, he wanted to get uproar. However, he still kept his manners in front of his superiors.
“If for Balinese, Putu it's a prefix name for the first child, mistress.” The answer gives an explanation.
“Ah, so yes.” Laura nodded her head.
“Ya, already. Comeondown. Don't you want to eat a duck? Don't tell me your wish has evaporated.” Edward recalled a few days ago, the wife wanted to eat fried rice with cow's eye eggs, which Edward cooked directly. The man came home from the office in a hurry. But, arriving home, not yet starting cooking, the pregnant woman said her desire had evaporated in the air.
“Not. Come onl. I'm already impatient.”
A couple of different ages came out of Alphard's car, which was specially designed for hotel owners.
Laura's eyes sparkled into the Balinese restaurant, with a few small swaths of rice fields in its courtyard.
Edward chose to sit in a gazebo, he wanted to have privacy with his wife. Even at 5pm like this, the restaurant looks quiet. But there are still some tourists who fill the tables at the place to eat.
As Laura wished, Edward ordered a duck for the two of them to enjoy together.
Before long, the food they ordered came. One betutu duck, one basket of rice, vegetable anrap, Balinese satay lilit, complemented with sambal matah (raw ) and also sambal ulek.
Edward also ordered two bottles of mineral water, and two glasses of fresh fruit juice.
Laura's eyes sparkled to find the food she had wanted since this morning, now in front of her eyes. They also started eating the dish. Every now and then, Edward would feed his wife. Things that the man has done since Laura was pregnant. He wanted, his future successor to feel the affection of his father.
Nearly two hours into the restaurant, they decided to take a break to the hotel.
“Pi, I want to see monkey.” Laura said pointing to the monkey statue that became the hallmark of the Ubud area. Now Edward and Laura are standing in front of the restaurant, waiting for their car to arrive.
“No!!” Edward replied firmly.
“Quick login.” Edward opened the door for Laura. The woman was now sulking, and did not want to look at her husband.
“I want to see monkey.” Say that woman again.
The driver, named Putu, drove slowly by car, when approaching the monkey forest area, or famous as Monkey Forest, Ubud.
“I said, no. This time, I will not obey your wishes. You are pregnant. I don't want to take any chances, if there's a monkey clawing at you. It will be difficult to get the vaccine, because you are pregnant.” Edward is at length.
Laura's shoulders were squeezed, she tried to accept with logic, the reason the husband said. A second later, however, the woman screamed when she found some monkeys wandering the highway, seen seizing a tourist's luggage.
Edward looked at the wife's sight. The man also cut his lips.
“Look. You want that to happen to you?” Point Edward towards the tourist whose goods were picked up by a monkey.
Laura's head shook her head, she shuddered in horror, imagining the beast leaping onto her body.
“Bli Putu, we just walk.” Said the woman later. The young man nodded his head. Then drove the car to the hotel he had booked for his boss.
