Become Him

Become Him
Two widows one widower

“Hey Nata, will you until when do you like this continue huh? It's been over four hours Rachel's gone and you're still here like a fool!”

“You don't intend to chase him?!” ivana's voice rose to see Nata still sitting on the floor and leaning against the foot of her bed.

He bowed lethargicly, resting on his two legs which he folded. I don't know what he's thinking right now.

“Rachel is a fine woman, she won't just leave unless she doesn't feel like she has any meaning in front of you? What are you doing until Rachel leaves us?!” gertak Ivana who is upset at Nata's stupid actions.

“DIAM!!”

“PRANK!!!”

Nata exclaims while throwing Rachel's used glass against the wall. Ivana was shocked to see what Nata was doing. It was like seeing Nata four years ago. Nata is devastated and almost desperate.

"Did Rachel leave because of that?" inner Ivana.

“Why did you tell him to come into my office, WHY?!!” nata's yelling at Ivana made Ivana's heart beat in shock. He had never seen Nata this angry before.

His sharp eyes seemed to be glazed over and looked at Ivana with anger. She still regrets letting Ivana let Rachel into her study.

Ivana's more convinced you're the reason Rachel left because of Aruni's problems. Errata, Nata's problem that can never let go of Aruni.

“What if I told Rachel to come into your study? That's not a mistake!”

She's no one else, she's your wife. What makes you limit what she should know?"

“You should be aware, the wrong thing is because you still keep everything about Aruni. That jerk who made you depressed!” timpal Ivana was upset.

“Out!” Nata got up from his place and approached Ivana about to close the door. But Ivana was still standing there and holding the door closed. He felt that Nata needed to be awakened.

“EXIT ME SAY!!!” nata in front of Ivana's face.

“PLAK!!” instead of going out, Ivana slapped her sister in the face. His chest until it moved up and down and his clenched hands, holding back anger over Nata's attitude which he thought was very stupid.

“You until when you like this huh, UNTIL WHEN?!!” Ivana shouted back in front of Nata whose face was turned away due to Ivana's violent slap. There was fresh blood dripping from the corner of the lips and it felt salty in Nata's mouth.

Nata did not flinch, he just fell silent while holding back his anger on the older brother who was glaring at him. His nose was flattened as he drew and threw out his breath in a rapid rhythm, comparable to his overflowing anger.

“Rachel left not because of me, but because of you!” Ivana pointed at Nata's chest firmly. His voice was slow but full of emphasis.

“You think there will be a woman who is willing to devote her life to a jerk and crazy man like you? Don't dream Nata, there won't be.”

“I never should have brought Rachel into this house. I should have betrothed her to a nice, warm, cheerful man and made her queen, not a distraction.”

“I should be self-conscious enough that no matter how good Rachel is, she will never change anything in you because you never want to change.”

“You never gave Rachel any happiness but instead kept hurting her. What can you be proud of this lousy yourself?”

“I'm really sorry Nata, so very sorry that I didn't dare to ask Rachel to rethink her decision.”

“If Rachel is happier after being released from you, then I will willingly hasten your divorce.”

“Hold my word, I never toyed with such a thing.” Firmly Ivana without taking her eyes off Nata. It shows his true determination.

Nata did not chim in, yes he did not dare to chim in because deep down he acknowledged the truth of Ivana's speech. But for him, it was very difficult to move. It is like being trapped in a dark past and cannot be left behind. Too many additional regrets if he forgot all about it.

Ivana may not understand because her brother did not experience the same thing as her.

“Decide now, will you fix things or do I help to speed up your divorce? I want to see Rachel happy and married to a man who does love her.” Ask Ivana firmly.

This time Nata looked. He looked at the brother's face coldly.

“Do not interfere too far, I can take care of my own problems.” Timpal Nata with great confidence.

“Bruk!” he also closed the door of the room violently right in front of Ivana.

Ivana just smiled cynically, she knew Nata was hesitating and heavy to decide whether to let go of Rachel just like that or to keep her.

“Sometimes, you have to meet a more poignant reality. Yeah, imagining Rachel leaving you would be more poignant than losing Aruni.” Inner Ivana while looking at the door of Nata's room in annoyance.

He could not treat Nata like this. But, he had no other choice because Nata had to be resuscitated.

Back there, there were those who were secretly laughing at this brother-sister debate. Yes, she is Martha.

The woman's heart was blossoming, imagining Rachel and Nata separated. He was already starting to be able to prepare to determine who his next son-in-law would be. But most importantly, heats Nata into releasing Rachel and provokes Ivana to help her son's divorce.

He does not care though in this house there will be two widows and one widower. It's better he thinks it's up to Rachel.
