Earlier.....

Adel started to look different, Jefri thought that it might happen because they both had been sitting in the same place for quite a long time since they were chatting so happily. Then Adel stood up and Jefri looked at Adel with a confused face.

Jefri thinks if Adel wants him to leave his house. But Adel looked so pale.

"Attribute!" Jefri said to Adel.

But Adel did not answer anything and then Jefri began to see sweat pouring down Adel's face and also his eyes look squeaky. Adel began to look like a person in pain. After that, Adel suddenly falls and Jefri quickly catches Adel's body falling to the floor.

Jefri keeps trying to wake Adel up to make sure that Adel is okay. At that moment Jefri suddenly heard the sound of the front door of Adel's house opening and showed a man walking inside.

Jefri looked at the man who was not too old compared to him or Adel and the man looked so upset.

The man was none other than John who walked home to Adel. He who realized that Adel was already at home by seeing Adel's car parked in front of the house, made him very happy. He missed Adel so much all day. Then he realized that there was another car in front of Adel's house.

John thinks that it must be Adel's friend who came to visit. He walked into the house and all he could hear was a man who kept saying Adel's name again and again. John also nodded. John felt that the voice did not sound like Adel and his friend were chatting or just drinking tea.

John could hear that Adel was grimacing in pain. John looked at the door and saw a man on Adel's body lying on the floor. The man looked at John and John felt that he wanted to kill him. He then saw Adel's body on the floor and did not look at him. That made him even more angry.

John thinks that he has just left the house for one day and Adel is already sleeping with another man. John felt so fooled. He picked up his car keys and ran out of the house.

John felt so hurt and humiliated. She never expected that Adel would betray her like this. John loves Adel more than anything. He then held the ring box that he kept in his pants pocket and felt so disappointed and heartbroken.

"He lied to me when he said he loved me." John said to himself.

John got into his car and started driving towards the highway.

Meanwhile, inside the house, Jefri looked surprised to see the unknown John just walked out of the house.

"What's the problem? I even needed help. Why would he just leave?" Jefri said to himself.

Jefri then took his cell phone out of his pants pocket and called an ambulance. He was on the phone when Adel started shaking and delirious, Adel's eyes also seemed to be spinning. Jefri is grateful that he still remembers how to give first aid to someone who has a seizure like Adel.

10 Minutes later.....

The ambulance came to Adel's house. Jefri then got into his car to follow Adel who was in the ambulance. But at the same time, there was a middle-aged woman who looked down and jumped from inside the car. Jefri knew the woman was Miss Helen who was the mother of Adel.

"Mom Helen....." Jefri called out to him.

"Jefri...? What are you doing here? What the hell's going on? Why are there ambulances here? Is that Adel? What about the three kids?" Said Ms. Helen who made Jefri could not say anything to her because Miss Helen was so panicked.

"I came here to just chat with Adel when he suddenly got sick. They didn't let me into the ambulance because I wasn't a family member. So I want to follow the car they're going to the hospital. Do you want me to give you a ride?" Jefri asked who was looking at Bu Helen who looked pale and trembling.

Ms. Helen just nodded her head and went straight into Jefri's car. Jeffrey drove his car and arrived at the hospital on time.

They both walked to the reception desk. But Ms. Helen looked more like she was running and made Jefri follow her so quickly.

"I came to see my daughter. She just came here in an ambulance, her name is Adela Dwitara Lolata." Miss Helen said in a panicked voice.

The receptionist just nodded her head and started typing on the computer keyboard that was in front of her.

"Hows it? Where is my daughter now? Is she okay?" Ask Miss Helen.

"Your daughter is now in the emergency room and is undergoing surgery. If you want to wait I can tell you when he's out of that room." Said the receptionist very well.

Jefri then took Ms. Helen to wait in a waiting room and went outside the hospital to find coffee and food for the two of them.

Ms. Helen, who was waiting, looked very worried. A mother of course will never be able to calm down and always be so worried about the safety of their child. That's how Ms. Helen feels now.

'What really happened to Adel? Is all this related to the pain she had last experienced?' mother Helen said in her heart.

Helen realizes that she has to call John and Olivia. He also had to call Mama from John and Olivia, who was also the Oma of the twins, to tell him that he would not be able to pick up the three babies in a short time. Helen decided to call John first.

Miss Helen knew that John and Adel loved each other and it would have been disappointing for John, if he had not been told. Helen's mom took her phone and called John's number. John's phone was connected, but it took a while for John to pick up the call.

"John, where are you?" Ask Miss Helen.

"I'm outside." John's reply was brief. "Listen Ma, I don't want to go home right now." John said, this time sounding very upset.

"John, Adel was in the hospital and now he's in the emergency room for surgery." Said Mrs Helen.

John sounded silent.

"What's going on?" Ask John.

"I'm not sure John. But, Jefri was in sina when I came home. He's the one who called the ambulance." Said Miss Helen who sounded started to tremble again. "Listen John, can you come straight here? I should call your mama and tell her that she has to look after all three of your babies for a little longer because this situation is quite difficult for all of us." Continue to Ms. Helen.

"Yes, I'll be there in a few hours." Reply John.

"Why so long? Where are you?" Ask Helen confused.

"There's nothing Ma. I'll be there when I get there." John then hung up the phone.

Ms. Helen looked so confused, she thought that John would be worried about Amelia's circumstances but it seemed that John didn't really care. Helen thought about what had happened between the two of them this morning. And all this time, they both look so happy filled with love.

After that, Helen called Olivia. Unlike John, Olivia immediately picked up the phone in the second tone.

"Mom Helen, what's wrong?" Ask Olivia.

"Dear Olivia, you might have to come to the hospital now. Adel is in the emergency room and has been in surgery for several hours. His condition is not okay." Said Mrs Helen.

"Have you called John?" Ask Olivia.

"Yes, I called him." Reply to Miss Helen.

"Well, I'll be there in a while." Reply Olivia.

"Good baby." Reply to Miss Helen again.

After Ms. Helen called John, Olivia and their Mama, Jefri seemed to come back with 2 cups of coffee and some cakes and sandwiches. He gave the food to Helen.

"This is for you Miss Helen." Jefri.

"Thank you, Jefri." Reply to Miss Helen.

The two of them sat in silence for a while with a meal and also a drink. Until Olivia finally showed up. He looks like he's crying. Helen's mother was so lucky that Adel had a friend and family who cared about her.

Ms. Helen knew that she couldn't stay in the hospital for long enough given that she also had the obligation to look after her three grandchildren. And the fact that Adel had people who cared about him at such a difficult time, led Ms. Helen to believe that Adel would be fine with Olivia and John. At least Adel will be able to improve quickly, thought Miss Helen.
