This Time, To The Believed Path
Let The Work Begin!

Count Vivaldi's. One of the Five Pillars of defense of Solfilyan kingdom, the White Wing. Serves as a support team that helps the whole team and is also a part of the team that takes care of the magic puzzle of the labyrinth.

The current leader of the White Wings, Count Clovis Vivaldi, was a high-class magician who greatly respected and recognized his strength. He has a strong interest in solving magic puzzles in the labyrinth and has a hobby of researching objects that reside in it.

Count Clovis had been educated in the magic tower early on and his hobby of researching grew up after meeting a girl from the Ferendum family, Sylvie Ferendum, who had a hobby of researching certain plants and components.

When the two were married, the Vivaldi couple became a support team that could not be defeated.

“So what business does Marchioness Grandall want to talk to me about?”

Count Vivaldi looked at Leana and waited for an explanation from her.

Leana unceremoniously opened their conversation.

“Count Vivaldi, do you know Alphiella region?”

“Aphiella Region?” Count Vivaldi looked at him with a bit of confusion.

Count Vivaldi was supposed to know the region because two years after the disaster, the Emperor told his subordinates to find out the cause of the disaster continued unceasingly.

Especially the Countess who really likes to research plants. He should know the area that became the material of the massive research.

“I know.”

The answer to Leana's question was Countess Vivaldi and not Count Vivaldi.

“Regions that are already uninhabitable due to prolonged severe drought. In the end the Emperor decided to remove the region.” Said Count Vivaldi who was remembering with a hand on his chin.

Leana nodded and continued.

“True. Alphiella is a region that has been forgotten because there is no longer a way to improve its condition.”

“Then what does the business relationship you say with the region have?” ask Count Vivaldi.

“The land of Alphiella has currently been held entirely by Grandall. This fact was revealed not long ago, but now I am the one who is taking care of the region.” Leana.

“You take care of dead territory? Isn't there nothing and nobody there? Areas that are only empty fields with ruins only?” Count Vivaldi was getting confused.

Leana confirmed this but secretly she also felt pain with that fact.

“You're right. When I got there, there were no plants or animals. Even the buildings in the city had become ruins. The only one standing is the damaged Alphiella mansion.”

Leana closed her eyes and looked at her words seriously.

“And I am now trying to restore Alphiella to its original condition.”

Count Vivaldi and his wife were shocked.

“What do you mean? You want to restore the condition of the territory that the Emperor alone cannot save?” count Vivaldi.

“You're right.”

Countess Vivaldi who frowned began to open his mouth.

“Marchioness, do you know what you are saying now?”

“I understand it.”

“Marchioness, I. Once when the Emperor tried to find a way to save the region, I was one of his volunteers. We've tried every way. Magic, alchemy, research. Everything was. But none of them succeed.” Countess.

Somehow Leana felt sadness in her words.

“Marchioness, I also helped my wife in the research. We've guessed a lot of things, from logic to magic, even curses to black magic. But all these ways still can not save Alphiella.” said Count Vivaldi.

Desperation is what is heard from their words. The faces of the two darkened as the conversation went on.

“Count Vivaldi, Countess Vivaldi. I'm not coming to you to joke. I am serious in restoring the condition of Alphiella.”

“But, how...?!”

Leana took out a bag and presented it on the table. Both of them looked at the object with high curiosity.

When Count Vivaldi picked up and opened the contents, he was astonished that there was only a small white ball inside.

“Marchioness, this..”.

“The object in your hand is the key in solving the problem in Alphiella.”

“What you mean..”

“That thing is a seed. I found it in a secret room in the Alphiella mansion. These seeds fill the floor of the room like sand." explains Leana.

"In that space there is a light emanating from the ceiling and a plant growing from the point exposed to the light.” he added.

“Yes!” The stunned countess stared at the seed her husband was holding.

He took some of the bags and watched them carefully one by one.

“Are you serious? This seed... grown in Alphiella?” Exclaimed Count Vivaldi with sparkling eyes.

Leana nodded.

“I've tried to move the plants that the body in the room to an open area and it looks like the plants are growing well."

“A-Does the plant bear fruit? What's the flower like?!” ask the Countess in a tone of spirit.

Leana immediately raised her hand between them as if giving her a signal to stop.

“Please calm Countess. I'll explain it.”

The countess was silent for a moment before finally sitting back down and fixing herself up.

“Ekhm, forgive my impoliteness. Please please continue, Marchioness.” Countess. Leana smiled.

“At this time the plant still has not grown flowers or fruit, which is why I still do not know what plants grow from this white seed.” Leana.

“So the business you mean is to research this mysterious plant seed?”

“You are right, Count. I want to borrow your strength and knowledge to find out about this seed. Not only to find out, I also want to make other plants have components of this seed in order to grow in the soil Alphiella.”

“You want to make this seed crossbreed with other plants?!” The countess clapped her hand once with glee.

Leana looked at Count Vivaldi and his wife who were emitting a glint of spirit in their eyes. He felt that his passion as a researcher within them came out.

He does not know whether he should be happy or have trouble confronting them.

“So, the business I mean is I want to borrow the knowledge of the White Wing Pillar to research and develop this plant. Of course I will sponsor the research.” said Leana.

"Of course, in addition to the proposal, this is my request to revive Alphiella. I hope you'll consider it." he added.

When Count Vivaldi wanted to wake up, the Countess had already clasped Leana's hand with lightning speed. Both Leana and Count were shocked by it.

“Marchioness! Let me lead this project!” Countes exclaimed with his sparkling eyes and a sky-high smile on his face.

“Tu-Wait a minute, Sylvie! It's cheating, I also want to research—”

“Diam Clovis. Didn't you handle enough work?” The countess looked at her husband coldly.

Count Vivaldi turned pale with his hands floating in the air without grabbing anything.

Leana secretly withdraws herself because she does not want to get into a dispute between the two.

“Tapi—”

“It just so happens that I am tired of this repetitive job in hand, so of course I accept your business offer, Marchioness!” the Countess said quickly.

“um, Yes, Thank you very much, Countess.

Leana held a smile on her face and accepted the attitude of Countess Vivaldi and her husband that she never imagined.

At least his goal went successfully so he would close his eyes with their childish attitude at the moment.

“Then I will send you an invitation. We will talk more about the contract and other important things needed at Alphiella.”

Both of them instantly became confused.

“Alphiella? Not Grandall?” ask Count.

“I think it would be better if Count and Countess Vivaldi saw the plant directly so it would be better if I invite you to Alphiella.”

“You do not need to worry about the facilities in Alphiella, I have repaired the mansion and stored enough supplies so that the place can be occupied even by nobles though.” Added Leana.

Both of them smiled and understood Leana's intentions.

“I like your decision, Marchioness. We will be happy to wait for an invitation from you.”

“Thank you Count Vivaldi, Countess Vivaldi.”

“Ah, because we will be a business partner you can call me by my name.” The Countess said kindly.

Leana blinked her eyes a few times and then smiled gently.

“Alright lady Sylvie. Please call me Leana.” Answer Leana.

“fufu, alright, lady Leana.”

Both Sylvie and Leana felt that they could be good friends at the time. Leana suddenly remembered something important.

“Ah is right too. I hope you can keep this a secret for a while.”

“Why do you want to keep it a secret?” ask Sylvie.

“Do you know about the rumors circulating about Alphiella?”

“You mean the rumor how the previous owner of Alphiella planned the betrayal and the Alphiella region got his karma?” said Count.

“You're right. I don't want to shoulder any groundless accusations just because of the history they contain. So I hope you can understand it.” Leana. Count Vivaldi and Sylvie nodded.

“Alright, we will keep this project a secret.”

"This is only temporary. At least until Alphiella can recover well."

"No problem, we trust you, Miss Leana."

Leana smiled and got up from her seat. Count Vivaldi and his wife also stood up.

“Then excuse me first. I can't stay here long, I'm afraid my husband is looking for me.”

“Begukah. Too bad we can't talk any longer.” Sylvie.

“Absolutely. I really want to know more about Alphiella from you.” Count Vivaldi.

Count Vivaldi closed the pouch in his hand and tried to return it but Leana stopped him.

“Ah, you can bring that seed bag. I also plan to give most of the seeds to you for later research.”

Suddenly the eyes of both returned.

“Be-really?!”

“It's okay we brought?!” Both calling.

Leana could only nod in response.

“It's okay. Then I'm sorry.”

“Thank you very much, Marchioness!”

“Thank you very much, Miss Leana!”

Leana left the room feeling relieved and also tired.

When all the tension disappeared, he felt like he wanted to sit back but at the same time he was quite bored because he consciously sat down. He walked back to the party hall.

Now that his affairs were complete, his thoughts turned to his shadow members.

‘How is their status?’

When Leana tries to contact Dean, the lighting in the hallway suddenly goes out.
