"Muuuum..." Diane dragged her words out. "Can't you
show some attention to your daughter?"
"Get food for your daughter?"
"Drink with your daughter?"
April and William both looked at Diane.
"The food is in front of you. Take it yourself."
"Girl shouldn't drink too much, I won't drink with you."
Diane pouted and looked at Ethan angrily.
"Come, your husband will take care of you, okay? I'll bring you some food
and drink with you, okay?" Ethan quickly answered with a grin at
her face.
Diane has to admit defeat.
Ethan's position at home is higher than hiss now.
After they eat, April drags Diane into the kitchen to wash the dishes and
chatted with.
"Ethan, let's have a chat?" william said with a smile.
"certain."
They walked to the balcony. William stuck his head back inside
house to check, then raise two fingers.
"Give me one."
Ethan took out a pack of cigarettes from his pocket and gave one to the other
William. "Dad, don't smoke too much."
"I've only got one occasionally" William laughed. "I've been very busy lately
and I feel a bit stressed."
Ethan knows that there are very few things men do to eliminate
stress, so he didn't reject William's cigarette.
He lit a cigarette for William. He knew William wanted to talk to him.
Ethan said nothing. They stood quietly on the balcony until they
both finished smoking.
"What is your future plan?"
"What future plans?"
"Future plan – is certainly an adult man like you can not accompany
Diane's all day, right?"
"That's exactly what I planned."
William looked at Ethan and Ethan nodded seriously.
After a moment of silence, William nodded and said, "Don't you dare
bluffing my Diane."
"He can bully me, never the other way around."
William was convinced when he heard this.
He looked at Ethan and suddenly laughed. "You're so amazing, don't tell me
William doesn't believe it's true.
He knows that Ethan is no ordinary man. He has helped the Palmer Group
to advance so quickly in such a short time, and he had made
big change at Greencliff alone.
He had never seen this extraordinary person before.
Could it be that no other girl would like a man like this?
William doesn't think so.
But then again, men like Ethan might not like ordinary women either.
"Now that you mention it, there is indeed one." Ethan a little
cringing and bitter laughter. "There was one girl who was very, very amazing. Him
said she wanted to marry me when she was three, and said she was
he would never regret it even if he died."
William's expression changed immediately.
If Ethan himself says he's very, very extraordinary, then how outward
usual her?
"At least until now, I couldn't find any more girls
perfect from him all over the country" replied Ethan directly. He knows William
curious.
William's expression became worried now.
Such an amazing girl insisted on not marrying anyone other than Ethan?
What about Dian?
Her own daughter was amazing, and to her, she was the best princess in the world. But
how does he compare to this competitor?
"Then Dian?" ask William worriedly.
"That's why ..." Ethan didn't seem anxious at all. "...I'll take care of
Diane and make her a more extraordinary woman. I'll make sure that all the other women will feel ashamed of themselves up front
Diane, and none of them dared to harass her husband! "
"I'll just be Diane's man!"
Ethan's tone of voice was very serious and he wasn't joking at all. William could
know.
His eyes started to water a little. He was very touched and very grateful. Her lips
he moved but he did not know what to say. In the end, he just
pat Ethan on the shoulder.
"Ethan, thank you!"
"Actually, I have to thank you and Mum." Ethan
smilingly. "I want to thank you both for
raising an adorable girl."
He peeked into the house, then whispered into William's ear, "Have you
thinking of becoming a grandfather?"
