The Mystery of Lost Memory

The Mystery of Lost Memory
No One Loves You More

Poverty is nothing new to Martin. Previously he had dealt with a poor woman, with a very much different background from her. An orphaned woman, whom she met at an orphanage, because her mother was a regular contributor to the orphanage. A woman who despite coming from a family that is not clear of its origin, but has high intelligence and a beautiful face. The woman was named Sierra May, whom she once strongly believed in, but has now betrayed and chosen to be her own stepmother.

So all the veils that cover Karen, along with her origins, do not make Martin lose his feelings for Karen. Precisely, what makes him a little offended and even eager to kill is Ray. He did not expect that Ray was not a random person that he could simply underestimate. All this time the man was willing to lose everything in order to be with Karen. Rela lost his precious throne in the dreaded White family tree, in order to marry a Karen, who, though beautiful, was not at all equal. This made Martin jealous.

Martin throws back the documents of Karen's origins to Seth. He breathed out hard.

"Thank God you're not dead, Jim," he said.

Jim grinned, recalling that horrible night. "They threatened to shut down my business if I interrupted Ray again," He stroked his wheelchair tire, a sign that he was trying to calm himself.

Martin raised the right corner of his lips. "Nobody can beat a Martin Willis," he said, confirming the slightly slanted tie.

"However one thing you must remember .. "Martin bowed, to equalize with Jim.

He whispered very quietly, trying to keep Jim and Seth's men from listening. "Take care of that big secret, forever even if you have to die,"

Jim gulped, full of fear and helplessness would be great power possessed Martin. Although the ages of the two of them were far too far off, Jim knew, Martin was not someone he could underestimate. Martin's insanity, Jim admits, exceeds Paul Willis's level of madness.

Jim and his men did not respond, but just bowed obediently allowing Martin to go with Seth. After hearing Jim's unkind confession, Martin begins to rack his brain slightly to be able to reply to Ray in a more ingenious way, without arousing much suspicion. But before that, he felt the need to see his wife.

Karen was silent, playing her spoon, clashing with a fancy plate containing half-cooked steak. He didn't touch the steak, even though Martin had devoured everything. Karen knew something must be wrong, because Martin never asked her to meet at lunch break like this. Especially since Karen worked, Martin even chose to postpone their meeting, because they felt they would definitely meet when they came home later.

But this time it was different. Martin takes Karen to lunch together, at Karen's favorite fancy restaurant, where the two often date before getting married. But until fifteen minutes passed, all Martin did was devour the food, not open the conversation at all. When Karen tried to code some sort of view constantly, Martin didn't budge. And this time, Karen was already too furious.

"What do you want to talk to me about?" ask Karen, I can't wait.

"Take your food, honey, first,"

"No," sambar Karen, a little upset. "I know something must have happened,"

Martin relented. He realized he couldn't take too long to buy Karen time.

"Why are you hiding everything from me? Don't you trust me yet?" Martin's blind barrage of questions left Karen staring at him.

Karen scrunched her forehead. "What do you mean?"

Hearing Martin mention his mother, made Karen's heart beat fast. There's nothing and never will Karen let anyone talk about her mother.

"Why? You ashamed to admit your mother?" guess Martin, a little annoyed by Karen's startled reaction. "You're both married, you and Ray, without Sergio White's family's blessing, right?"

The old wound that had been covered for years by Karen, was now opened, stripped plainly and suddenly by her new husband. Honestly, in the depths of Karen's heart, she wanted to forget Sergio White's name in the heaps of files on her brain. She refused to recognize her ex-husband as the only son of Sergio White. Yes, Sergio White, the man who has ravaged his family, made him miserable just because of a love affair.

"Why are you suddenly talking about it, Martin?" Squeeze Karen's body, even to just hold a fork she feels unable.

Martin leaned his body. "You know, how did Ray farewell that night? His father's men came to his aid,"

Karen's brows twitched, once again shocked by that new fact. Although he was grateful Ray could survive, but he did not know if everything was the result of a rescue from Sergio's men.

"Looks like the family is happy, you're divorced" Martin smiled cunningly, deliberately provoking Karen's reaction.

"And now he's getting married to Kamala" continued Martin, laughing. "The two families must be uniting forces to attack the Willis family,"

"Lantas, what does this have to do with me?" Karen didn't understand what Martin meant.

Martin brought his face closer. "You should be aware, dear. Nothing to cry about. Your divorce is a blessing to everyone. You guys weren't meant to be together at all,"

Karen folded her lips, sighed, trying hard to regulate emotions. He did not expect, this rare lunch meeting, instead used Martin as a way to corner his past relationship with Ray.

"So this? You asked me to meet just to talk about this?" sue Karen.

Martin knitted his brows while slightly shrugging his shoulders. Then he leaned back, resuscitating his entire back with a cunning look towards Karen.

"Nobody loves you more and wants you more than me, dear. Keep that in mind" said Martin, not taking his eyes off Karen.

Karen. Slightly slammed the fork and knife, then he grabbed his bag and suit to pass away leaving Martin just like that. He was sick of hearing all the talk and threats from Martin. Living with a possessive man like Martin, a little depleted Karen, but she had no choice. Besides, he was also helpless. He was unable to move his own body and heart to escape as far away as Martin, given that any such action was possible.

"Karen .. "call Martin, who is forced to stop Karen's footsteps.

The man wore a sly smile, once again, and without feeling.

"We have to come together tomorrow night, at your ex-husband's wedding" said Martin, then walked over. He leaned his lips towards Karen's ears. "I'll prepare a special sexiest dress for you. We've got to be the deadliest couple in there,"
