Chapter 45's

"Do your job well. Don't get me involved and make the people in this place suspect me." she added in a cold and sharp tone, then left the man there.

The foreign man looked at Damian still with his slanted smile and an intimidating flush of eyes. While the figure of Damian went somewhere.

"Find the girl before the man comes!" the stranger said to the people behind him.

After saying the order, they began to split up from each other down every corner of the room.

On the other side

Kenzo attentively fed the beautiful woman in front of him who looked very fragile. Right now, the man looked different to his cold and untouchable self.

The woman looked at Kenzo inside. "You don't hate me?" the woman suddenly spoke up.

Kenzo, who heard the question, raised his head and looked back at him. The man was silent with his lips tightly closed as if he could not answer.

"I just disappeared from you without telling you anything, don't you hate me?" ask again kekeh.

Kenzo took a breath, and placed the bowl of food on the nightstand.

"Lucky. I don't hate you" said the man looking at the woman with a disappointed look.

"I'm sorry." she said as she grabbed Kenzo's right hand and held it tightly with teary eyes.

"Sorry for making you this way" he continued with tears slowly dripping down his pale cheeks and clutches of his hand growing tight as if he truly regretted his actions.

Kenzo's free hand slowly began to lift and his thumb gently wiped away the tears on the woman's cheek.

The ringing sound of the phone from Kenzo's phone interrupted their activities, making Kenzo turn to the source of the sound. The man took off the woman's hand, then grabbed her vibrating phone on the nightstand.

Ansell's name is clearly displayed above the screen. He immediately raised the call.

"What's wrong?" ask Kenzo to the point.

"Mansion attacked. They managed to barge in." Ansell said frantically from across the street who managed to make Kenzo's face stiffen.

"Call the other troops to the Mansion and make sure they don't touch Crystal! I'll be there soon" said the man with a hardened jaw, then turned off the call unilaterally.

The lying woman looked at Kenzo with a confused look while hearing the man's conversation clearly. Kenzo turned his head and grabbed his suit that lay on the sofa.

"I'm leaving" said Kenzo briefly as he put on his suit quickly.

"What's wrong? Did something happen?" ask the woman curious.

"There's no time to explain it" Kenzo said, then walked out of the room in a hurry.

The beautiful woman looked towards the door of her room that had been tightly closed after the back of the man had vanished into the door.

A few seconds later, his left hand grabbed a phone stuck under his bed, dialing the number of someone with a face that now looks flat and sharp.

In just a few seconds, his call was instantly answered by someone across there.

"He went and called his troops, do your job quickly!" the woman said coldly, after which she turned off the call and put her phone on her bed.

The woman stretched her hands into the air while relaxing her stiffened body as it continued to lie down.

"How much longer do I have to lie in this fucking bed."

Rose pulled Crystal's hand towards the reading room filled with bookshelves. After entering the room, Rose's eyes widened in search of a safe hiding place. Rose stared at a closet in one corner of the room, then opened the not-so-large closet that serves to store some special cleaning equipment of the room.

"Miss, you hide in here!" rose said as she slowly pushed the girl into the closet.

"No, I can't. It's too dark and cramped" said Crys shaking fearfully staring at the closet as if his dark memory had re-emerged and rebelled.

"Search in that room!"

Rose turned her head in panic after hearing the faint voice from outside.

"There's no time for that" said Rose, pushing the girl into the closet.

"I'll distract them." said Rose, who was quickly pulled back by the girl with a paled face and trembling hands.

The girl's eyes were reddened and her cheeks had already been moistened by tears. "I'm afraid" he said as he looked at Rose with his entire body trembling violently.

After establishing her heart, Rose closed the cupboard, then locked it from the outside, pulled out the key and held it very tightly.

Rose hurriedly walked out of the room, then ran so fast that the two men walking in the corridor immediately chased after her quickly.

"Catch her!"

The stranger looked at the watch in his hand with emotion. "Damn, there's no time anymore" he said.

"This mission failed. We're leaving now!" said the man gave up and left there with his other group of friends.

Unfortunately, when their car began to exit the Mansion, at that time also some squad cars sent by Kenzo arrived there.

They panicked and rushed and fled, while some of the men's cars chased the group and some entered the Mansion to navigate the situation inside.

Ten minutes later, Kenzo's car broke into his Mansion grounds so quickly. Even the front of the man's car slightly crashed into a pot of plants that were on the porch of his house when braking sharply.

Kenzo got out of his car with a face full of anger.

"Master, they are still chasing after the group" said the army chief while bowing politely.

Kenzo ignored him and walked past him with his jaws hardened.

"Where's the girl?" ask Kenzo sharply.

"We haven't found him in this Mansion sir" the army chief said with a guilty face.

Kenzo turned around quickly and his hand instantly gripped the man's neck with his sharp gaze that looked like an eagle. His jaw hardened perfectly, indicating the man was now at the peak of his emotions.

"Is this just your ability?" said Kenzo looking at him with a murderous look.

The chief of the army tried to hold on as Kenzo strangled him with great force and was completely merciless. His face slowly began to redden due to his blood that was starting to not flow perfectly and the oxygen that was starting to leave his body.

"She.aff..agg.." Kenzo throws the man's body violently, while the man immediately draws as much oxygen as possible to replenish his lungs.

"Find him until he can or your life disappears today."

"Good sir."

The man got up to his feet with great difficulty, then walked down the Mansion again with his subordinates.

Kenzo walked towards the girl's room, opening the door tightly only to see the void inside. He examined the whole room carefully, but still did not see the girl anywhere.

Until finally his feet stopped stepping when he found Rose's body lying helplessly in the corridor with blood flowing on the floor.

Kenzo walked over, while Rose looked at the master with the remnants of his strength. Kenzo's hands clenched tightly after seeing the woman close to the girl dying.Seeing that, Kenzo's chest trembled more and more anxiously.

"Tu. mister." the middle-aged woman sighed with difficulty until she finally vomited blood from her mouth.

The woman tried to move her blood-filled hand, then opened her tightly closed right palm.

"Mom.ku.." said Rose painstakingly and stammered. Until finally the middle-aged woman's body completely lost its energy and soul after saying that word.

Kenzo grabbed the key that the woman was holding, then walked into a room that flashed through his head after hearing the woman's last words.

He opened the door, walked into it and stood in front of a closet. His hands stretched out to enter the key, unlock it, then pull the closet door slowly.

Right then, his eyes looked at the figure of Crystal leaning weakly inside the closet with her eyes tightly shut and a face so pale and sweaty that soaked her body.

It was then that Kenzo involuntarily threw out his breath with a weakened shoulder, like feeling a relief in his heart after seeing the girl doing well.
