Chapters. 9. What Happened to Edward

"Sorry sir"

Laura put her hand back on the thigh. He cursed his own stupidity. He forgets that he is now with a grown man who is definitely 'normal'.

"No problem, Ara". Ed smiled at Laura.

Honestly Laura still feels strange in being called by the name 'Ara'. Why did this man just change people's names?. Where did the name 'Ara' come from.

"I like to call you that, you said from childhood you've been called 'Lala' right ? That means a lot of people call you that". Ed looked at Laura.

Silence is back to greeting. Ed plays his phone. That way, Laura also took her phone.

"Tomorrow a new phone". Edward exclaimed, immediately making Laura look to the side. Edward looks at Laura's phone.

"Why buy a new one, sir? I bought it a few months ago too". Laura said as she lifted her phone.

"Although it's only been a few months, but the type is not the same as the one I used. So tomorrow replace it with the same phone as mine". Edward said he showed me his phone.

Laura gulps her spit rough 'astaga, it's an expensive cell phone. The price is equivalent to the price of a motorcycle'. Laura sat in her arms when she saw Edward's phone. Apple phone bitten, with three rear cameras.

"That-that's too expensive sir". Laura pointed at Edward's cell phone.

Laura followed Edward into the man's bedroom. How surprised Laura was when she got into the room. The bedroom is very spacious, dark, a blend of gray and black. To show the impression that this room is only inhabited by a man.

The facilities in the luxury room are very complete, there is a King size bed, sofa bed on the left of the room, 55 inch television, mini bar, changing room, and luxurious bathroom, and, located in the dressing room.

To the right of the room, there is a large glass window that can be opened, as access to the balcony. On the balcony of the room there is also a sofa to relax while enjoying the beautiful view of the capital.

"Come Ara, why daydream" Edward broke Laura's daydream.

"Ah, no sir. Hmm, sir where's the bathroom? I'm gonna take a shower for a second". Laura was nervous.

"There" Ed pointed at the door on the left side of the room. "You go in, there's the locker room and the bathroom. Your suitcase is in there too". Ed walked to the door and opened it

"Thank you sir".

"Hm".

In the bathroom, Laura was again amazed. How not, this bathroom is as large as the rented living room.

Satisfied with admiring this luxurious bathroom, Laura decided to take a bath. He did not want to stay in the bathroom. Fearful Edward went in looking for her.

After 15 minutes, Laura walked out of the dressing room wearing her own dress suit and rayon trousers.

"Come, Ara". Ed ordered a blanket to the left of the bed.

Nervously, Laura climbed onto the bed. He sat down and leaned on the head of the bed.

"Why?" Ask Edward

"That's okay, sir".

"Let's go to sleep, it's night".

"Grand-master..." There was something wrong with Laura's mind

"What's Ara ?" Ed, who wanted to break his body, sat down.

"That..that's..we're just sleeping, right?" Laura asked.

"Yes.just sleep. What do you think ?" Edward asked, raising one corner of his lips.

"I-I think.. I think we..." Laura was confused as to what to say.

"You think we're gonna have a husband and wife relationship?"

Laura nodded her head. "Otherwise sir? Isn't that how I pay you a debt ?" Ask Laura.

"Hehhh.." Edward smiled smirk. "For now, yes we are just sleeping. But don't know for the next nights, it might be as you think".

Edward stretched his body, and pulled the blanket to his waist. "Good night, Ara".

Gleck... Laura gulped her saliva roughly.

"Good night too, sir". Laura also spread her body and pulled the blanket to cover her neck.

The time was 1 in the morning, but Laura still could not close her eyes. While the man beside him had already ventured far into dreamland.

Laura flipped over her body, about to turn her back to Edward, but the man's voice stopped Laura's body.

"Don't go. I beg you not to go" Edward spoke in his sleep.

"He's delirious?" Laura spoke slowly after watching Edward.

"Don't go. Don't leave me. I beg you".

In the dimness of the room, Laura saw sweat drenching Edward's forehead. Laura can make sure that this adult man is having a nightmare.

"Sir.sir.." Laura rubbed Edward's arm gently. But the man did not flinch. Her lips still faithfully say 'don't go'.

With her own initiative, Laura hugged Edward, whispering that he would not leave. Edward was calm.

Almost half an hour into the man. Laura was intending to unravel her embrace. But the man seemed to know, and did not want to be released.

"Don't go. I beg you". Edward was back to sound soft. But his eyes were still tightly closed. Laura let Edward embrace her. He continued to rub the arms of this adult man.

'What happened to you, sir? Why is this nightmare like this? Have you ever been abandoned by someone you love?'
