Leana and Forde finally arrive in Donis.

Unlike the four cities they had visited before, Donis city looked peaceful and bustling. Although not as lively as the city of Adreandel, Donis is a very friendly city even with the immigrants.

There are still two more days before the inspection opens, Leana thinks of going around together with Liam and Eson to check the state of the city but she remembers her promise with Forde.

With that promise, Leana could not easily escape the supervision of her husband.

“It looks like this city is more crowded than usual.” Forde speech that justifies Leana hoods.

“Is that? I've never been here so I don't know.” Answer Leana.

“Iya. I'm grateful this city looks alive like years before.”

The tone Forde put out sounded soft when talking about Donis city. He seems to like this city very much.

As the city that became its first loyal follower, it was not strange that Forde harbored a special feeling for this city.

Forde took Leana's hand and invited her into the market.

“How about we look around the market?”

Leana's surprised. “Eh?! Is it okay?”

Forde nodded. He turned to the knight who was with them and gave them instructions.

“You guys split. If there's anything soon

report to me.”

“I understand, commander!”

They also went to separate and mingle with the people in the market.

Forde turned back to Leana and pulled her.

“Then, come on Leana.”

Leana happily followed Forde into a market filled with many people. Various outlets that sell food and various goods.

In some outlets, there are objects that are not usually found in the Solfilyan Empire.

Looking at Leana who continued to take the goods booth seriously, Forde approached Leana and whispered.

“Donis city has another name as the city of merchants so many outlets that sell goods from other kingdoms.” Obviously Forde.

Leana stared intently at the items sold in the market.

She never left much when she was Leana before, but now she can see many things by stepping foot out of her circle.

Both of them walked through the market. At every food outlet they passed by, Forde would definitely buy a serving of food and give it to Leana.

Forde Trus did so until Leana's hands were full of the food she bought. Leana had become like a hamster when trying to finish the meal.

Feeling too much, Leana immediately stopped him.

“Forde, stop!”

Forde, who wanted to go to other food outlets, turned to his wife. Leana looked at him with annoyance.

“You want to make me fat or what?! I can't eat this much!” exclaiming Leana.

Forde blinked and looked at Leana's full hands. Realizing this, he took some of the food his wife brought.

“Sorry, I didn't mean that but you need to eat more.” Forde said calmly.

"But this is overkill!"

Leana puffed her cheeks and turned her gaze in annoyance.

Forde who saw that was stunned and immediately covered his mouth with his hand to cover his flushed face.

‘What the fuck is... Funny..’ thought.

Liam and Eson, who are hiding in the shadows, observe their contractor acting funny with her husband.

Eson looked at them strangely.

“Huwa... What is this that we are looking at.” Comment Eson.

“No need to think about other people's business. Focus on your own tasks.” Said Liam who hit Eson softly on the head with the side of his hand.

“Sick! What the hell?!” Excited to annoy Eson.

Liam snorted and returned to his duties in regard to the condition of his contractor.

Leana who was engrossed in looking at the fabric stall suddenly nailed to a coat that was being sharpened in a boutique. He then glanced at Forde beside him.

Forde always wears a coat whenever going outside. Even now she was using it and Leana started thinking of giving a coat to her husband.

Leana looked around her and found one cloth that caught her attention. When he came to the store, he was greeted by the seller very kindly.

“Welcome miss! Please look at the fabric that comes from this Zoxetain region.” said the oenjual with a big smile.

Leana noticed every single cloth sold there.

Based on the light and the position he sees it, the color of the fabric can change. This was the first time he had seen such a cloth in this world.

“Oh! Miss, you have good eyes. This color is very exotic like the color of the sea that has a mysterious and graceful aura. Try you see this.”

When the jade-colored cloth was exposed to the light its color instantly turned into purplish. This color reminds him of something…

Leana and Forde behind him were instantly shocked. Leana tried to ignore whatever view Forde was making of her.

“Ka-then I want this one..” said Leana with a little slow. He immediately became embarrassed because he was instigated with the impression of the seller.

“Ohh! Thank you for shopping!” exclaimed the seller happily while waving his hand as the two scouted.

Leana hugged the parcel tightly. Forde who was walking beside him also opened his voice.

“Do you want to make a new shirt with that cloth?”

Leana looked at me in panic. He still hasn't calmed his feelings.

“Not! That... I want to give you a coat..”

“Mantel?” Forde looked at him confused.

“You always wear a coat every time you come out, so I thought I'd like to occasionally buy one for you.” Clearly Leana was timid.

Forde blinked for a moment.

“Do you know, Leana? The reason I always use a coat is because this coat has a function as a shield.”

“Shield?”

“This mantle is spiked with protection magic that is quite strong. That way I will always feel safe without fear of something attacking me from behind.” Obviously Forde.

Leana just heard a new fact about Forde. At first, he thought, Forde always use a coat because he likes the style but it seems like the coat has a bigger role than what he thinks.

“That's a very ingenious idea, Forde.” Answer Leana. "I thought you liked the coat. I'm so embarrassed..."

"I'll wait for a gift from you, Leana."

Forde thought about how happy she was because Leana gave her a gift for the umpteenth time.

Moments later, the over-full Leana gave the rest of her food to Forde and continued her journey to near the end of the market.

There is a garden that is quite spacious and quiet for them to rest.

“How about we rest?”

Leana nodded and they sat down on a park bench near a large pond.

While watching the park area, he could see Hardie and Iscan walking around the park from a distance.

Leana who focused on the garden was shocked when something touched her feet. He found Forde kneeling in front of him and watching his feet.

He removed the shoes and socks he was wearing. Then when Leana saw her own legs, she realized that the back of her legs were blistering and bleeding.

“Eh?! My feet—”

“Why do you endure pain like this?”

Leana stopped her hand trying to grab Forde. The tone he put out was a little heavy, it seemed like he was angry.

“I'm sorry... I didn't realize it at all..” Leana said.

Forde looked at Leana sharply and her brows furrowed unhappily. Leana tried her hardest not to turn her back on that view.

“Mu, maybe I was too happy to walk outside so I was not aware.” Leana said weakly.

Leana who is aware of her mistake cannot avoid the look of blame from her husband and can only accept any punishment from him..

Forde sighed in resignation and grabbed Leana's cheek gently.

“At first I just wanted to check your condition, but I felt like I smelled blood from you so I started to worry.” Forde.

"so yeah... Thank you, Forde."

As Forde went back to check his wife's legs, Weiss came from a distance towards them.

“Commander, is there a problem?” Ask.

“Big issues. Please bring me the medicine box. My wife's leg is injured.” Said Forde in an irritated tone.

“I understand.” Weiss went to get a medicine box from one of the knights.

Leana looked at the astonished attitude of Forde who exaggerated his condition but she felt unable to open her voice to protest.

Leana looked at Forde who was cleaning the wound on her leg seriously. He grabbed Forde's shoulders and put their heads together as if seducing him.

“Anu, Forde, I'm sorry.”.

He felt Forde tap the grip on his leg for a moment.

“…”

Forde did not reply and continued to hold his foot to not touch the floor.

When Weiss returned, Forde immediately treated Leana's wounds alone. After his wound was neatly covered by the bandage, he put his shoes back together.

“I'll go for a while to find you more comfortable shoes. Wait for me here. Weiss, call Iscan and Hardie to stay on guard.”

“Again soon, commander.”

Forde immediately ran back to the market and Weiss called Iscan and Hardie after giving a loud whistle with the code.

Not long after both came.

“Vice commander Weiss! Is there something?” ask Iscan.

“Commander told you to come take care of Miss Leana.” Weiss.

Hardie who walked behind Iscan realized the condition of Leana's feet first and he rested nearby.

“Mistress, are you okay? Why is your foot hurt like this? Is it because there are too many roads?” asked Hardie who was carefully touching her feet.

“It looks like I was too happy to walk around until I didn't realize my leg was chafed.” Clearly Leana with a clumsy smile.

“You must be more careful madam.” said Hardie with ease.

“Hardie!” iscan and Weiss together. Hardie scrunched her face.

“I'm sorry madam.” said Hardie quickly and calmly. Leana just smiled seeing that unusual change in her attitude.

“No problem, it is now that I even become a hassle for you..”.

“No need to worry about it madam. We never know what will happen in the future.” Weiss.

Leana nodded and from the side of her eyes she could see Forde coming back with a box.

Hardie quickly rose and was replaced by Forde.

“Sorry to keep you waiting, Leana.” Her speech.

“It's okay kok.”

He took off the shoes that Leana used and replaced them with new ones.

“How?”

“It's more convenient.” Answer Leana.

The new shoes are very comfortable to wear. But soon he began to wonder how Forde could figure out the size of his legs.

Forde who had received a positive reaction from his wife then picked up Leana and carried her like a princess.

Leana who reacted late immediately held Forde's shoulder as if she did not want to be dropped.

“Forde I can walk by myself!” yells.

“You're hurt so I'll take you back to the inn. Weiss.”

Weiss nodded and called the rest of the knights scattered in the garden to regroup.

Unable to do anything, Leana crazily hugged Forde's neck and buried her face.

He wanted to bury himself alive with shame.

"If there's something you want tomorrow, just have someone else take it."

Leana immediately withdrew herself from Forde and looked at him in surprise.

"I can walk on my own! I'm sure tomorrow it'll be cured!" Leana.

Forde looked at Leana with sinister eyes and smiled at her. It froze instantly.

"Sorry Leana, but I won't let you go until your wounds heal. So give up." Forde.

The annoyed Leana hugged Forde firmly and buried her face again. Meanwhile Forde was in a happy mood, putting a triumphant smile on his face.
