Damian looked at the back of Crystal who was walking leisurely in front of him. The woman was seen beaming since this morning after the return of the host.
His eyes stared at every Crystal expression that was so different from the previous days. The woman could not hide her feelings at all. Sad or happy, he will show it blatantly.
Crystal stopped right in front of the lake, then sat on a chair that he often occupied when visiting there.
Damian sat down when again the woman told him to sit down together. Crystal had never looked down on him like a subordinate. The woman made him a friend to talk to.
When the woman's eyes focused on the expanse of the lake, Damian instead looked at Crystal's face so intently. He knew he shouldn't have any feelings for the woman next to him.
However, every time he saw Crystal, Damian always remembered his little sister—Aria. Damian always denies that his feelings are only limited to ordinary interest because Crys is similar to his sister.
His smile, his face that was always bright and full of spirit, his warm nature to everyone, to his eyes that always sparkled, all of it reminded him of Aria.
That's why he couldn't have killed her 10 years ago.
What happened when the woman found out that she was part of Desmond's group, even she was on a bloody night 10 years ago.
Most likely Crystal had already forgotten, but Damian would never be able to forget how he made the choice not to kill the woman.
A choice that puts him at a point where he must reconnect with his past.
The flashback
Ago 10 Years
"Mama wake! Let's get away! Mama, hiks, Crystal's scared."
The voice was caught clearly in Damian's ears, as he walked through the entire room to find a young girl, at Desmond's behest. Damian stepped towards the source of the voice, standing right in front of the open door, staring at a little girl who was seen crying while shaking her mother's stiff and bloodied body.
The tearful face lifted when he realized his presence there, then looked at him so closely. Damian was convinced that this girl was what Desmond meant.
The girl's lips seemed to be trembling with her whimpering cry. He wiped his tears and looked at Damian with a pitiful face.
His eyes look red and his tears never stop to go down to wet his cheeks. "Please save my Mama." hissed the helpless little girl in a desperate tone.
Damian's chest immediately felt smashed by something invisible. The little girl reminded him of Aria who was crying loudly at their parents' meal.
His hand holding a gun began to tighten, bracing himself that the girl was not his sister.
Damian's hand slowly began to rise while pointing the gun at the little girl who was now sitting resignedly while holding tightly his mother's hand.
Damian's jaw hardened, repeatedly strengthening his resolve, but his hand shook violently with his breath beginning to hunt. The little girl's eyes slowly began to close while hugging her mother's body.
Dor.
Damian's hand fell when one bullet came out the window. The tremors in his hands stopped in tandem with tears falling down his cheeks.
"Damn it!" Damian's fury brushed his tears. All this time he had been trying to bury his dark past to be able to continue to advance and turn into strong.
But the shadow again filled his head, which always reminded him of his failure to keep Aria. His tears could no longer bear to fall at that moment. In fact, he could not kill the little girl and make her overtake her dead mother.
"Go from here!" Damian said coldly while looking at the girl fixedly.
Her hand again rose to wipe away her tears that had come down without excuse. The girl raised her head, then looked at Damian with a confused face.
"If you still want to live, get out of here right now!"
The little girl looked at her mother's body with a sad face, then stared fixedly at Damian.
"Please save me." Imploringly.
Damian even helped the girl to get out of the house. He can only help her get here, after that, the little girl must survive in this cruel world, just like her who struggles to live alone.
Damian helped him get off the safe path, so as not to be caught by Desmond's other subordinates. After arriving at the back garden area, the girl looked at Damian with her face that was no longer crying.
"Start here, get out of your area as far as possible." Damian.
The girl nodded. "Thank you for helping me." His word.
Damian just silently did not answer, then the girl began to step away, until it disappeared from his sight.
Off Flashback.
At first Damian did not think that the little girl was still alive, until the day he met her at a Club. The girl is a Crystal who works as a waiter there.
Even Desmond, who was no longer concerned about the brothers, began to re-interest when the girl was kidnapped by Kenzo. From then on, Desmond lowered the order to watch over the girl, until now he became his personal bodyguard.
"Damians." Damian's daydream was renewed as Crystal called out his name while waving her hand in front of the man's face.
Crys looked at Damian with a frown, because Damian was not a dreamy figure like now, but he had called him several times.
"What's wrong? Tumben once you daydream." Said Crys.
Damian silent a thousand languages. "Nothing." Until finally he answered with his face.
Hearing the short answer, Crystal couldn't force Damian to tell her. Everyone has their own problems. Cryspun looked back at the lake and spent his time there.

Kenzo stepped inside his mansion after he returned from the office, and the clock was already showing at 9 p.m. Today he was quite long in the office, because he had to take care of all his work that had been delayed 5 days.
"Have you had dinner?" Kenzo's eyes stared at the Crystal who approached him with a sweet smile.
Kenzo nodded briefly. "It."
"Good." Crys said glad Kenzo didn't miss dinner.
Kenzo steps into his room along with Crystal who follows him. On the way, Crystal tries to open a conversation between them.
"There's something weird about Damian. Looks like he's got a problem." Said Crys.
Kenzo turned his head for a moment towards the woman beside him.
"Why?" Ask Kenzo briefly.
Crystal shrugged her shoulders. "Let's know, he's daydreaming a lot today." Crys answered while looking forward.
But suddenly Crystal fell silent as Nathalie's figure walked up to them. Kenzo and Crys steps to a standstill while staring at Nath who also stopped a few meters away from them.
"Can we talk for a minute?" Ask Nathalie.
Crys stared into Nathalie's eyes, fixed on Kenzo's bead. Crys turned her head towards Kenzo and found the man speechless while looking at Nathalie inside.
Crys's chest was pounding together with a sense of pain that came crashing into his chest. Crys stared at Nathalie who was seen with a flat face.
"I want to talk about something, just the two of us." Nath added again, which managed to make Crys' hand groan nervously.
"Say here!" Kenzo said coldly.
"You wouldn't like it if he heard it. You must know what I mean." Nath.
Kenzo was silent, visibly weighing, but clearly the man knew what the woman in front of him meant.
Crystal, who understood that Nath's words were on her, looked at Kenzo with a questioning gaze, but the man still looked silent on the spot.
Crystal bit her lips, then looked at Nathalie who was also speechless. Crys turned to Kenzo with a soft face.
"I'll wait in the room." Crys spoke up in the middle of their silence.
If indeed his presence will interfere with their conversation, Crystalpun tried to calm down and decided to retreat and give them space to talk. All he could do now was convince himself to think positively of Kenzo and try to trust the man.
Kenzo looked at Crystal who started to step away, passing by the figure of Nathalie who still had a flat face in the middle of the corridor.
After Crystal's back disappeared from his sight, Kenzo again raised his eyes and looked at Nathalie coldly.
"I won't make small talk. I need your protection from Desmond. In return, I'll tell you the information I know about him."
Seriate....
