Who Is Pregnant With My Child?

Who Is Pregnant With My Child?
Pregnant

'What? Getting pregnant? Not likely. That can't happen.'

It was the first thing in my head after this beautiful doctor in front of me told me the results of my blood and urine tests.

In the past few weeks, I have felt something strange about my body. My chest feels so hard. I lost my appetite and often had nausea and even vomiting in the morning. At first I thought that maybe my stomach acid was going up.

However, I again realized there was something different, namely that the cycle of time coming my month was not smooth. I've been late for two months. And I thought, that's a natural thing because I've also experienced it before, even if it's only been one month. The next month the monthly guest came so smoothly.

But this time everything felt different. My body seems to indicate that I am not healthy. So, this morning I decided not to go to school to come to the hospital and check on my condition. However, what I got was something that made me both shocked and wanted to laugh.

How could this beautiful doctor say that I was pregnant. It all just doesn't make sense.

To get pregnant that means someone has to have bed intercourse with a man and I never do that with any man at all.

I looked at the beautiful doctor who was examining me and I also looked at him with a look that looked as if he was a stupid doctor. How could he possibly give this patient a far-fetched diagnosis. I almost laughed.

"Listen, doctor, I can't be pregnant I'm a virgin." My words that ended up laughing because I couldn't help myself hearing this absurd thing.

The doctor looked back at the results of the lab test he was holding and looked back at me with a face that looked confused and also looked so calm.

"Miss Adel, I know that you're very young and this is very scary for you. But please understand. Just because you said you weren't pregnant, it doesn't guarantee that what you said was true. I've seen these test results over and over again and these test results prove that you've been pregnant for two months." Said the doctor.

I looked at the doctor and thought he was a very stupid doctor.

"Listen to the doctor...! But you know for yourself that I'm not a 3-year-old kid. I'm 17 years old! I know where the baby came from. I know that the baby didn't just come to Mama and Papa's room like all the adults have been saying to their children. I have never had a relationship with any man at all. I'd remember something like that if I'd done it." My words are full of conviction.

The doctor seemed to roll his chair left and right and then he looked at my face seriously.

"Dear Adel, you may have attended a party or you were accidentally drunk with your friends and you were unaware of anything that happened afterwards." Say that doctor again.

I fell silent and looked at the doctor. But what happened, I just seemed to see a memory that had happened to me before.

Two months ago my best friend had a very big party and not many people remembered what had happened the next day, including myself.

Suddenly I felt the doctor's room shrink. Everything faded and I could feel my skin shivering.

'Oh my God, I'm pregnant!'

"Mmmm.... I'm...." That's all I can say.

I haven't been a virgin for two months and I don't even know about it.

The doctor's face now seemed to understand what I was thinking. He put his hand on the table on my hand.

"Well baby, you don't have to panic. There's a choice if you want to...."

"NO!" I shouted interrupting the doctor's words. "No, I'm not gonna kill my baby, I'm the one who made this mess and not him." Continue me quickly.

The doctor looked at me with a smile.

"Well, then I guess because of something like this you have to stay home and study from home and not go to school for a few days and think about all this. You have to tell both your parents to let them know about this. They've been through a pregnancy before and they'll definitely help you a lot." The doctor told me.

After getting the prescription of vitamins and some pamphlets about being a parent in youth and also a checkbook asking me to have to stay at home for a few days. I walked out of the doctor's office to go home.

'How should I tell my parents about all this that I'm pregnant?' I thought in my heart.

I continued on my way home.

...----------------...

After a few weeks later, I still haven't said everything that happened to anyone else. I was getting used to all the morning sickness that was happening and I also bought some new clothes that were big enough to be able to cover my stomach which was slowly starting to enlarge.

All of this is slowly starting to feel very real and very scary to me.

I was a 17-year-old twelfth grader in high school with a bulging stomach because there was a baby in my womb that was about ten weeks or two and a half months old.

I only have about two million savings and I don't know who the father of this baby I'm carrying and I also have to give this baby a name.

My baby name should be a combination of my name and his father's. But since I don't know who the father of this baby is, then what name should be suitable for me to give him later after he's born?

Do I have to give her a unique name like the one my parents gave me as my name Adela Dwitara Lolata?

Seriate....
