A knight in silver-plated protective armor from a distant land, wanders relentlessly in search of help. The kingdom of Aramor that he served would be destroyed by a war that from the beginning he could not win.
The city of Grandell stands firmly north of Livadia. Thick stone walls surround and protect the buildings and castles that stand on the hill. A number of windmills loomed inside and outside the walls. Behind the city exactly flows the river from the Elythia Sea which became one of the city's important life sources. Although led by a very old king, under his leadership made the kingdom prosperous and prosperous.
The king loved his people very much, he did everything he could to benefit the people of Aramor. However, at the end of his life he could not save his kingdom and people. One day, Tenebrum attacked the capital of Aramor, Grandell without warning. No news came from the border guards. Aramor's forces could not withstand a sudden, violent attack. Under the banner of the five-headed dragon, the thousands of Tenebrum troops stormed Grandell even in broad daylight. The king of Aramor fought alongside his troops and trusted knights who wore silver armor.
Although the knight served the smallest kingdom in Livadia, he was not afraid of the great strength of Tenebrum's army. The greatness of the knight is shown when he messes up the front formation of the enemy with his horse alone. But because the number of troops is not comparable to make the Silver Knight overwhelmed. The enemy forces managed to break down the fort and attack civilians who had not had time to evacuate. The Silver Knight who was the leader of the knights told his troops to retreat and protect the citizens. The houses were destroyed by the enemy catapult, the whole city was engulfed in a great fire, and burned the corpses of the people to ashes. The knight ran as he saw his king cornered in a battle with one of the enemy troops wearing a red coat.
“Your Majesty!” The Silver Knight quickly fended off the sword that nearly finished off the king.
As he held the sword, he felt that the enemy's sword was so heavy that his hand was no longer strong enough to hold the sword. He then swung his sword down to release the swing of the enemy sword, then continued his movement by swinging his sword from the right. His pointy blade managed to touch the enemy's body, but did not manage to pierce his coat in the slightest, like being held back by something hard behind the mantle. His two subordinates appeared at the right moment and helped the Silver Knight. As his army held off the enemy, the knight approached the king who was sitting limp in the rubble of the building.
“Your Majesty! Cover behind.” The knight knelt down and dropped his sword on the ground. “I will hold the enemy forces.”
With gasping breaths, wounds all over his weak body, and an already inadequate age, the king said, “Already, this is over. We can't win.
“Don't give up, Your Majesty! I cannot let Aramor and His Majesty who trained and raised me end up here!” His resolute voice echoed within his head protection.
Seeing the persistence in the eyes of his knights, he realized the teachings he gave when knights were little had made him a great warrior figure, who dreamed of bringing victory to the kingdom. However, there is one thing to learn in this war, when you are at the end of your life, the end of the destiny line is visible, white and thin as thread. No one can escape fate, but the edge of the knight's destiny line is still unseen. The king raised his body slightly, then took the pride sword with a green jewel attached to his cross shaft and handed it to the knight, “O you loyal knight follows me, I command you to leave here! Bring the sword that slaughtered the enemies of the kingdom and brought the honor of the king, then seek help from other kings who are willing to sacrifice their troops! Don't come back until you bring help, this is an order!”
“Good Your Majesty! I'll be back as fast as lightning.” The knight took his king's sword, a legendary sword that supposedly wiped out enemy troops like a windstorm during the first war. He then mounted his horse and spurred it at high speed.
“Our valiant army! Protect the Silver Knight out of the kingdom with your lives!” The king woke up with all his might commanding his army one last time.
After the departure of the Silver Knight, the battle had already reached its end, the King of Aramor was lying helplessly on the ground, his stomach trampled by the enemy wearing a red coat. “Where is that thing?” The enemy drew his sword. When the king only smiled and did not answer his question, the tip of the enemy sword penetrated the king's chest slowly until it pierced his heart, ending the glory of the small kingdom and the life of the King of Aramor and his entire army.
“Quick find that thing!” The man wearing a red coat with long white hair and yellow snake-like eyeballs shouted and ordered his troops to search for an object. Then from behind the sleeves of his coat, came a number of snakes with different colors and sizes. The man ordered the snakes to creep all over the land.
The Silver Knight made it out of the kingdom and rushed with his white horse as he whizzed like a whirlwind towards the kingdom northeast of Livadia. When he arrived, the knight barged straight into the king's throne room, kneeling before the Lord of Barias, the Kingdom of Mesadas, even as the guards held him down.
“Sorry for his boldness, O Lord of Barias. The presence of the servant here intends to ask for help from His Majesty. The kingdom that I serve, is currently being attacked by the enemy suddenly and we cannot hold it any longer, please Your Majesty, lend your troops.”
“True, Your Highness.”
The king with blond hair adorned with a golden crown ordered his guards to release him, he watched the knight cynically, then arrogantly refused the knight's request by saying, “Good knight of silver, the kingdom you have served must have been destroyed on your journey to this kingdom. Even though there are still your people left, if I were to provide assistance to your kingdom, what payment would I receive? I don't want to sacrifice my soldiers for your poor kingdom. If you have no more business, you can go.” The king stood up from his throne and ordered the guards to expel him.
The ruler of Barias did not want to deal with Tenebrum. Even if the forces of Mesadas and Aramor were combined, they would not be able to repel the forces of the Black Lands.
There was not a single person in Mesadas who did not know the horror of Tenebrum before joining the Kingdom of Nortur in the west, when their vile army destroyed the Hill of Hope in the flames of destruction, slaughtering Hope Village and giving nightmares to every kingdom in Livadia. Black smoke and an unpleasant smell provoked crows that descended from the black sky. The dense trees were now destroyed, nothing could be found but death in what was once a crowded and warm place. A hope within the Hill of Hope itself had disappeared a long time ago. The Silver Knight was forced out by the guards, he then took his horse and left while holding back his anger.
The king of Aramor actually knew that no one would come to his aid. He only gave the Silver Knight a false assignment. The king only gave a second chance for the knight to live his free life.
The knight only obeyed the orders of his king, he would not give up until then. He went and sought help elsewhere, but no one wanted to help him, for the same reason that the knight's kingdom was definitely destroyed. Even he was visiting villages that did not even have the strength to fight, of course all he encountered was rejection. His journey brought no hope.
The knight kept driving his horse somewhere. On the way, he heard a noise from behind the dust behind him. A small number of armed troops ran and aimed their weapons while shouting, “Quick! Catch her!”
The knight fearlessly turned around and headed in the opposite direction. Hit the enemy hard. The enemy at the front felt the sharp sword given by the king severing their necks. The knight jumped off his horse, slashing one by one enemies that were no match for his sword. Blood splashed all over his silver shirt and sword blade.
After that, he continued on his way without saying a single thing. He rests on the banks of the Nieor River at night. He tied his horse to a tree. Rinsing the stains on his sword and armor that he did not take off in the river at all. Then make fire from the branches of wood. Catch fish and eat it after it is burned. The man had thought this was not the time to relax, he had to bring help immediately. He would not dare to face his king if he could not fulfill his duties.
He leaned his body against a rock and closed his eyes. On that lonely night, his sharp ears caught the sound from behind the darkness of the night. He jumped up and stood upright while pointing his sword. “Who's there!?”
Only the sound of crickets answered. As his vigilance slightly decreased, someone appeared from behind him, but the knight nimbly managed to dodge. A group of 5 men emerged from their hideout. Their clothes were dirty and untidy, but their faces were sinister with body wounds. Each person used weapons such as knives, swords and clubs.
“Oi look, that sword looks good. I want that sword,” point one of them to the knight's sword.
Bandit, thought the knight. Behind the helmet, his eyes were closely watching. He fixed the grip on the handle of his sword. Then one of the bandits ran towards him while raising his sword and shouting. The knight dodged and kicked the bandit hard to the point of falling, mercilessly stabbing him while lying on the ground.
The other bandits were both scared and angry when they saw their friend just die. The mistake in a fight is not to think calmly. A soldier should not be consumed by his emotions or personal feelings, he should be calm in all situations and decide his next steps. But they were not knights. This is what makes them unfit to die honorably at the hands of the knight. Finally the overflowing anger made the bandits slaughtered horribly.
He collected necessary items such as food and blankets from the bandits. Then he let their bodies lay on the ground. If he threw it in the river, it would contaminate the river.
